They've done an excellent job so far at Reflections Retirement Community. The staff here are friendly and professional, and they've really gone out of their way to help my loved one get settled in, even going so far as helping her get her furniture moved from her old place. It's really been a great experience overall, I have no complaints.

Prairie Winds is the perfect place for my Dad. The staff is so helpful and everyone, including the residents, were so welcoming to Dad. A lot of them were calling him by his name 2 days after he moved in! All amenities are included in the monthly rent which is great. They have nursing staff in the building 24/7. They have daily activities. They have vans available for shopping and doctor appointments. They have housecleaning and laundry service. The dining room serves three meals a day and residents are able to chose which items they would like from the menu. I ate with my Dad several times and the food is delicious! I am so thankful Dad is at Prairie Winds.

We have all been impressed with the staff and the facility. Each and every staff member we have had contact with has been very friendly and efficient. The meals we have had there were very nice and the service was outstanding. Our family members who now live there are extremely pleased with their choice of facilities. Even tho there is a schedule for laundry or trash pick up, it is done whenever staff come to the room, if needed. My family members are so relieved to not have to worry about setting up their meds or taking a fingerstick blood sugar, or anything else, for that matter. There is an adjustment period for staff to get used to their medication schedule preferences. But, I highly recommend Heritage Woods of Charleston!

My Dad is there now, it has been an excellent experience, Mari and TRIP the dog sold it!! The best part is I know my Dad is safe, he is getting his medicine on time and has people looking out for him at all times. The staff in every area has been great to work with and Dad likes he can get breakfast any time during the day. I'm glad I made the phone call. Lynn Widdowson

It's all about choices. At Heritage Woods you have many! Dining options, menu items, activities on and off site, proximity to shopping, dining and entertainment. You can be the life of the party, or a hermit. But you will enjoy a secure, maintenance-free lifestyle.

Heritage Woods of Rockford has made the transition as smooth and painless as possible. My mother was a little hesitant and they did everything they could to ensure the transition went smoothly. They made it a pleasant experience, were very accommodating, and have been very caring all throughout.

The staff there are very pleasant kind and very interested in there patients. They made a very bad decision with inhouse doctor. He doesn't follow through protocols in her opionion. My mothere absouloutley adores the facility.

We are real happy with Brookstone of Harrisburg so far. We don't have any complaints over how clean it's kept or the food. It's all been excellent so far. Mom says she loves it. It's really working out.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this was a very nice looking place! The facility itself was clean and well kept. I liked that it was located far enough from the city that you can see the countryside, the views were very nice.

Staff is very helpful and nurse gives updates on residents. Meals are very good and lots of choices. Facility is kept clean and smells good, like walking into a nice hotel. I am very happy and feel care is above the value.

My father was so comfortable and content during the eleven months he lived at Heritage Woods. He really liked the caring snd friendly staff. The food choices were excellent. We are so pleased that he moved there in January 2013.

My mother, sister, and myself all really liked this community. It was more homey feeling, because it was a smaller community. We really like the dining area. They also accepted Medicaid so that was a huge plus for us. It was overall a very homey community and we think that our mom would have liked living here.

This is a great community where the staff really cares about the residents. We considered two other places and found this to be the best value overall. The family is very pleased and Dad is acclimating very well to this setting.

They are doing great! It's clean and the staff is friendly. I don't have any concerns or complaints at this point. It seems to be a good place.

They've done a fantastic job at Carriage Court so far, we're very very pleased with them! They take excellent care of my loved one, and they're great about staying in touch with us to let us know how he is doing! They do an overall great job here, and I would recommend them highly!

My mom moved to The Fountains in May. She really didn't want to make a move but needed extra help with healthy eating and reminders to take her medications. She has made so many new friends. She loves it because she can do things when she wants to. She loves going to Dave's strength training class. She talks about it all the time. It makes me happy that she's happy!

I can't express enough how thankful I am to have found this community for "My Dad". The staff is outstanding everyone from the front desk to maintenance. The care that is given to my father is exceptional. The maintenance dept is over the top as far as responding.

I have not found anything that they could do to improve, which is likely due in part to us being new but also in part to them doing such an excellent job. The food they have there is excellent, and they provide plenty of excellent activities (though dad does not always choose to participate, but they are available). When we moved in dads room had been completely renovated with new carpet and everything, and looked very nice.

Unfortunately my father was only there a week, but during that time it was a pleasant experience. Their customer service, friendliness, and accommodations were all exceptionally above par. I cannot think of anything they could have done better. I wish things would have worked out for dad to have stayed there longer.

We haven't really had any concerns. Everything is going well. It's a clean place, and the staff is friendly, no concerns there. I don't see a lot of hidden costs, it's pretty much what they said it would be, so that is nice too.
