They do a great job here! I'd give them top marks across the board. Everyone is very friendly, the place is well kept and clean, and my loved one really seems to enjoy it here! We're very pleased with them, overall!

This assisted living facility has the most friendly staff from top to bottom. The facility is very clean and offers many amenities to its residents.

The people that they have working there at Carriage Court are AMAZING! They are all so loving and caring. My Mother in law gets tucked in to bed every evening with a hug and is told that she is loved. The residents are all clean and cared for. The thing that impressed me was the cleanliness of the home and how beautifully decorated it is. They go above and beyond to take care of the residents there. We are so happy that our loved one is there and she is happy to be there too and has said how safe and comfortable she is there.

So far things have gone extremely well with West Park Place! They have been extremely responsive to any needs our loved one has had, and they always send someone right away if anything goes wrong. They seem very attuned with the needs of seniors, and almost seem to anticipate what their residents will need. The staff are all outstanding! Everyone always has a smile on their face, and they are friendly, respectful, and professional. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in the area!

They do a really good job. It's very clean and very friendly. They are caring and attentive. During the time I was there, I was very pleased with the director and assistant director, Robin, and Kathy. They were very accommodating, they were able to look at the situation and make some adjustments. I am very appreciative of their help, and their ability to make decisions.

I toured here when I was looking around. It was great, and I would move there myself, if I had a few more years on me. However this isn't a secure facility, and we needed a secure facility. They didn't feel safe about having her there. Terry was very helpful, and so nice. They had a bus to take you places, and they do your laundry. The residents can come and go as they please, they just ask that you sign in and out. The rooms were really nice too, like little apartments with a little mini kitchen too. They were very nice.

They are doing really well. We like the place and she is calling it home, and settling in very well. It's very clean, and the staff is friendly. We don't have any concerns nor does anything need to be improved or done better. We are very happy with them.

The staff have been fantastic! Not just in caring for my mother, but in being "part of the family" in guiding us all towards other needed healthcare needs as my mother battles cancer.

We are pretty happy with Prairie Winds of Urbana. It's very clean, and the staff is friendly. They seemed to be very comparable to everywhere else, in price. They are responsive and attentive, for both my loved one and the family, if there are any questions, or concerns. They have a good variety of activities, and enough going on so residents aren't bored. There really haven't been any complaints about food. There are a few things my loved one doesn't like, but no major complaints. I can't really think of anything that needs to be improved or done better. We are pretty happy.

More expensive than Gurnee.

If Dad wants to stay up north, this is where I would put him.

This place is amazing! My mom has been a resident at Heritage Woods of Yorkville for several years and I just cant say enough good things about this wonderful place. The loving and compassionate care that is shown to all the resident's is evident from the moment you walk in the door. Everyone is so helpful and accommodating. I could not imagine mom getting better care anywhere else!

Great tour, A little pricy.

Cambridge House has become a wonderful home for mom. The staff is extremely friendly and acomodating to all her needs. Mom suffers from some dementia but she receives her meds on time every day and always with a smile and a "how are you doing today?" from the CNAs. The mix of residents is good and several friendships have developed. Also important is the fact that the family is always welcome to join her for a meal or participate in an event. If there was a suggestion for Cambridge it would be to offer more weekend activities. Boredom on the weekend is a concern for many of the residents----but maybe more family visits would solve that problem for the residents.

This was a great decision for my mom when her memory began to have "issue". She still is considered independent so has a lovely apartment and was able to take her beloved yorkie with her which has really helped. The staff are very friendly and helpful keeping my sister and I posted as any issues arise. She loves the food and not having to cook for herself. They have a variety of activities that are appropriate for their residents who may not be up on current events, but know the old songs, card games etc. from their past. She's very happy there and tells anyone what a "nice place this is"

We have really loved this community so far. It is very clean and there are plenty of opportunities for residents to socialize and gather in the community spaces. The food is also very good. We are just a little confused with the pricing and what is available when it comes to rooms. It has been difficult to figure out what rooms are available to our loved one and when she can possibly move. Otherwise, it's great!

We were very pleased with the service here! My loved one was here for quite a while before needing to look into other options. The facility itself was very nice, and always clean, and the caregivers that were provided were outstanding.

It's very clean, and the staff is friendly. The food has been excellent. They have done a good job getting her involved in activities. They have been excellent in their care for her. Their communication with us has been very good as well. One of the things that made us choose them is that they have twenty-four hour staff. They have a functional kitchenette in each of the rooms too, that was a plus. We are very happy with this community.
