We had to make the decision to move my MIL into a memory care facility. The level of care that helped us during the transition has been great! I manage many employees for my work and I can honestly say that the employees that Autumn Leaves currently have are fantastic! They truly care about the residents and their family members! I truly feel that I have found a great place for MOM!

You can tell the staff really care! The residents are engaged in a different way at this community!

We chose Heartis Longview because we were impressed with the marketing lady, she was very personable, she knew all the right things to say, and she just made a really good first impression on my sister and myself. Most everything she said has turned out to be true. The room sizes here are great. Overall everything has worked out and we have been very happy with our choice.

I loved Inspired Living, it was a lovely place. The outdoor space for residents was very nice. Their intake coordinator was great and kept up with me all the way until my dads passing. This was my 1st choice.

It's the Taj Mahal! I haven't seen a place this good for this type of money.

I liked this community and the tour was good. I really liked that they had a better security alarm system than surrounding communities. I also liked that all rooms were furnished as well, that way we did not have to scramble for furnishing.

Nice community, just not the right fit for my loved one.

I recommend Autumn Leaves Memory Care for anybody looking for a place for their family member in Spring TX. Autumn Leaves, Spring TX have some of the most caring staff in the facility along with a beautiful set up for memory care clientele. [name removed] the Director of Sales and Marketing has a wealth of knowledge that she has brought to Autumn Leaves and shares with the families and the community!!!

We had so many options when looking for dementia care for our mother so we were a little overwhelmed. But when we toured and ended up meeting with [name removed] the Executive Director she helped put us as ease with her nurturing style and expertise on all things dementia care. Our mother has been there for a year now and we couldn’t be happier. Don’t hesitate to call here because between all the activities they do and kind, caring staff we feel Mom is in safest, best staffed place in town.

The community when our loved one was moving it was brand new and beautiful. You can tell a lot of thought went into everything at this community, all the bring windows bring in such natural bright light. We had to wait for awhile until they got all their legal papers in order since they were brand new but it was worth the wait. Overall we have been very pleased, everyone is so nice and our loved one is really enjoying it.

We are so happy with Countryside Lakes. It is so much more than we had ever hoped for. The size of the apartments is double everywhere else we looked and for the same price which was wonderful for my aunt. The have the most friendly staff members and residents here. Entertainment wise, they have tons going on. For example they have an Elvis impersonator that comes, live music every other day, van rides to the beach, etc. She is physically and mentally so much better since being here. They are an amazing place and I would highly recommend them to others. I am a care manager and it is the best I have ever seen.

I have already recommended the community to others, and will continue to. My loved one is very happy here. The community has done a great job at getting residents involved in activities in the community.

The Weston Group has an office on site and the Inn at Los Patios. We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We provide therapy for the residents and seem happy we are on site. The Weston group is happy to be on site providing the best care so seniors do not have to leave their home.

We moved my Mom to Ashley Glen 3 1/2 years ago. I visited several other facilities that had assisted living and memory care since she would need both. None of the other facilities provided both types of care + the loving, family atmosphere of Ashley Glen. One of the top reasons for choosing AG was their long time employees - - many of the staff have been there for 20+ years, which was unheard of in any of the other facilities. The facility is like a comfy home - clean, well decorated, nice touches of home, good meals, etc.The activities for the residents are very good. The outdoor areas are beautiful and well-maintained. Any questions or concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend checking out Ashley Glen when you have a loved one who needs assisted living or memory care, it is such a wonderful facility! Our family feels blessed that Mom is living at Ashley Glen, it has been a beautiful experience.

We are very happy with The Landing. We chose this facility because it was brand new and it is such a beautiful place. They do offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care so if she needs that type of care she won't have to move. All of the staff that we have dealt with are so kind and patient and go above and beyond for their residents. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

The Inn at Los Patios, is like coming home, friendly people ( staff and residents alike) beautiful common areas decorated for each holiday, wonderful food and activities. Tucked in a beautiful neighborhood with huge trees and green spaces. Can't wait to retire and live here.

Our folks have lived here for 3 years and they are happy to be here. Everyone is friendly and always so helpful. It's always a joy to hear and feel safe here as well.

I thought The Landing on Dundee was outstanding. Had it been my choice, I would have chosen them. But Mom wanted a more Jewish facility that offered religious services. The Landing was a very nice facility. I had zero complaints about the grounds, cleanliness, and the staff I met. I don’t think anybody looking for this type of care would have been disappointed with them. My siblings and I all toured separately, and without comparing notes, we all independently decided on The Landing as our top pick.

My experience so far has been great, it has a family atmosphere to it and the community is always kept clean. The staff members are wonderful, and even with the kitchen staff shortage the dining service is good and the activities are okay.

We had a great tour with Inspired Living. We were able to eat a meal here and it was a great contender, it just came down to the location for us.
