My loved one lived in this community. They were fantastic, absolutely 100%! Wife and I were extremely pleased with atmosphere and would highly recon to anyone in need. It was so clean, and everyone was very friendly, even the food was good. He was happy here.

Everything so far has been fabulous with this facility. Everything there is great.

They were all very friendly and I enjoyed the tour of the Heritage Woods facility. They were helpful in getting us registered and moved in and I think that overall, my loved one is really happy being there.

They have been fantastic and great there. I have no complaints. I rate them all 5 stars.

My experience from my initial tour with the marketing guy, to my Mom's last meal and everything in-between has been exceptional. The staff is so wonderful, they overshadow the great food, service and cleanliness. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quality place for a senior to live.

They have done everything well and my loved one said it was a wonderful place. The people are friendly and it is clean. They really keep an eye on her and there are no complaints as of this moment. They have a dining room you can reserve to have a party and they supplied a lot of the items like the plates and drinks and cups, so that was awesome.

They went very well. We just stayed for two weeks because we went there for a vacation. Things were perfect and if we decide to do something like that again we will definitely use you guys for help. You did good.

My loved one lived in their memory care wing for over a year, and I thought this was a wonderful place for memory care. The staff is friendly, caring, and professional, and they did a great job looking after my loved one.

Our Mom has been at Heritage for just over a year now and although I wanted to yell from the rooftops from day one how blessed we are to have chosen it, maybe it's better that after a full year, it continues to offer the incredible experience for all of us as a family, so it means more to have waited. Every single person from the first day was warm, helpful, sincere, kind, and I truly love them. The food is as fantastic as the people who prepare and serve it. Every day our phone call includes what she had and how much she enjoyed it. She doesn't miss my cooking at all;) but that's ok - on Sundays I still have her over to remember it. When we visit, I am excited to see the staff who have become like dear, dear friends. It's very clear, it's not just a job for them, it's a true desire to enrich lives for their residents and their loved ones. The activities, bus trips, exercise, movies - fantastic for her - she even knitted me a scarf she made at class and was so proud. To have a clear head every day knowing she is active, safe and happy means more than any words can express. The apartments are sunny, clean and bright and kept up impeccably. I want to mention names, but there are so many it would make me feel awful to forget anyone. Besides, there is not enough room for my list of sweethearts. I've yet to run into any person there who doesn't impress me. Mom is a "new person" as described from loved ones, looks better, feels better, laughs from the belly often again - while looking for the right spot, she was scared and we were concerned and worried about her welfare when it was clear living on her own was not an option any longer and she was determined to keep some independence, and then all our stress and fears were replaced with comfort and confidence knowing she is so, so happy, well-fed, cute new friends to enjoy, CAN YOU TELL I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! There aren't enough words, but I think I used up my space - thank you!

She is doing as well as can be expected right now at Heritage Woods of Moline. I think she will be totally better after the winter. I am perfectly happy with everything. Her apartment is great. Everything that is there for her is great. She still misses her independence. This is more of a structured life than she is used to. It will take some adjusting but she is happy.

Brookstone takes fantastic care of my mother. Their facility is very clean and well kept. We highly recommend Brookstone to others.

very clean, staff is very attentive to the residents, many activities, residents are also taken on outings. Staff communicates well with families.

She really likes it at Eagle Ridge of Decatur. Her room is so much nicer than what she had before and for less money. She likes the food. The staff come give her the medicine she needs. She doesn't have to worry about it. The last facility she was at didn't do that. She is doing much better here. I think because they are to make sure she gets all of her medication and they monitor her blood pressure. It is a very clean facility. The staff call me any time they think she is getting sick or with any concerns they may have. They keep me informed. Overall it has been a great experience.

The food is good, the people are very nice there. She was a happy camper, they made her feel very secure at the Heritage Woods. I just tried to get her into a place that was safe and clean and had good food.

They are just such caring people at all of the different levels. They did try to make it as homey as possible and transition wise with the move-in and everything they do a good with helping with all of that.

Was very impressed with this location. Would be a good fit for my Mom. FYI - they did not have our 10:00 appointment down, but Kim I believe) was very helpful and did a great job and was very informative.

Most of the staff is pretty caring to the needs of the residents at Heritage Woods of Plainfield. I like that they have bingo as an activity here. Overall good experience at this facility.

At the Fountains of Crystal Lake caregivers don't respond as quick for mom as she would like them to. However I am very pleased. I think they do a tremendous job. Any place is going to have a few things they could improve on. Mom would like more one on one care. But overall we are very pleased with this facility.

The entire staff was very welcoming and they were all friendly and helpful. I have absolutely no problems there for my mother. She has only been there a week, but no complaints with them at all so far.
