It is going really well for my mom. Her doctor was shocked to see her much better, her blood pressure is down. The staff are great. She has joined a walking group, chair exercise and does crafts with the kids from the local school. She loves the meals and the option to choose her meal, she is eating better too.

I have been very pleased with this community. The staff have been great and they bend over backwards to help. They are also very understanding. There are more activities than I can participate in. The food is good and they have a variety of choices. The community is clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this community.

Beautiful facility, wonderful amenities. Love the high ceilings. Love the homey atmosphere and emphasis on activities. [Removed] was a great host.

The staff here has been great and the community is good. The whole picture of the place has been great. Dad likes the food, but says that they do not give enough to him. Other than that everything is good.

My mom is very happy with the care that she is getting here. The staff are very caring and friendly. She likes the food and the variety. She is active and does participate in activities. The community is always clean and maintained. Families would feel good that know if benefits are not available there loved once can remain there will Medicade. We would recommend the great care to other families.

The Heritige Woods community has great staff and management. They work with all of the residents and know the needs of all of them. The meals are well balanced, low salt. The table service is quick as well. The community offers a variety of activities such as arts and crafts, sewing, and even a game room. The place has a memory care unit on site as well. I would defiantly recommend them to a friend.

We were very impressed with the facility, the general happy mood of the residents,observed an accommodating, friendly staff, and especially appreciated the wisdom, honesty, and compassion of Marketing Director,[Removed] [Removed].

The staff are friendly and keep us involved in my father in law's care. They encourage him to participate in some of the daily activities. The food looks delicious and they have good options on the menu. The community always smells nice when we visit.

I highly recommend the Grand Victorian of Sycamore to a friend because it is an amazing place to live in. The staff is wonderful. The community is maintained very clean at all times and anytime I have an issue in my room that needs to be fixed, they are quick to respond, tom the head of maintenance is great. They told me that soon they will be putting new carpet in all of the rooms which is wonderful. The meals are good, could be better. My favorite part of the meals is breakfast, they let us order whatever we want. The community offers a variety of activities such as crafts, bowling on the Wii, and a pool table in the activity room. They also have a library which is a great addition. The room I am in is a good size, I have my own bathroom that is handy cap accessible, my own fridge, plenty of cupboards and my own coffee maker. I am very happy living in this community.

I would like to send out a Big Thank You to [Removed] and her entire staff at St. Anthony's. My Mom loves it there. At home she was alone, but now meeting new friends, everyday activities she is very much enjoying her new home. A nd it gives the family peace of mind that she is not alone... St. Anthony is a 5 Star Facility.....

This community is very nice. They have a very clean environment . The staff is very nice and helpful. They do offer activities,but right now she is not participating. I would recommend this community to other families.

The community at Heritage Woods of Batavia is undergoing a remodel. It was nicely kept when we toured. The staff that offered the tour were very friendly and helpful. They were able to address all of our questions and concerns.

My loved one is very happy living at Heritage Woods. The staff are doing a good job. The food is good. The community is clean and well taken care of. They offer daily activities.

My mother feels very safe the staff is wonderful with her. So far the family and i have noticed that since the move to the community her health has improved so much. The staff goes above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. There are activities offered, at the moment she only participates when the library comes but with time we are sure she will feel more comfortable. There is also a beautician for the residents available. Everything is well maintained the place is very organized.

The Hearth at Stones Crossing was a lovely community. My mother and i showed up without an appointment. The staff greeted us really nice and they were very helpful. The staff offered my mother and i drinks they were very courteous and friendly. All of my questions were answered they were very informative. The community was clean and organized.

This is a very active community and this was one of the things that drew my dad to live here. He is very actively involved in many of the different things available. My dad does not complain about the food. The community is well taken care of and kept up. The staff are very nice and we have good communication with them. This community gets a high recommendation from me.

I am writing this review on St. Anthony's because of the hospitality my family received from Nedria [Removed]. She was very professional and kept up with what we needed for my mom to be able to move into this great facility. She has a great personality for this job. You have to have compassion and empathy for people because of the transition with moving seniors.This lady was consistent with following up with us, returning phone calls etc..St Anthony is a clean , friendly place. I could not have picked a better place for my mom.I feel she is in a safe environment as well being cared for by a great staff of professionals.

My mom is thriving and her overall health is improving. The staff is taking great care of my mom and have helped reduced the medications she takes. My mom enjoys the staff and the activities that they offer. She joins in on card games and has a great time with other residents. I have tried the food and I thought it was great. My mom said the food has gotten even better and its like home cooking. I appreciate all that A Place for Mom has done for our family!

My parents are really enjoying their time here. They love it and I'am pleased with all they have done for us. The community is very well maintained, they keep everything very nice and clean. The staff is wonderful, they are always willing to help. There are activities offered, my father enjoys the billiards rooms. The meals are amazing, I've tried the food and it tastes great. I know they are safe and receiving great care. I would recommend this facility.

I placed my parents here more than 8 years ago.We have been through so much with the Hearth over this time.They have "ALWAYS" been very supportive in every way or we would not be here.I can only say thank you.
