We love Summer Wood and have had a great experience so far. The staff here are absolutely amazing. They are caring and understanding. They offer support groups for the families. You can call them whenever and they help you through things - just very supportive. Mom is doing activities, has made friends, and overall just seems more happy and involved. I would definitely recommend this facility to others looking for memory care.

[name removed]and his crew keeps us well fed and happily neat and tidy. [name removed]and fun activities, jazzes us up. Loved the great party with wonderful land. I was happy to bring my friend [name removed]and show off my new living space.

I find the surroundings very comforting, the staff very helpful, and a lot of nice people live here!

I am rating The Inn with a 5 star, because of the friendly residents, staff, food quality, and most of all because you can make your apartment feel like your home with a personal touch. I do enjoy my new residence.

It was a beautiful place and they had very kind staff. I had high hopes that my mother could settle in and it would be a good place for her. It didn't work out the way we wanted it to, but that had nothing to do with Oak Hills. My mother passed away, as it was just her time to go. I would certainly recommend Oak Hills Memory Care to others.

They are great. My loved one likes the food. It smells and looks good. They offer quite a bit of activities, and have a full schedule. Overall, my loved one is well cared for, and I trust in the staff with, handling both the residents and my loved one.

I think they are wonderful, it is very homey, friendly and everyone knows him. They are great with communication and get back with you right away. Have had nothing but a great experience and very caring staff overall just very satisfied with all that we get from Pine Ridge.

It was a very nice place. The staff was very friendly. They were very attentive. Close to home. It was a very well kept facility. It was clean, bright, and well lit.

We had an amazing tour experience with Pine Ridge and really liked the facility and staff, unfortunately it was just too pricey for us.

We chose Callaway Gardens because they specialized in dementia and Alzheimer's care. What really sticks out most about this facility is the staff members, they are really good with the residents and truly care. I would recommend them to others looking for memory care.

The Inn at Los Patios was our second choice. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. During the tour, one of the residents showed us her own room and sat down and talked with us about the facility. The outdoor ambiance was incredible, if you have a loved one who enjoys being outdoors and watching birds and wildlife, this is the place for them. The reason we did not choose them was because the rooms looked older and were not updated.

It's a very nice place for Dad, they give him really good care. They provide a variety of meals and snack that he enjoys. The staff has been wonderful. They are very helpful, willing to answer any questions and keep my Mom involved in any updates.

This is an excellent place for your loved one. The community was able to assist with end of life care for my loved one. The staff were great to work with if we had questions or concerns. They were responsive to our questions and concerns in a timely manner. as well

I really liked The Landing at Augusta Woods, I actually put money down for a deposit on the place while it was being built. Once it was done, I went to look at the rooms and the closet space was so small that it was almost non existent and I knew that was not going to work for me.

The Grand Montecito is a great place, the community is clean and the staff are really knowledgeable and take really good care of our loved one. They have activities going on all the time, and when the weather is warm they take them out and about for the day to the park and different shops. The meals are good and I would recommend this community to others.

They do a lot of activities for the residents as well. They keep the residents involved and engaged. For what they do, 5 stars! It was a lot better than the place she was at before. I would highly recommend them, they go above and beyond working with the residents in the facility.

The off menu items could be a little bit better, there could be more of a variety. Right now the value for cost is very reasonable and we would absolutely recommend the Oak Hills Terrace to other families.
