Frontier Senior Living

My family was unable to dine with my mom because of Covid. She had memory problems so she couldn't tell me what the dining room was like. I only saw the food when it was delivered to her room when she had Covid and it looked OKAY. She said it was good. The care was very good but it could be better in the assisted living.

They were all great, from the caregivers, housekeepers, cooks to the RN's. I saw most of them as I was always visiting my Dad. They respected the residents & talked to them with respect.. They all showed great care not only for my Dad, but for the other residents... They called to let me know if something happened to Dad.

I recently visited & toured The Auberge Kingwood, which is an assisted living & memory care community. I was delighted to see how lovely the community is. (And, smelled great.) The best part is….the staff! Everyone was so nice & welcoming. It truly felt like a warm & loving community.

This community has amazing and kind staff and when I visit the residents are always smiling and active. I truly enjoy it when I get to spend time here. They are always clean and the food always smells delicious.

We picked this community, because of the location, apartment location, price, and it was just a really nice place.I would say this is the most friendly community I've ever experienced. I, myself, now know a half dozen residents because they are so friendly. The facility is fairly new, clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. I 100% picked the right place for my mom thanks to the help of A Place for Mom.

My loved one was a resident at Escalante at The Lakes. The staff is very attentive. The rooms were always clean and smelled fresh!!! My loved one ate all of his meals and snacks. He especially liked Friday Happy Hour. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

The rooms are so big and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful! All of the residents looked very happy! The grounds were clean and neatly manicured. Great atmosphere. Programming was fun and the residents really enjoyed it.

Recently had lunch and a tour there. Food was great, staff was friendly, rooms were big and community was clean and smelled clean. Something I learned was they are not just memory care, they are assisted living too. Not too small and not too big. Home like feel.

Some early concern about over medicating that was addressed by her physician (doctor name and clinic name removed). They have had some staffing issues over the past several months. We overheard a phone conversation in Nov where a Calloway staff member was telling the caller that Calloway was under a temporary hiring freeze.

My loved one is currently a resident at Autumn Leaves of Cityview and things are great! The facility is very "home like" and the staff are very friendly. Communication with the family is very good. I feel like they listen if/when I have any questions or concerns. The food is pretty good and there's plenty. I would definitely recommend Autumn Leaves of Cityview to others.

The community is light and airy! The staff and residents are happy and it’s so fun to walk in to visit. Love the family events they’ve been hosting too! The themes have been so fun and everyone so joyful!

This was the last facility I visited before making my choice, and I thought I already knew which I would choose before going in. They changed my mind with their Cleanliness, friendly staff and the way I witnessed them caring for their residents. They truly care for them all. So Happy with our pick. Your agency made this experience so much easier for me my family

We have been happy with Washington Gardens and would recommend it to other families. I like that it's a single level and more like a Community. They also have single rooms with a private bathroom.

My brother has been a resident at the Reserve of Oswego for a little over a month. My experience has been very favorable during his stay. I think he is treated very well. My brother tells me the meals are tasty and nutritious. They keep the residents very busy with games, crafts and visiting with each other. I also like that family members are welcome to take part in the activities.

After moving my father from one rehabilitation center to the Reserve we learned that all Nursing Homes aren’t the same. My family is relieved at the attention my father is getting and how they keep the patients active. The professional care he is receiving now seems like family that really cares about him. Thank you to all of the people at the Reserve for making him feel welcome.

While her stay was not the longest, it was the right place for my friend in her final days. When my friend moved to The Reserve the staff and residents made her feel very welcomed. The activities that are conducted are all meaningful, fun and important for the residents. Meals are well planned out and tasty. The entire facility is spotless and very well kept. The staff, from the CNA team, to the nursing staff to the kitchen folks and on yo the management team are all top notch, professional, compassionate and well prepared. I highly recommend The Reserve of Oswego for your consideration for your loved ones care.

Walking into the community I knew I would love this living facility. Bright, airy, wide hallways - the decor in the facilty is beautiful. The dining area was large. There are many outdoor spaces with umbrellas where you can take a nap or sit and read a book. The rooms had walk in showers and doors opening to a patio. Many places to sit and do crafts, work on puzzles and even a large exercise facility. Best of all was the caring, friendly staff. All staff I met was warm and welcoming and willing to answer questions.

I toured here on Friday and this place is amazing. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I found the ocean themed decor warm and welcoming. The entire facility is filled with natural sunlight. They have spacious rooms and plenty of activity and other spaces. Just amazing!

I toured this community for my uncle and observed the most caring staff. The seniors living there appeared to be well cared for and the food tasted amazing as I ate dinner with the person who gave me a tour. My questions were answered with ease & knowledge and I felt really good about this being the right fit for my family.

With 25 years of experience in Senior Care and Senior Living I am not easily impressed by companies. I have found this company to sincerely care about the residents, teams and communities at large.
