My mother has been at Ashey Glen 9 years. Staff is wonderful and very supportive. They have done an excellent job keeping everyone safe from Covid-19. My mother's main caregiver is [name removed] and she is outstanding!!! Couldn't be happier with her!

I love the fold who work here! [names removed] are so caring and wonderful!! I so appreciate them and all they do!!

Trust - over years of experience with Ashley Glen I know that I can trust them. Relationship - It takes time to develop. The staff at Ashley Glen have been there for years. They know my mom and show great care for her.

Everything looks great and all the workers were so friendly. The people staying there looked to be having a good time with the activity they were doing. Will be talking to my family about this place for our mother.

Ashley Glen is a wonderful intimate community. It is a great place for my mom. She is so happy there and the staff is like extended family to ours. The staff could not be more supportive. [name removed] made me feel completely comfortable and listened. Really listened to my fears. [name removed] is also wonderful along with everyone else.

I just want to thank the staff at The Landing on Dundee for the great experience they have given my family. It was a hard to decision for my mom to move my grandmother into Assisted Living/Memory care facility – especially during this time of COVID. Would “Nana” be happy? Would she be safe? Would we be able to ever see her? She virtually toured 6 facilities and she knew The Landing on Dundee was the right choice - the Advisor was warm and genuine and helped her understand so many things we were confused about. Still, it was a hard decision to make the move. My Nana moved there in August and is really happy and the staff truly cares -and she loves the food! The staff is always available for questions and communicates with my mom regularly. We even get pictures and videos sent of her out of her room, participating in activities - and she is painting again! I don’t live in the immediate area, but came to visit Nana this week and I am extremely impressed. I am a nurse and was worried about COVID precautions and sanitation, but they explained all the precautions needed for an outdoor visit, including pre-screening 24 hours before I came then again when I arrived. They provided the PPE and hand sanitizer needed and had a great outdoor space all set up for us to visit 6 feet apart! Being a nurse, I was skeptical about them truly following sanitation standards, so I waited in my car to see what they do before the next family was allowed to visit. And yes, they did sanitize the entire area before letting them visit their loved one! What really made me feel at ease was that I learned that this facility is actually COVID testing all of the people who live there and employees every week – I don’t think all facilities do that. I am happy, reassured and highly recommend The Landing on Dundee for anyone who is looking for Assisted Living or Memory Care.

I looked at several assisted living facilities before selecting Inspired Living - Sugar Land; this one has been great and my mom is very happy and content there. The staff members are all great, especially [name removed] who continues to go out of her way to do things for my mom. I would recommend this place to others an actually have done that.

I am so happy with The Landing on Dundee. Not only is it a new beautiful building, but the staff has been amazing! My mother is so happy and am so relieved she is being cared with such grace.

Oak Hills Terrace is without a doubt the best memory care facility in the Tyler area. I work with many patients throughout many communities across Tyler, and this is my favorite place to come and provide care in. I see people talking about turnover in other reviews, and small issues with things. I am inside MANY other buildings, and every place struggles with retention of staff and minor bugs. What separates Oak Hills Terrace from the rest is their amazing commitment to caring for their people. The activities are unlike any other place. The social setting is unlike any other place. They are leagues above any other memory care within 20 miles. This is the place you want your family member to be! I promise!

Oak Hills Terrace memory care is a great community for senior living. The atmosphere is pleasant, very inviting, warm, family oriented community. The staff is loving, caring and very compassionate towards the residents. The Montessori program is wonderful for dementia and Alzheimer's love ones and helps with the day to day tasks. Oak Hills Terrace is the place to have a love one as the disease destroys the memory and other important mental functions. This place is highly recommended give 5 stars for the community and staff especially at this time as the world is going through a tremendous global pandemic.

I love The Oak Hills Terrace family because when you enter the facility the love of the staff and employees greet you at the door. The staff are amazing and do a tremendous job assisting with the residents and actually engage with them. You can see the love and respect that everyone has for one another, which you can't find everywhere. Everyone is so friendly and take pride in what they do!! If you're needing a place for your loved one, then Oak Hills Terrace is definitely the place you would want your loved one to be.

We weren't sure where to find a place for our mother who 91 and has dementia. And there are SO many of them in the area. But after taking one of those virtual tours we saw how upbeat and friendly the staff were, and they like had tons of different areas for activities so we knew this was the right choice. She has been there for 2 months now and it such a relief knowing she is a home that really. I HIGHLY recommend Autumn Leaves.

Life is difficult, perhaps no more so, than the challenges we face for our loved one, particularly parents, as we/they are no longer able to completely care for themselves. What now? The answer for our mom came from the fine folks at The Inn at Los Patios. We moved our mom almost 3 years ago, Sept. 2017, to the assisted living section at The Inn at Los Patios. Thank goodness!!! We/she could not have managed without them. It's a beautiful location, just the right size, but the most important value for us is the assistance that the staff provides... the concerned attitudes, caring hearts, helpful hand! Many thanks to The Inn at Los Patios for helping our family during difficult times.

Arbor Oaks Terrace is an amazing community! The staff is caring, empathetic, and excellent with the residents that live there. My mother is a current resident and I am extremely grateful that she is living in a safe, clean and healthy environment. I can’t say enough good things about this community. Everyone is so nice and caring. They really engage with their residents and take the time to know them. They do a lot of activities with the residents such a gardening, games and even make soap! The rooms are clean and the staff always keeps up on laundry. They also take residents on field trips which is so wonderful! I highly recommend this community! Thank you for all that you do for our elders!

I'm rating Arbor Oaks Terrace memory care on my limited experience that I had with them. I wasn't able to go into the building because of Covid 19 but my mothers time there and my interaction with the staff was definitely a 5 star. My mom was only there a short time, but the special care that she received made her very happy. She loved the food and extra attention that she received while there. The activity director showed my mother so much love and spent time singing gospel songs with her. That was what my mother loved most was singing. She helped me skype with my mom and at a time when we could not go in to visit this was so important to my mom and I. They would sing songs to me and we loved it. Every time I called to ask questions the staff answered very quickly and gave me the information I needed. I wish I could have met them all in person. I was able to call and the staff would take the cordless phone to her so that we could talk. I always felt that my mother was in very special hands.

I cannot say enough good things about the care givers, the administrators and staff, and the philosophy of the site. From the outset, there was something reassuring about the approach that was talked about, and once my wife was settled in, she was the beneficiary of their consistently loving care. The caregivers seem called to serve, and they accommodate the residents' needs. Individualization seems to be the norm. I moved my wife there from a different facility only due to convenience and proximity, but have been tremendously pleased and am very thankful that she is at Arbor Oaks Terrace!

Ashley Glen is a nice and small community. If you need it, this is a great place to put your parents if they need memory care. I chose this community because its location is close to my house.The staff know all of the residents and address them by name. There are a lot of activities and the residents are always busy doing something when I visit there.

I really like that the Inn provides me with transportation when needed. I really enjoy being able to follow the footpath that allows you to enjoy 12 acres of woods. I really like having a porch so that I can enjoy being outside on pretty days. Our apartment fits my needs very well. I really enjoy the swimming pool. The staff are always willing to help when needed. I really enjoy living here.

It is great for seniors to live. They have a lot for seniors to do. They have a medical team there. They have games. They take you out to lunch. There is lots of things they do. They are nice.
