It was a very nice place. The staff was very friendly. They were very attentive. Close to home. It was a very well kept facility. It was clean, bright, and well lit.

Over all I have had really good experiences there. They have great people. This was the main reason we chose them. There have been some hiccups but everyone there is super caring and helpful which makes a huge difference.

We had an amazing tour experience with Pine Ridge and really liked the facility and staff, unfortunately it was just too pricey for us.

We chose Callaway Gardens because they specialized in dementia and Alzheimer's care. What really sticks out most about this facility is the staff members, they are really good with the residents and truly care. I would recommend them to others looking for memory care.

I toured Crescent Landing at Hattiesburg and it was a great tour experience and first impression. We chose another community because it was smaller and I felt like my mom wouldn't get lost in the crowd there. At the same time, it wasn't so small that she wouldn't have anonymity. The price of the other community was also a better fit.

After meeting [name removed] and [name removed] They found exactly what I wanted.. 1 Br.on The 3rd floor.Food was great. I'm moving in [date removed]. Looking forward meeting and making new friends. [Name removed] and [name removed] are the very best.A+++ Totally the professional found me the very unit I was praying for ,!! Amazing Facility and incredible Staff. I am so happy I chose this Facility for my Mom who enjoys living here. The staff is amazing and always available for help and are so caring. [name removed] the Administrator cares very much for her residents and has helped me anytime I have an issue. Her concern for my Moms well being as well as the other residents is very comforting. I don’t have to worry about Mom now as I know she is well taking care of and Happy. Thank all for you for the Love and Care you give my Mom.

This is a very nice community. The staff care about the residents like they are family and they keep us very informed with everything that is going on in the community. They have activities like bingo, bingo bucks, outings to restaurants around the community, physical activities like beach ball volley ball and more. They have an activities calendar with a lot of things for the residents to do.

This was our 2nd choice. This was further from family and this was the downfall.

It's a very nice place for Dad, they give him really good care. They provide a variety of meals and snack that he enjoys. The staff has been wonderful. They are very helpful, willing to answer any questions and keep my Mom involved in any updates.

My friend lived here at Arbor Terrace at Kingwood for a while but had to move out because of the smoking rules. We appreciated that they were up front with those rules in the beginning so we knew the consequences. The facility overall is extremely nice and it was a good experience. It is a place I would definitely recommend to others.

This is an excellent place for your loved one. The community was able to assist with end of life care for my loved one. The staff were great to work with if we had questions or concerns. They were responsive to our questions and concerns in a timely manner. as well

I really liked The Landing at Augusta Woods, I actually put money down for a deposit on the place while it was being built. Once it was done, I went to look at the rooms and the closet space was so small that it was almost non existent and I knew that was not going to work for me.

The Grand Montecito is a great place, the community is clean and the staff are really knowledgeable and take really good care of our loved one. They have activities going on all the time, and when the weather is warm they take them out and about for the day to the park and different shops. The meals are good and I would recommend this community to others.

They do a lot of activities for the residents as well. They keep the residents involved and engaged. For what they do, 5 stars! It was a lot better than the place she was at before. I would highly recommend them, they go above and beyond working with the residents in the facility.

The Lake View Terrace community is always clean and the staff are extremely friendly, nurturing and caring. We have always had a good experience. They try to keep the residents active, they get them up in the mornings and have them participate throughout the day. The take notes on what our loved one needs and always call us. The dining room is always very cute.

The off menu items could be a little bit better, there could be more of a variety. Right now the value for cost is very reasonable and we would absolutely recommend the Oak Hills Terrace to other families.
