Really liked the homey atmosphere and the lady who game me the tour. The residents looked cared for and happy. I left with cookies, a folder of information and felt much calmer. The price is perfect for us so when my dad gets out of rehab he is moving into reflections.

Reflections Retirement Community is an absolutely fabulous place to live. Reflections has the most caring, hard-working, educated and wonderful individuals on staff. They truly care about the residents well being, quality of life and overall happiness. They go out of their way every day to make sure every need is met for each resident and their family members. After several tours and watching how the staff interacted and really took an interest in the residents we placed my grandma in their care and couldn't be happier. They treat her as if she were their own family with love and respect. The management is also top-notch and is involved as well in the daily living and care of the residents. The whole staff is hands on in every aspect of making the community a warm, loving and safe environment for all who are in their care. Thank you to Reflections for all you do for my grandma. You are truly a blessing!

I have nothing but good things to say about the Brookstone Of Mattoon North. My mother really loves it. She is enjoying everything from the meals, to activities, to the housekeeping. They even do her laundry. We are very pleased with this community.

First impressions are everything and this place was A+. Was greeted by friendly outgoing people who listened to my needs and answered all my questions. Nursing staff and aides were great! They always have a full calendar of events for the residents and plenty of meal choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner for my loved one to choose from.

We toured this community. We were not comfortable with the layout of the community. The staff was able to answer the questions we had on the care that would have been offered. They offered nice activities to the residents We would suggest that families tour this community.

My dad was a resident of the this community for 2 weeks. He liked this place and we used them because we had family there before and it was not a bad experience. It was in O'Fallon and they had a room for him, more reasons that it worked out well for us.

My loved one has settled in well to the Cedar Grove. We found it very helpful that it was easy to get her in and they were able to help with our financial situation. The staff is all accommodating and helpful.

This place is wonderful! I was VERY impressed with the level of caring for the residents and the way the staff interacted with them. Both the Studio and the one bedroom were a Beautiful surprise as to size and layout! This is te first place we've looked at but I think it will be hard to beat!

I am happy with the care that my mom is receiving here. The staff is wonderful. We have enjoyed the meals that are very good. I was happy knowing that she is staying active and participating in activities. I was recommended to this community by a friend and I am very happy with the care and the value of this community and would highly recommend the care that is given here.

I'm happy with the choice of living here. Everything is going great. I like the meals and activities and the staff are so nice and helpful. It is a really nice looking place and the physical therapy is top notch.

It is going really well for my mom. Her doctor was shocked to see her much better, her blood pressure is down. The staff are great. She has joined a walking group, chair exercise and does crafts with the kids from the local school. She loves the meals and the option to choose her meal, she is eating better too.

I have been very pleased with this community. The staff have been great and they bend over backwards to help. They are also very understanding. There are more activities than I can participate in. The food is good and they have a variety of choices. The community is clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this community.

The staff here has been great and the community is good. The whole picture of the place has been great. Dad likes the food, but says that they do not give enough to him. Other than that everything is good.

My mom is very happy with the care that she is getting here. The staff are very caring and friendly. She likes the food and the variety. She is active and does participate in activities. The community is always clean and maintained. Families would feel good that know if benefits are not available there loved once can remain there will Medicade. We would recommend the great care to other families.

The Heritige Woods community has great staff and management. They work with all of the residents and know the needs of all of them. The meals are well balanced, low salt. The table service is quick as well. The community offers a variety of activities such as arts and crafts, sewing, and even a game room. The place has a memory care unit on site as well. I would defiantly recommend them to a friend.

We were very impressed with the facility, the general happy mood of the residents,observed an accommodating, friendly staff, and especially appreciated the wisdom, honesty, and compassion of Marketing Director,[Removed] [Removed].

The staff are friendly and keep us involved in my father in law's care. They encourage him to participate in some of the daily activities. The food looks delicious and they have good options on the menu. The community always smells nice when we visit.

I highly recommend the Grand Victorian of Sycamore to a friend because it is an amazing place to live in. The staff is wonderful. The community is maintained very clean at all times and anytime I have an issue in my room that needs to be fixed, they are quick to respond, tom the head of maintenance is great. They told me that soon they will be putting new carpet in all of the rooms which is wonderful. The meals are good, could be better. My favorite part of the meals is breakfast, they let us order whatever we want. The community offers a variety of activities such as crafts, bowling on the Wii, and a pool table in the activity room. They also have a library which is a great addition. The room I am in is a good size, I have my own bathroom that is handy cap accessible, my own fridge, plenty of cupboards and my own coffee maker. I am very happy living in this community.
