I thoroughly enjoyed the tour of this facility. I appreciate the cleanliness there and the beautiful accommodations and overall atmosphere of Laurel Glen. Definitely getting something's in order for the matriarch of my family to join the residents of Laurel Glen.

[Name Removed} is absolutely incredible at her job. You can tell she has years upon years of experience. She is so knowledgeable and so extremely kind. She answered all of our questions whether in person or by phone. The staff at Pine Ridge are just spectacular and we couldn’t be more happy that our grandpa will be here taken care of and loved on by them! We are so grateful for their help. Thank you [Name Removed] and the staff at Pine Ridge for being so amazing and helpful and empathetic to a very tough situation!

It was new, the staff was friendly and it was affordable. I definitely would recommend the Preserve.

My wife moved into Washington Gardens on our 43rd wedding anniversary. I didn't plan the move in date but a covid outbreak delayed us out of an abundance of caution! My wife loved everyone that she came in contact with whether they were a caregiver, med tech or another resident. She shared a bathroom with another lady who also had cognitive issues but they got along famously. About 6 months ago wife decided to stop taking her meds and eating because she wanted to die. I was told that Pinnacle Hospice Care of Portland could possibly help me. I met with their people and they explained that they weren't just for end of life but also one on one motivation. They helped me to get my wife up and moving around the facility as well as help with her personal care. My wife did much better for a short while and then fell back into a deep depression. Because she was on Hospice Care I only had to communicate with my nurse to get her meds changed. No place is perfect but these people really care!

The apartment was a perfect size. Conveniently laid out . Shower was a walk in and was easily accessible. Kitchen was step saving and efficient. The staff was exceptional in every way possible. They were kind and respectful and most compassionate. One of the staff loaned me an air mattress while I was there. It is a very special place and has a kind staff.

Very nice place, I strongly recommend this very beautiful place and very friendly and more affordable compared to other places.

We were received very well and were impressed with the facility. Unfortunately, we are not in the position to afford placing mom yet.

We recently toured Forest Oak Landing with our mother who lives out of state and we have nothing but great things to say about the staff and the facility. [Name Removed]met us at the front entranceway and did a great job explaining how the community works and all the amenities that were included and gave us the time we needed to look around. We later visited and [Name Removed] came in on her day off on the weekend to help us finish signing all the paperwork as my mom had to leave on Monday. We are completely satisfied and would recommend this community to anyone interested in independent living.

We visited The Preserve at Spring Creek and had my mother assessed. It was very positive experience. We have reserved a room for her in their memory care area. Many programs and wonderful facility! Thank you for all your help!! [name removed]

The staff was excellent both guides were excellent. I was impressed with the facility appearance. The facility seemed very organized. I received enough information about cost to make comparisons. This facility wii definitely remain on our radar screen. I now have more questions that I will address with the coordinator since my original plan has altered substantial. I would like to be included with assisted living along with my wife. Hope the front door gets repaired. Thank you for the visit/tour.

Such a beautiful, happy place to be! The facility is lovely and we just had a good feeling about the whole tour. The staff was friendly, the nurse was knowledgeable, and the residents all seemed happy to be there. I am hoping my friend chooses Laurel Glen.

This is a great facility. However, the hot tub does not work, and was told it's never been operable. This was advertised and was one of the reasons why I selected this property for Suzie. Her back hurts and it could have been used for therapy. After I reported it as not working, they claim a call has been made to their service and they will keep me updated. That was 30 days ago. Also, it was advertised there are certain classes that would be available to her for social development, but I haven't seen those yet. I'm following up on that now and can let you know what I find out.

[name removed] gave a tour of the place she very gracious. The location is amazing and convenient to the city. I looked at the two bedroom cottages and it is very well designed. Ive looked at seven other active living facilities and this is one of my top two.

Beautiful contemporary spacious. Well decorated Sales was great, receptionist was just OK, she wasn't very proactive. Cottages were nice and interior building. Parents loved it. We are seriously considering this location, we have looked at 10 or more properties.

The facility appears well-maintained. The representative was nice and very informative. Location is optimum. The dining hall is inviting. The representative provided a lot of materials to peruse for me.

Very experienced and knowledgeable. Adequate staffing is present for all categories. Every member of the staff is responsible for reporting up the chain on residents observed health issues.

My sister and I toured The Reserve in looking for a place for our mom. The staff was so friendly and we felt welcomed the minute we stepped in the door. Some of the residents were in the dining room eating lunch. They all seemed so happy and were very friendly.

Kim was very pleasant and knowledgeable as she showed me the cottages that are available. The cottage is close to the main building and dining hall. The 2BR/2Bath cottage is well laid out with ample storage space. The color scheme is neutral; the back porch is an added enhancement. The cottage comes with all appliances.
