The Montecito memory care exceeded all my expectations. The front office staff was caring and professional. The care givers were so kind and helpful to my mom. The facility is beautiful and immaculate! The food was delicious. I shared a few meals with mom and wanted the recipes. I consider myself a bit “ picky” and I could find not fault with anything or anyone. The high standards are coming from the top all the way down. Extremely professional but also very loving. 5 stars across the board

Laurel Glen has been very instrumental in helping my mother navigate living independently. She’s engaged in the daily activities that the staff has planned. We’re kept updated on the changes in the community. So far we’ve been pleased with the management team & staff at Laurel Glen.

I love the community . Its beautiful . The employees are so nice especially the kitchen staff . They helped my mom so much . My mom loves it . She gets all the care and love she needs from them . They’re amazing !!

My loved one is currently a resident at The Auberge at Aspen Park. Communication with the family is good. The housekeeping is also good. I would recommend this facility to others. Especially for Parkinson's patients because their in house doctor is very good with Parkinson's patients.

Mom didn’t want to be “in a home”. Her experience at arbor oaks has been a great one. She is busy with the activities and enjoys the food and company. She’s a lot less lonely and I’m MUCH LESS WORRIED. My mom loves the staff and they bring her extra marshmallows with her hot cocoa even when they don’t know that I’m coming to see her.

I had a phone call with one of the employees last week, and I must say, I was pretty impressed with their support and eagerness to help. The last time I asked for help in April, I didn't get much clarity. But this time around, the front desk was on it and got me in touch with a young guy named [name removed]. I'm currently in the research stage, but they left me with high hopes for my mother. When I'm ready to start touring, I'll contact them for assistance.

I visited a wonderful friend at this facility. She told me how much fun it was here and the staff was great . While there she introduced me to Director [name removed].She was very nice and very informative. Thanks for a great visit .

I've been in senior living for 19 years and recently had the pleasure of visiting The Greens. It is a beautiful community and the activities and food are amazing. I recommend them for anyone looking for assisted living or memory care in the St. Augustine area. I previously worked with the Executive Director, [name removed] and she really loves her residents and strives to provide the best care and services possible for all of them. Her knowledge of senior living and dementia care is unparalleled and she is always seeking education, even in her spare time.

My loved one was a resident at Callaway Gardens and it was a great experience. We were very glad that we chose to move him prior to his final decline. Their staff was extremely well trained, they had more RN's on staff and the support, care and service that they provided was extremely helpful as dad declined and ultimately passed.

You can feel the welcoming vibes as soon as you walk in the door. Everyone is very attentive and willing to listen to any concerns and develop a sound resolution for your loved one. The food is fantastic and there are lots of activities to attend to have fun and socialize. The layout of the building was well thought out for interacting and enjoying the outdoors as well! If you are looking for a great place for your loved one to thrive please put the Greens at the top of your list to visit!!

I recently visited a friend who lives here and found this place to be beautiful and well run. The staff members are very friendly, kind and compassionate. When I retire, l may have to consider a move to Florida so they can care for me!

After touring other facilities I finally settled on Senior Loving on the Greens. The facility was beautiful and well kept. The sales manager [name removed] was extremely helpful in answering all of the questions one would have in regard to care options. She was able to provide me peace of mind with my decision in a difficult time. Thanks again to all of the staff at this facility. I look forward to moving my mother in . I'm certain she will be very happy here.

The administration is welcoming and you feel like family. The Landing on Dundee is a great place!

We have had no problems with Countryside Lakes Senior Living. The people there are very friendly, the meals that are prepared for the residents are great and they offer really good daily activities for the residents to participate in.

Food is good, mother in law can have opinions and for the most part she likes the food. Residents are very friendly and made her feel welcome instantly. We are very happy with The Landing and would recommend the facility to others.

Every staff member there is because they care! They all have servants hearts and are so very informative letting us know if we need a larger size pair of pants, if Mom took a fall, ect.Your staff is Amazing they even ask us when we accidently come at lunch time if we would like a meal? A cup of coffee or water? We could not be more pleased!

The staff at Callaway Gardens Alzheimer's Special Care Center are very attentive and there seems to be relatively low staff turnover. I would definitely recommend this facility to others requiring Memory Care. They are the best in this area by far.

I work in this industry and am constantly going in several different memory cares in the area. Oak Hills Terrace surpasses all the others I go to. If you want a place that will keep your loved one engaged and give them purpose, THIS IS IT!
