My father-in-law is very settled and happy there. The new ownership and remodeling has caused a little bit of an upheaval, but the company has been very professional and considerate of the residents through the process, keeping them informed and making the temporary moves seamless.

Value for cost is hard to actually determine from available info from other facilities. I did do research prior to mom moving into Arbor Oaks. From what I could see, they are similar to others. Of course, costs are crazy high but we are pleased. Choosing a facility to place a parent is one of the hardest decisions children have to make. My father, sister and I are confident we chose correctly. We are grateful for the consistency of care mom has received. I certainly would recommend visiting facilities multiple times unannounced to get the best viewpoint. I stopped by Arbor Oaks three times. It was worth the effort.

The staff go out of their way to help you with anything you may need or questions you may have. So friendly and compassionate. My mom has been there about 2 years now. Has been more active than she has been in years prior.

All the staff know you by name and always treats you like family. Everyone there are very special. I am a very good judge of character. [name removed] explained everything and I trusted her. This really is a wonderful place. I don't know how they do this job every day. They must be very dedicated.

They are great! Highly recommend Coutryside Lakes.

The staff at Countryside Lakes Senior Living were very pleasant. Communication with the family was very informative. The move in process was fine. We did it ourselves. The meals were of very good quality, from what my parents said. Would I recommend the facility? I'm not sure about that one. I felt that the exterior needed a lot of work. We used the back door to move in. The trees needed trimming way back and the sidewalks needed pressure cleaned. They were very slippery.

The staff at Oak Hills Terrace has been amazing. They obviously truly care for the residents and management calls with any changes in her condition when they notice something. We will always be grateful for Oak Hills Terrace. Mom passed a week ago, and the months she was at Oak Hills Terrace were precious for us.

Things to know: updates on those that were hospitalized. When someone is taken by ambulance they seem tight lipped on updates. It is close to my sister for potential urgent attention. I would recommend them to others looking.

I would honestly give a 5 to Callaway in all categories. They were amazing, helpful, kind, clean, and a better value than the mess of [community name removed] that we moved her out of. Calloway was amazing for her in every regard. She became much healthier with them until the disease progressed further. Our family was so appreciate of every staff person we met there. Obviously I can't say enough about them.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Landing at Augusta Woods and the whole experience has been great for us so far! The cleanliness is great. The staff, meals and activities are also great. Based on our experience, I would recommend The Landing at Augusta Woods to others.

Staff is very friendly, [name removed] loves the food and snacks and almost always eats everything on her plate, good activities offered but she doesn't always feel like participating

What we like the most about The Landing on Dundee Senior Living community is that it has light, bright and modern décor. Everyone says Hello and the apartment are generous.

[name removed] and [name removed] went out of their way to work with me even before we moved mom and dad in to make sure that their transition and their experience would be successful I think that they could offer more fresh fruits and vegetables, and some other than a heavy-handed pepper shaker for seasonings would be helpful.

Callaway Gardens is really a nice facility . Staff is great. Well worth the money.

Autumn Leaves of Cypresswood was great. They were very kind to my loved one and I. I was still going through breast cancer treatments during his stay. I hated when I had to leave him, but he had a couple of nurse aides that were with him consistently. The hospice team kept me updated on his condition and ending journey. I would recommend them.

Overall very good experience. A couple of times our family member was left with a diaper needing changing. We have found it is key for a family member to be there often. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

My mom was previously a resident at Pine Ridge Alzheimer's Special Care Center and it was a great facility and a great experience for her. The staff and care services were great. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. My mom didn't really participate in the activities. I would recommend Pine Ridge to others.

The management and staff here are phenomenal. There were there for me and my Mom during our rough period dealing with mom's early stage dementia and hospice care. Mom had some of her mobility and surprised most with her ability to get around. she formed relationships with the staff and other patients leaving an impression on them all. The reserve team were quick to inform us of mom's day to day condition and allowed her to be herself while in their care. The Holloway family and [name removed] are eternally grateful and grateful for The Reserve and their staff.

The staff at Pine Ridge are kind and friendly. They made us feel at ease from the very first visit. It was an extremely easy move in process and my mom's room has been clean and well kept. My mom enjoys the food too, which is impressive since she used to be pretty picky. I would absolutely recommend Pine Ridge for loved ones with dementia.

With the help from A Place for Mom… I went to The Greens to check it out. It’s a beautiful facility… not huge so you get that community feeling with the residents . The apartments are a nice comfortable size, clean and very accessible for all needs. There are interior courtyards off the rooms for casual lounging . The dining room service is top notch with customer service and food . A delicious healthy selection everyday off a menu. Activities are scheduled throughout the day to encourage socializing, brainwork and wholesome fun !! There are levels of care so you can customize assistance for your loved one. Staff are so friendly and it’s genuine . As a visitor and family member , the Greens atmosphere is very welcoming including activities that are held during the day . They have a Family Night in the dining room once a month which is a great way to celebrate and meet residents and staff . Pets are welcomed! A definite must to tour before making a final decision .
