My mom is happy at Senior Star at West Park Place. The rooms are a little smaller for the amount of money she is paying compared to the last place she was living. The meals are filled with carbohydrates and not enough vegetables in their daily diet. My mom is diabetic and it is hard to manage her blood sugars with the menu provided.

They are meeting all my mom's needs. The food service could be a little better quality. The studios are pretty small. The one-bedroom unit is of a good size. They have outdoor space for the residents. The staff is helpful and accommodating. They have done a great job keeping everyone safe during Covid-19.

My mom loves Carriage CT. The staff is wonderful. She is interacting with other residents. At her home she never wanted to go anywhere. So thankful for the staff and Carriage CT.

Both of my parents live at Brookstone Estates Tuscola. The care they receive is exceptional. The staff are friendly, helpful and communicate well with my parents as well as family members. We couldn't have asked for a better place for my parents to live out their golden years. Thank you, [name removed] and Brookstone staff!

love the staff! made mom feel very welcome! food is great and different every day. very clean and well maintained. they keep mom engaged with other patients and staff. loves the outings! the best place for mom!

My Mothers been there just about 10 Months now, and the facility is wonderful I come in to visit 3 times a week and my mother is always doing something, the activities that are arranged are always going on, and they encourage all residents to get involved in the activities ( I don't know what that other person means when she says non existent ) I pop in at all times of the day and I have had not one bad situation The CNA's are caring and friendly And they do Know what they are doing as I quiz them without them really knowing it, I love the Nurse there, whenever there is a issue whether its big or small she calls me and lets me know whats happening and has a solution. The only issue that I have is the food is marginal and could be better.

I want to thank everyone at St. Anthony's Assisted Living in Lansing for the care and support they gave our cousin. She was so happy living there for 14 months, sorry it ended so soon. She met wonderful people there, especially finding a new boyfriend, who lit up her life. I am so glad my sister & I got her into St. Anthony. [Name removed] did a great job getting her an apartment within a month. I wish I could name everyone individually but space won't allow me.

My mother recently moved into Cambridge House and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. [Name removed] has been more than helpful and the nursing staff is just great. Thank you all so much for making this uneasy change bearable for my mother.

My Father, [name removed], has been a resident for over 8 years. Everyone has been so nice to him and our family. We are grateful for the personal concern for him when he has had a fall. You offer various musical venues and he enjoys them. His apartment is perfect for him too. When he has had friends or family visit for the first time, they are very impressed with the decor, friendliness and dining area. All in all Cambridge House has been a nice home for my Dad. Thank you so much!

My aunt lived there until she passed away. She was happy, well cared for and had friends. Thank you for taking such good care of her.

I have toured Gateway it is a very nice place.Staff is very helpful and friendly.

My loved one is doing very well here and we are very satisfied with the care that she is receiving. She seems to like participating in activities that they provide such as bingo and other exercise classes of some kind. The staff team seems to be very friendly and knowledgeable. The other residents there as well seem welcoming. I have recommended this facility to other families looking into their options.

I thoroughly walked through this entire facility last week I intend I'm filling out a application to live there extremely clean very very impressive beautiful building beautiful dining room people were friendly everyone ranges in age [Removed] was especially wonderful he told me about everything Deer Path has to offer very very upbeat attitude it is not the type of facility that you will be depressed at Deer Path of Huntley has exactly what someone like myself a wide range of activities extremely clean facility private rooms are beautiful out of a scale from 1 to 10 I would give this a 20 looking so forward to being there soon

Mom is doing wonderfully at Heritage Woods of Plainfield. It is a clean and well-kept community. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. They are very welcoming to our family members when we come to visit. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my mom's care needs. The staff is easy to communicate any questions or concerns regarding my mom's needs. I would give the overall a rating of Heritage Woods a 5, and the food I would rate it a 4. Many of the residents I have spoken with while I'm dining with my mom feel the same about the food. My mom enjoys the various activities that the staff members encourage the residents to participate in. Her room is a small studio right now, she is waiting to move into a one bedroom. We helped her decorate her room so that it looks homier and more comfortable. Outside they offer nice places for the residents to relax and enjoy the fresh air. I would recommend this community to others.

The people of Carriage Court are friendly and very helpful. They keep us updated on my mother n law's progress regularly. We feel comfortable knowing she is in good hands.

We liked this community when we toured it. The people we met were nice and the community looked clean. This community was just a little farther away then what we were looking for. I would recommend taking a look at it.

We began our journey by talking with [Removed]. She was very helpful and always willing to answer questions. We placed my dad with Cedar Grove two weeks ago. He moved from Texas and this could have been a really tough transition for him. However, the staff, along with [Removed] have been great helping my father to settle in. He feels at home and cared for. He loves the staff that takes care of him. I would highly recommend them.

We toured this community for a tour for me and my wife. The staff was able to answer the questions we had. The list of activities would have been helpful. We liked the atmosphere of this community and would recommend other families to tour this community for the care of a loved one.

When we toured Grand Victorian, we thought that was going to be the place. The facility was very nice and maintained very well. The people there were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. It was a good experience to tour but unfortunately, they did not have any openings at the time.
