Beautiful community with scenic views! Loved the staff and residents! I had the option to eat lunch here during my tour and the food was fantastic! I can't wait until my move in day! I am looking forward to meeting new faces.

My mother is currently a resident at Heartis Longview and everything has been great for her at this facility so far! The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services, activities and value for cost are all great as well. I have nothing negative to say about the place. We are very pleased! I would recommend Heartis Longview to others.

They are in close proximity to our house and the staff was super friendly and the residents all seemed very content.It's an active community in a scenic location with a friendly and caring atmosphere. My Mom loves it!

My mother was previously a resident at Grand Montecito Memory Care for a short time and everything about her experience at this facility was great. The facility is amazing and the staff is awesome. They really did a great job with my mother in such a short amount of time. Overall, the experience at this facility was a pleasure. They made my mother, and us, feel like she was at home. My husband and I are actually considering this place for ourselves in the future. I would definitely recommend Grand Montecito Memory Care to others.

This community offers amazing programming for Seniors with dementia. It is well staffed with a caring and knowledgeable team. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for memory care in the Tyler area.

Overall I would give the landing a 5 on everything. As in all facilities one needs a family or friend advocate for the resident to keep Things running smoothly. One cannot just put a person in a facility and have no interest in their loved one.

Heartis worked hard to provide a safe caring environment for my sister during her illness and stay. I picked this community because of the availability and commitment to quality.

We thought that the staff and the residents were so welcoming and lovely and the place is always really clean. The CEO even helped us move in and get the television set up! The entire environment is super inclusive. It really felt like a community!

It is truly a special place. Many people have been there for years, and everyone knows the patients names, including their pets as well. They are free to rome, which creates a nice calmness, and the staff are happy to help whoever. For example, the cook has helped patients find their rooms, etc. The doctor is phenomenal, and is on sight 5 times a week.

AO is upfront with their price schedule and each resident's charge is dependent on the amount of care needed. No hidden fees. Proximity was also a high priority for our family. We all live within 1 1/2 miles and can easily visit for short periods. I have a medical background and am pretty judgmental with places. Not once was a disappointed with the facility.

When it comes to the value for cost - nothing against them they are all about the same cost but extremely expensive. What we like the most about the community is the opportunity to have more socialization my Dad was very isolated and alone before this has given so much more with other people. They definitely could work on the scheduling of cleaning apartments and laundry. As normal it is a brand new location and they are working out some of the kinks, we could not be happier.

Placing a loved one somewhere will always be hard...I know when we had to for our grandmother it was one of the toughest choices, we as a family ,had to make. Grand Montecito Memory care makes that experience for a family .. little less painful. The team and care staff is so welcoming and loving. I see the trust and relief in some of these families that come through to inquire about their loved ones. [name removed]/ Marketing Dir. And [name removed]/ Nurse, really makes the families feel at peace by always being attentive and reassuring to their concerns and needs. I would highly recommend Grand Montecito Memory Care for any one looking for a trusted community for their loved ones.

Inspired Living at Sugar Land was my first choice and that intake coordinator was great, she kept in touch with me the whole time my Dad was in the hospital. I wanted him to go there, he just never got better and passed away before we could move him in.

My mom is currently a resident at Pine Ridge Alzheimer's Special Care Center. Honestly, the friendliness of the staff is what made me feel comfortable putting my mom into their care. I also like that they have community activities for the residents. My mom is doing extremely well because of them. I would absolutely recommend Pine Ridge for loved ones that need Memory Care.

What we like most about the Countryside Lakes Senior Living is the large rooms/ really friendly staff/ great nurses/ love the Sunday concerts/great communication with family. It is in a neighborhood setting beside a beautiful lake with lots and lots of trees. Also very convenient to shopping for people who drive. We would recommend this community to other families.

It is kind of hard to say what our most favorite thing about this facility was since he's been deceased for over a year, and was only there for a month. However the community is very clean, spacious, and we would recommend them to other families.

I picked this community because, It is closer, overall, to my old house, my sister's assisted living community, and my son's home. I could see, immediately, that the residents of this community are, mostly, friendly and fun to work with. There are many fun and challenging activities, from painting to theatrics. I have found the food offered is delicious and varied. The surroundings--trees, bushes, the creek, birds, and deer--are so pleasant and calming. The administration and staff are helpful and delightful.

Some early concern about over medicating that was addressed by her physician (doctor name and clinic name removed). They have had some staffing issues over the past several months. We overheard a phone conversation in Nov where a Calloway staff member was telling the caller that Calloway was under a temporary hiring freeze.

This was the last facility I visited before making my choice, and I thought I already knew which I would choose before going in. They changed my mind with their Cleanliness, friendly staff and the way I witnessed them caring for their residents. They truly care for them all. So Happy with our pick. Your agency made this experience so much easier for me my family

We have been happy with Washington Gardens and would recommend it to other families. I like that it's a single level and more like a Community. They also have single rooms with a private bathroom.
