We are having a very good experience so far with Grand Montecito, and right now it is the best place for our loved one to heal and regain her walking abilities. The memory care unit has sensors which is nice for when she needs help getting up. We really do like this facility so far.

I am writing about a very special person.[name removed]. When I started looking for a permanent residence for my sister in law my first and final stop was at Cedar Bluff. [name removed] met me at the door with a bid smile and gave me a good tour of the building I knew right then this is the place where my sister in law [name removed] needed to be. When I need to know something about Cedar Bluff, [name removed] is who I go to. He is very informative about the policies and procedures of Cedar Bluff. We are very fortunate to have [name removed] taking care of our sister in law. Thank You [name removed]! Six stars because of [name removed]

I’m a hospice provider and the whole visiting a patient a caregiver ([name removed]) was so kind and helpful. I see all the compassion in his eyes that he deeply cares for the residents he cares for.

This is a nice place for your loved one. I wish my wife's mom was there. Our mothers are friends and I know that she would love it. They play games, sing and have activities to keep the residents involved and interacting.

I was having an awful experience when my uncle was attempting to run away for the second time. He's been diagnosed with full-blown Alzheimer's. Then I got a call from Oak Hills Terrace Marketing Director. Talking with him lifted me up. We went to view the facility that day. We couldn't be happier with a place for my uncle. He has his good days and his bad days, but they're all handled beautifully by the staff at Oak Hills Terrace. Oak Hills Terrace even advises me when I'm having a problem trying to figure this disease out. It's a whole new world, but with this type of caring that director and staff at Oak Hills Terrace provide, and a little prayer, I think we're making good progress and my uncle is settling in quite well. If I had to recommend a place for anyone else seeking care for their family member with Alzheimer's I can't think of another place I could recommend like I can Oak Hills Terrace. They are literally a godsend. It's amazing what prayer will do.

I moved my loved one into memory care and decided to move into assisted living. I have enjoyed the team and the activities. I know I couldn't leave my loved one and everyone has been nice to me even when i get emotional. We are very happy here.

My mom was a resident at The Courte for eleven months until her recent passing at nearly 91 years of age. I am so grateful she was able to live her final months in such a loving, caring, clean, and fun filled environment. We always found the staff to be friendly, attentive, and accommodating to Mom's needs as well as our own. This was no small feat considering her stay there was during the worst of the Covid-19 crisis and shut down. Because we were not able to see her in person due to the circumstances, the Activities Director, as well as other staff members, always made sure we were able to converse with her on Skype or FaceTime two to three times per week. Mom always seemed to be very happy in our chats and I could tell she was really enjoying all of the activities and events. I highly recommend the Courte at Citrus Heights to anyone seeking a special and all-together wonderful place for their loved one.

This was a wonderful facility. This was a perfect place to take anyone that you are concerned about. The staff are wonderful. They bent over backwards providing care for my brother.

They are always on top of things, especially the whole covid situation. They take great care of my mom and they really care for the families as well. The staff are great with communication and [name removed] has been excellent to work with. They have a lot of activities provided for the residents to participate in. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

The search to find a Memory Care Home ended after visiting Blossom Grove. While other communities were professional and welcoming., Blossom grove offered more-positive energy and persona investment. Blossom Grove insures the residents have a wide range of activities and amenities to enhance emotional, social, and physical needs. The community layout is open and spacious. The administration is located centrally, to observe and directly communicate with staff and residents.[name removed] the executive director and other staff are readily available and work with families to customize solutions for special needs. I'm confident that my mother is in a safe, friendly, secure, and caring home.

The community was under construction during our loved ones stay, so it is not fair to rate the cleanliness of the community. However the staff were very caring and seemed to really show concern for our loved ones well being. Not only did they show care, attentiveness and respect to our father, but also to our mother when she would come and visit.

We really liked the philosphy that they had at The Auberge and it seemed their support system was great. The director was very attentive and kept in touch. This was our 2nd choice and it was a very hard choice to make.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. My mom loves the community and is happy here. The staff are sending pictures and phone calls with updates at least once a week. The food could be improved for the residents.

[name removed], gets a lot of credit for my decision to leave [community name removed[ here on a permanent basis at the end of her two respite weeks. Her way of describing the community and answering my questions was so warm and understanding as well as informational. If "marketing by building relationships' is a good, [name removed] is excellent. I cannot describe how much i appreciate her

The design of the Blossom Grove facility sustains a community atmosphere that is peaceful and comforting. The care-givers of Blossom Grove provide resident-specific direction that fosters and nourishes residual capabilities. The activities at Blossom Grove support an inclusive and encouraging environment that reinforces remaining memories. After four months in residence, my mother tells me she is "happier than she's ever been" and that gives me peace.

Our family had an in person tour, they were just starting to allow families to enter so it was still a little restricted. The community was absolutely gorgeous, however we did not choose it because it seemed like they were geared more towards independent living and were transitioning into assisted living/memory care. Again the community was absolutely beautiful, but we just did not feel comfortable placing our loved one their with her memory issues.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. There is no other community I would recommend currently. The community is secure and your must be let into or out of the community by a staff member. The staff is very nice, considerate, and helpful.

It is a nice place to be if you're rich. The food is good, and they do have other options if you don't like a meal. Some of the activities that are available include music, games, and more for the residents to choose from.

This care and service at this community is exactly what you'd want for your elder loved one. They care for each individual resident and go the extra mile to make sure that he/she feels at home. We just attended a great outdoor event that included brisket and live music -- right in the parking lot of the community! [name removed] knocked it out of the park on that one!

The director was very friendly when we initially toured Heartis, and all of the staff members have been wonderful. The location is great, the amenities are great and new. The price is great for the quality of the community and the quality of the amenities. The staff has made the transition for our loved one very smooth, they have gone above and beyond for our family and have been extremely helpful. We are happy with them.
