The staff are really good and are taking care of all her needs. The staff take things seriously and are on top of things. The community is clean and well maintained. They offer a lot of activities and the food is fine. My aunt likes her apartment and the cost of the community is better than the community she was at previously. I would recommend this community.

This community was a close second to the community we chose. The people we met were friendly and knowledgeable. The community was clean and I would say it might be worth taking a look at.

I visited this community on a Wednesday, as I am looking for myself and my husband for future assisted living placement. I toured the community with Heather, who was very informational and patient with my many questions. I also met [Removed] who entering a meeting at the time of my arrival. The staff was very prompt at helping residents while I was touring. Heather was very knowledgeable of the community and all the offerings it had. I liked the idea of the spa room and beautician coming a couple times per week. The residents were all involved in a penny toss game that seemed very fun and interesting . The smallness of the community gives you a very homey feel. With my husband having a diagnoses of dementia I will keep this community on my "YES" list and plan to visit again in a few months as we begin to make the transition.

Mom is adjusting to living at Heritage Woods. She seems to like it here. The staff are attentive, patient and good with communication. They offer a variety of daily diverse activities. The community is clean and well taken care of. I have no complaints and I would recommend this community.

The staff I met during my tour was nice. The community seemed clean and the residents seemed happy. We chose another community where the staff just seemed a little more professional and spent more time talking to us.

the staff is very attentive to my loved one. My loved one loves the meals and the options that they give you. The staff does offer my loved one activities on there level. The staff is really good at keeping me informed about my loved one and what they need. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The community at The Fountains of Crystal Lake have been very welcoming. They provided a house warming party when our loved one arrived which included family and friends. Our loved one really is enjoying The Fountains. Everyone is very friendly and caring. If meals are missed they call the residents to ensure they are okay. Our loved one is enjoying the exercise class, bingo, and bridge. The community needs some updating and they are currently working on painting the outside. The community could improve the meals by serving fresh vegetables and fresh food options versus canned food. We would like to see a more private space for family gatherings when family wants to have a get together at the community.

It's very nice, I would give them close to a five. It was only 7 years old, and just very well kept and nice. I don't think the food would be as highly rated but overall, it's very nice.

I have nothing but good things to say about West Park Place! I originally took a tour about a year ago. They stayed in contact with me and even brought food to my dad while my mom was in the hospital a few times. My dad has been there a few weeks and seems very happy. He loves the food and likes to walk outside to the outdoor patio to sit and smoke his pipe. My mother is currently in a skilled nursing facility and will be joining my father soon. I have an old neighbor that has been there at least 10 years and will be turning 100 soon. The people that work there are what makes West Park Place so special.

The staff was extremely helpful in assessing the prospective resident's needs. She is very happy with her room, food, staff and general accommodations.

They are very welcoming and very pleasant and everyone is always willing to do anything, even if it is not in their job description. They do have a problem with keeping CNA's though, and they are short-staffed sometimes.

I placed my mother in Carriage Court for temporary respite care while she was recovering from a broken hip and illness. She was warmly welcomed by the staff and residents. Every staff member has been very eager to assist in any way possible and have been attentive to any health concern I had for mom. Mom was recently hospitalized again and is recovering in a nursing home rehab. When she is released, she will go back to Carriage Court and I plan for her to become a permanant resident. I highly recommend Carriage Court to anyone who is looking for an attractive place, friendly and competent staff who genuinely care for each resident. They are truly anxious to serve the residents and their families. I so happy that Carriage Court is there for my mom at this new stage in her life.

It is my first experience of this nature;my Dad and I didn't know what to expect. But everyone was so helpful ,taking time to answer my many question,helping with things I needed to do and get for Dad...Thank you Fountains for making my Dad priority one...

We are very pleased with Heritage Woods. Everyone has been so helpful and accommodating and friendly. My mother-in-law says everyone is kind and the food is good! It is so convenient for us which makes life much easier for all.

I liked them from the get-go. They were very honest and presented it as it was. They are very friendly and really care about my mom. They are a little pricey, but for the peace of mind knowing that mom is being take great care if, it's worth it!

My mother-in-law has been living at Heritage Woods for almost 3 weeks now. The location is ideal, as we are only a few miles away from her. The apartment was clean and ready for her when we moved in. The maintenance man was extremely helpful in getting pictures up, etc. We are mostly happy with everything - the CNAs and everyone that assists seem very kind and helpful. Two concerns: I wish they had someone at the front desk 24/7, but they do not. Perhaps not a big issue, but it makes me wonder about security. Secondly, I stayed to eat dinner with her one evening and was concerned when one of the residents stated that the kitchen uses mostly frozen, prepackaged foods, rather than creating meals from fresh foods. I need to ask about that. Other than those two things, we are pleased.

My father-in-law, who has early dementia, became quickly acclimated to his new apartment. We are very please with the patience and friendliness of the staff.

We just moved my in-laws into Reflections this past week. They love Reflections. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Their apartment is wonderful and they were able to keep their dog. They love the food and the neighbors. This is the perfect place for our parents and once they are settled in they will be so happy about the move. Thanks to Kim who was wonderful to work with.
