Everything on the independent side would be at level 5 as far as size, cleanliness, staff, activities, dinning room. Getting food in the dining room is a little slow and food choices could be better.

They are fabulous. Friendly and caring staff, and it is a clean and well kept facility. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

It had one of the highest ratings of all local facilities. The cost was comparable to others and my stepdaughter had a friend whose mother stayed here a few years ago who was extremely happy with the care she received.

The facility is always clean when I visit. The staff has been very helpful with answering questions as well as reacting positively to any small issues.

With Mom having the need of assisted living. We toured several facilities in the area and felt this would be a good fit for her and us. It has been two months since she moved in and she has been making several new friends and really loves her apartment. The entire staff and I mean the entire staff are always helpful, kind and know her by name. She loves the convenience of going down to the dining room to eat and socialize. They have several activities during the day and throughout the week that she participates in. Having her morning coffee on her screen in lanai and watching the birds on the lake is special. She now calls this her home and is happy. It took her a little while to adjust but now she says she wouldn’t want to live by herself in her old house. It gives us the piece of mind knowing that she taken care of and has helped relieve a lot of stress and worries.

The staff are amazing. They truly care about the residents. I am grateful that we were able to find Summer Wood. Our loved one needed a facility that was more secure and Summer Wood fit the bill. Thank you A place for Mom for the assistance with finding them.

5 for every question. Putting my mom there has been an amazing experience working with Grand Monticito. Yes, we would 100 times over, recommend this community to other families, it is a wonderful community.

The place is always clean, the food is good and the staff know the residents. I do recommend The Auberge, but only for residents needing dementia care as that are the only type of residents.

I would rate all categories at a 5. We couldn't be happier or more satisfied with Callaway Garden. The facility is luxe, very homey and welcoming, not hospital-like or all cold and sterile. The food is amazing....great flavors and quantities. The staff is very accommodating to visitors at mealtime. Every staff member is amazing...they refer to every patient by name, they are highly aware of who we, the visitors, "belong to"! Their love, caring, calm and patience, in every situation is beyond our expectations!

My mom has now lived 3 years at pine ridge and treated good. There are so many caregivers that are very loving. Becky is doing a great job as the director of pine ridge. Thank you to everyone

The facility staff at Pine Ridge is compassionate, patient, and extremely engaged. Because they specialize in Alzheimer's care only, they have experience with the widest range of symptoms and behavioral responses. We feel at ease knowing they're looking after our mom with love, even on her most difficult days. We toured many other facilities and there was always a discussion about how they might not be able to accommodate more extreme cases as the disease progresses. This was never an issue at Pine Ridge. They were confident they could help my mom live the best possible life with dementia and they've proven that to be true.

Very nice place! People were very friendly. Place was kept clean! Food was ok. Since mom is a diabetic, she would have preferred a diet with fewer carbs. More fruits & vegetables would have been nice, instead of a dessert nearly every meal. Nice idea, but not practical for diabetics. They took great care of mom when she was sick & after her cataract surgeries! She absolutely loved all the activities! The facility doctor & NP were also very attentive to her needs.

I felt understood as I was walking into unknown territory. I was hoping for more than what she was capable of. Everyone was hoping with me but when the reality she could not be independent I immediately confronted circumstances to not put Los Patio in a position to violate their on rules My friend found a place and we moved her out on the [date removed] without delay. She is in a private home with fewer people and is more her size. The surroundings were perfect. People were unbelievable friendly and helpful. The Inn would be perfect for a person that is healthy and loves life. Food was really good Maintenance was prompt , housekeeping was so helpful and did an outstanding job. The place sparkles ?. I really enjoyed my time. My sister is now in hospice with excellent team [name removed]. I thank the Lord for all who helped me through a very stressful time. To God Be The Glory. I would recommend it to those who are active and desire a safe home to come home to.

I would highly recommend them. They had the cleanest facilities with the nicest staff. They were very good.

The administration and staff at Oak Hills Terrace made the transition here very easy. They were very helpful and answered every question.

Washington Gardens Memory Care has been a wonderful place for our loved ones. The staff are genuinely caring, attentive, and go above and beyond to make sure the residents feel at home. The leadership team is approachable and always working hard to make improvements and create meaningful activities for residents and families. The community is warm, welcoming, and feels like family. I’m so grateful for the care and compassion provided here. Highly recommend!

We have recently placed our mom at The Greens and couldn’t be more HAPPY and at PEACE knowing that she is comfortable there. When we toured the facility we couldn’t come up with a single negative or concerning thing about our tour or the staff. We could not say that about other places we toured previously. Now that she has been at The Greens for 5+ months, we have gotten to know the staff, become familiar with their activities and care plans, but better yet have watched our mom explore, make friends and embrace and enjoy the many activities they offer including weekly outings. We can take a deep breath and are at peace knowing she is in a safe place with caring staff and a clean well maintained building and facility. Peace and happiness have returned to our lives as we can settle in and know she is well cared for at The Greens.

I went to the facility to check him the place where I could put my mom they were very clean they were very respectful the place was organized in every step was very helpful and I would put my my mother and there they were very caring for every person that they take care of in there and very well understand I seen one girl sitting on the bed helping her out talking to her and making her feel comfortable it was a very nice place to put any parent in there Thank you
