We chose The Inn at Los Patios because of the atmosphere, there are a lot of trees and a creek and it just feels very open and relaxing. A lot of others we visited only had views of other peoples backyards or roads, at The Inn it is tucked away kid of like a hidden jewel. Residents can take walks and there is just a lot of nature around here. The apartment sizes here seem to be a little more spacious compared to some others that we looked at. They also have a lot of variety on the floor plans, some were open and some were more closed off. Some had walk in showers, some had bathtubs. etc. The activities provided and availability for residents to have transportation has been great as well as the friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend to others who are looking.

My step dad has been residing there over 1 1/2 years. He is happy which of course most important. I live in California and am very hands on with his care. I am there biweekly. It is nice to be confident in the care he is getting when I am not close. He he happy and doing well. He entered residence in hospice care. They said he had about 6 weeks. Due to great care his hospice nurse is amazed . Couldn’t not be happier

The community is extremely clean, the staff members are fabulous and the care services are fabulous. The director was fabulous about helping our loved one get in, we get weekly feedback and detailed reports every month about our loved ones health. They are extremely cautious with the covid protocols, they have not had one positive case between the staff members or residents. The activities director will send pictures of our loved one and they are truly amazing. It feels like a family.

The facility is in a great location, and it appears to be clean. The staff and administration are responsive, and I'm included in as much opportunity to interact with my loved one as is allowed right now due to CDC protocol. It's rough because I rely on them totally for taking care of my loved one during the pandemic. I haven't been able to go inside, nor see her room, except through the window. That being said, this is a good facility, and I'd put my loved one here again if I had to choose. This is the best care we've received so far.

This is the place!

It is the best place in Sugar Land. The staff is stable, and the community is extremely clean. The food is good. The staff is good. They have a hair salon and rehab on site.

I like living here very much, the staff members and residents are very caring and friendly. The maintenance especially is tremendous. The staff have also been here for many years which really impressed me and I think says a lot. The facility is beautiful and has so many beautiful surroundings. They do not always tell us what we need to know which can be frustrating. We have not been able to get the vaccine since we are independent living. The management has been very proactive with covid, but we did end up getting 9 cases and I believe that we fell through the cracks and it is very frustrating.

I have enjoyed a high quality of life while living at the Inn at Los Patios in San Antonio, Texas, for several years. The staff and service are excellent. Having free transportation is wonderful for those who need to be driven to medical appointments. Laundry facilities on each floor are quite convenient. The residents are all friendly. Everyone appreciates the beautiful buildings and surroundings.

The price includes the apt and care services so the value is definitely there. It's a brand new facility it is well maintained and the director is very accommodating. I would recommend this community to others.

Oak Hills Terrace is a very nice place to live. Kind staff and wonderful activities.

Initially our first impression of Heartis Longview community was a very positive one, our experience so far would be a five out of five. If asked, we would recommend this community to a family or friend.

This ALF is unique because they focus on memory care, dementia only. They have activities that help their residents with memory loss and keep them engaged.

Very clean and Lively. The residents are happy.

Oak Hills Terrace is wonderful! We moved Mom in the midst of COVID-19 because her memory was rapidly deteriorating after state-mandated confinement in her previous retirement living community. The staff is amazing! They've taken great care of her, kept her safe and healthy, and made ways for us to safely talk with her. It requires a lot of diligence and creativity to do that during a pandemic, and the Oak Hills Terrace staff does it well! I had toured the facilities a year prior to her moving in, knowing this was an eventuality, and their facilities were the best I saw. I really appreciate the home-like setup, the natural lighting, and the spaces designed for residents to interact with one another. Additionally, because of the way Oak Hills takes a Montessori-like approach, Mom has actually made improvements in terms of cognitive ability. Both residents and staff have been welcoming and kind to Mom. This staff truly shows love to their residents. So glad we chose Oak Hills Terrace Memory Care!
