We went with Oak Hills Terrace because they were known to be one of the best places in the state when I looked them up. I talked to [name removed] and he interviewed us and I really just loved the people who run the place. Everyone is so caring and they give great 1:1 care to the residents. I would highly recommend to others looking over anyplace else.

I am 90 years old and have lived in the Los Patios community for six plus years. I live in the Independent living section. My husband has moved to assisted living for increased need of care. I find that living here meets my needs. The stuff is very satisfactory the environment is comfortable. My needs are met in every way be it transportation, food service, emergency care, or any need.

We were completely satisfied with the care and the service that they gave our friend. If the extra help is needed at a memory care facility this is exactly what we needed and I would advise to check it out. They do activities for the different holidays, a chili cook off, a turkey drive and more for the residents to do.

The things I like most about the Inn are its location, its history, and its service. It is in a beautiful setting with trees, birds, wild animals, an a gorgeous waterway. It has a very positive reputation in the community and the services is provided in a very professional manner. The residents themselves are a friendly, compatible group and the staff is friendly, competent, and handle their responsibilities well.

I find the staff, fellow residents extremely nice and ready to help with any problem in the month. I have lived here foods good too. I love the location.

This is the third community I have lived in. I think the food here is the best. Maintenance has been very good. Service in lunch room is excellent. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

I have worked with two different companies here at the Inn each time have seen respect administration and a pleasant atmosphere for all that live here.

I came to visit my father really nice and clean facility care staff are so awesome. Staff are always friendly and helpful keep up the good work :)

Absolutely wonderful. Great staff. Very knowledgeable and kind. Never talked to anyone who did not know person stories and fact about my brother-in-law. I highly recommend this facility. If I had to go in, it would be here.

We are having a very good experience so far with Grand Montecito, and right now it is the best place for our loved one to heal and regain her walking abilities. The memory care unit has sensors which is nice for when she needs help getting up. We really do like this facility so far.

This is a nice place for your loved one. I wish my wife's mom was there. Our mothers are friends and I know that she would love it. They play games, sing and have activities to keep the residents involved and interacting.

I was having an awful experience when my uncle was attempting to run away for the second time. He's been diagnosed with full-blown Alzheimer's. Then I got a call from Oak Hills Terrace Marketing Director. Talking with him lifted me up. We went to view the facility that day. We couldn't be happier with a place for my uncle. He has his good days and his bad days, but they're all handled beautifully by the staff at Oak Hills Terrace. Oak Hills Terrace even advises me when I'm having a problem trying to figure this disease out. It's a whole new world, but with this type of caring that director and staff at Oak Hills Terrace provide, and a little prayer, I think we're making good progress and my uncle is settling in quite well. If I had to recommend a place for anyone else seeking care for their family member with Alzheimer's I can't think of another place I could recommend like I can Oak Hills Terrace. They are literally a godsend. It's amazing what prayer will do.

They are always on top of things, especially the whole covid situation. They take great care of my mom and they really care for the families as well. The staff are great with communication and [name removed] has been excellent to work with. They have a lot of activities provided for the residents to participate in. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

I have told lot of my friends that it is great. My mother is getting great care here, and I'm happy she is here. I can't speak highly enough of the community. The communication with the staff is immediate, we are able to text back and forth. They had a derby day, made crazy hats, and horse races for the Kentucky Derby. For Cinco De Mayo they had a huge celebration with a band so this was held outside to allow the residents not to panic during a evucation drill. The manager does everything right. The activities director is great! The care workers are kind and smile, overall they are amazing!

Due to the covid restrictions we have not been able to get inside the community, but from our understanding the food seems to be pretty good. We would recommend the Heartis Longview community to others.

My husband has been at Arbor Oaks Terrace in Newberg since [date removed] after complications due to COVID-19 escalated his vascular dementia from low level to maximum. He was also admitted under hospice care. The care he has received at OAT has been more than I could ever imagine. The staff is so caring. I have not been able to visit him (plus he doesn’t recognize pictures of me), but staff sends pictures and videos of him to me. I know he is receiving much better care than I ever could give him at home. I’m so thankful for everyone who takes care of him.

You couldn’t find a better place for a loved one. The staff and services are top notch. I don’t believe she could get better care anywhere.

Their memory care was very, very good, with the variety of activities and the amount they provided. They dealt with Alzheimer's patients very well. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and a couple of them even gave me their cellphones numbers. They always called if something came up. The care was good overall, but when my loved one became incontinent, he needed to be changed more often. Overall I would recommend this community.
