Frontier Senior Living

I had a wonderful tour of this community last week. It is a beautiful, clean and modern facility. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to place my mom here.

Beautiful, clean, stunning community. Staff is friendly and attentive. On site physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy are there for residents to remain as independent as possible for as long as possible. Activities for the assisted living side and memory care side are amazing. Meals are flavorful and the dining experience was wonderful. The administrative team is one of a kind.

We love the Preserve at Spring Creek. What stood out the most is it is very clean, fresh and they have excellent care.

Everyone is so kind and caring. I can’t say enough about the help and understanding I’ve received from them. When they realize they could do better they really work to try to improve their care and services. It’s a very friendly and inviting place.

Family member was in memory care. Staff who worked directly with residents were wonderful. I thought the room was on the small size, but for residents it was fine. He had a private bath, which was extra, wi-fi, basic cable, but no phone in the room unless family provided a cell phone.

I found all personnel easy to work with. They accommodated my brother with his difficult disabilities. My brother said his food was great. He expected hospital like food. [name removed] the Administrator/Director ran this place as if her parents also reside there. [name removed] took care of my brother's needs outside the nurses like [name removed]. It was easy to communicate with all of them. The business office was quite efficient. The only issue I had was with [name removed] in marketing. I took a lot of care explaining how difficult my brothers's disability was and he took steps with everything explanation I gave to explain how The Reserves would be able to handle it. He oversold what they could do and after my brother was admitted I felt he accepted my brother to meet a quota. He made a lot of promises that simply were not true. Eventually, I was told I had to find a nursing home fit him because they could not give him the physical therapy he needed to stand again. They told me they would train him to use the board to move from bed to his chair to use the bathroom, shower and get into his wheelchair. Therapy never happened and they placed him on diapers permanently because only [name removed] was trained to put his colostomy bag and condoms on. I must say [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] all investigated different nursing homes so he landed in a decent place which they had some history with. This is a very caring and emphatic staff.

My dad has been at Reserve for [date removed] now in the memory care. I am so grateful for all the staff and I'm glad that I chose the Reserve with the help of A Place for Mom. Great staff and program. I would recommend the Reserve to other families

We found the facility to be very pleasant, well kept, and clean. The staff were caring, and went above and beyond making sure that Mom was well cared for.

Everyone from the front office to my mom's care staff went above and beyond. The food was very good and the chef was willing to work with us. Our first impression of the facility. Very clean and up to date. The front staff was very helpful and answered every question. The flexibility for each guest. We stopped by numerous times "out of the blue" and there was no hesitation in allowing us to walk around and check things out. There were people walking out as we were leaving and we asked them what their thoughts were on the facility. They could not say enough good things. They had had parents at other facilities in the area and we're not pleased. Montecito was the first facility we visited. We visited several others after and knew as soon as we walked in that it was t going to work

The Greens staff goes beyond in all areas: the staff is so caring, respectful and encouraging. The activities are many: theme based, fun and therapeutic. The overall appearance: clean , fresh with soothing colors throughout. The dining room is spacious bright and comfortable with wait staff catering to your every need. The Greens is always working on improving the menu selection with many variations for seasonal foods : soups in cooler weather, fruit and vegetables when in season . I have eaten there numerous times and meals were great.

People have been welcoming to my stepdad. The speed with which we got him settled in there. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

My sister recently moved into CountrySide Lakes, and I am very happy that she lives there now as she was unable to continue living alone. In addition to the upscale physical plant, I was very impressed by the level of caring that all the staff show. This is true for the housekeepers, the dining room wait staff, the nurses, and the administrative personnel. All provide a friendly and caring feel for the residents. I would highly recommend CountrySide Lakes for any senior who is considering moving into a retirement community.

The facility is very clean , the staff are friendly and very helpful, the food is very good and healthy, They keep me informed of any and all issues with my wife. I'm extremely grateful of their care for my wife.

Canyon Valley's collaboration with Traditions Health Hospice provides exceptional care and loving support to the patients and family members going through this most difficult time. I could not have wished for a better place for my loved one.
