We feel The Grand Victorian is a wonderful, caring facility. My mother-in-law really liked her short stay and has since told me she has good dreams of being there and she names all the people she had happy times with. She looks forward to the next time she will get to stay there. The freedom residence have is wonderful. There are many activities available, but no pressure to be part of all of them, only what you feel comfortable with. The staff are respectful and loving and caring.

This is a fairly new community that is in good shape and very nice. I am absolutely happy with the staff, they are positive and interactive everyday. The food seems to be good and fresh because my dad has not refused it yet. There are lots of activities and outings to do here and my dad has really enjoyed the bowling league and group T.V. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone for its good, quiet location and the excellent people.

My grandma is doing very well at Reflections. I am not able to speak about the food but the menu did have some good choices on it. She does participate in some of the activities they offer. The staff is very nice and I am extremely happy with them. I would recommend this community.

Mom was doing well at Heritage Woods before her fall. She is hoping to return to the community once she is done with rehab. There are plenty of activities for the residents to enjoy. The food is good and the staff have been very nice. I would recommend this community.

staff is very helpful and always bubbly.....maintenance could use some upgrade.....3 weeks to get some repairs done.... Brandon is the best

Several neighbors and friends families reside there. They all love it. When we visit everyone is happy and friendly. Have been there for a few holiday parties and they go all out. Fun. Food is great. Facility is clean. They always seem to get highest local rating. Good place for seniors.

We toured several places before making a choice. Love the look and feel. Staff is always very responsive, great good and many activities to choose from.

We loved the staff and community atmosphere and are planning to move our Mom into Heritage Woods this summer.

We toured several facilities, several times, in order to find a place where my father would feel "at home". We chose Heritage Woods Yorkville for several reasons. Our main reason (and most important to Dad) was that it was centrally located between the 5 children so it would be easy to visit and keep him involved with family. Most important for the 5 children though, was that it be a comfortable, safe environment for Dad. Each time we toured and now when we visit everyone is very friendly and helpful. Even the other residents are smiling and friendly. (We consider that a great sign.) Dad has to take several doses of medication throughout the day, and the nurses and CNAs were wonderful to help us get him on a routine and keep him on track so he can stay active. The facility is clean and fresh smelling, Dad says the food is good, and there are a lot of activities available for him to participate in. This move to Heritage Woods Yorkville has helped Dad gain his independence back. We feel like he's home again!

It's hard to give a total evaluation due to the fact she has only been there 4 weeks. But I think 5 stars are appropriate on cleanliness, friendliness , care service. On activities from what I have observed should also rate a five but since my mother doesn't participate in any I can't rate according to her case. On value I am due to receive my first billing and haven't reviewed any of the charges yet. But up to this point we will say overall A+

Grand Prairie is a well run facility. They seem genuinely concerned about the residents and have their best interests at heart. Some of the staff have their own parents living there. They respond promptly if something needs cleaned or residents need help with something. They're protective of the residents. They have a lot of activities. My mother-in-law seems to be real happy there. She goes to an adult day care during the day and enjoys the interaction with other people.

I would give them a five. I think they do a fantastic job. He is well taken care of and clean, and our children think it is very nice.

They do an outstanding job taking care of the patients. Everything surrounds the needs of the individual, and the atmosphere is just like home. We love the staff, they're our extended family!

This is our first full week here and we are both so happy. The food is good and the people are happy. It is nice to look around the dining room and see all of the pleasant faces. The nurses are so sweet and we thank them for making us feel at home.

Walking into Brookstone you'll notice what an immaculate place it is from outside in. Mom is still able to care for herself and is able to come and go as she pleases which she loves. The staff have been remarkable friendly and the Mom really enjoys the food there. I f you are considering a place for your loved one I'd definitely say to go check out the place and see for yourself just how amazing it is!

I moved my father in Heritage Woods Watseka about 2 weeks ago. It has been a wonderful experience for us. The staff is very helpful and the place is very clean and home felt. Every time my dad talks about how wonderful this place is he starts to get teary eyed. Thank You for all you do and I hope it stays this way always. I would definitely recommend this new HOME for anyone. Also we have had 2 meals there and they were very good!!

From our first tour Village of Westerville just stayed at the top of our list. They made a very difficult task very smooth and simple. On move in day they met Mom at the door and made her feel welcomed and at ease. They have answered all of my questions, made what I considered problems disappear. It has only been two weeks and they already call me by name when I visit! All the staff has been so kind to Mom. They work to get her involved and find what she likes to do. What a blessing!

Heritage Woods is a very nice facility. It seems to be clean and well maintained. The residents look happy and well taken care of. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they are very attentive to the residents.

Village at Westerville is a very nice place overall, I'm really enjoying it. I'd give them top marks across the board!

My Mom passed away Sunday, but I do want to say this. . .Brookstone Estates was a fantastic place. I want to give them props on how well they took care of my Mom. They were wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone.
