My tour was positive! The staff was friendly and the community was well-maintained!

Overland Court Senior Living has gone above and beyond with helping to transition our mother into the care facility. This transition was not an easy decision and things have gone better than expected. The staff treats our mother as if she was their own family and they communicate effectively with my father to ensure that her needs are being met. Our mother has been living there for approximately two months now and I believe we made the right decision on choosing Overland Court Senior Living.

My loved one's experience with Barathaven has been good so far. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is kind and polite, and my loved one is receiving the care that he needs. I am pleased with the experience so far!

Just starting my search for a place for my friend, this rates high on the list from just my first visit. Everything is visually appealing and the people seem friendly and helpful. Prices are in line with others I have see so far, a tour is a must if you are looking too.

The ED is very knowledgeable he took a good amount of time showing us around and explaining everything. The staff were very engaged with the other people there (who lived there). The building was very clean, activities were going on and people were involved when the time is right we will be moving in.

Absolutely wonderful. Unlike some of them, the first thing [Removed] wanted to know about was my mom. Where she was in her dementia and what her needs were. The facility is beautiful. The staff was so friendly. I will feel at peace bringing my mom here.

We love the Heartis Longview, the people are very nice, cooperative and accommodating. I highly recommend this community. They are very good about doing what I ask, my aunt seems to be very pleased. My cousin and I love the openness and brightness, the facility it's very open and bright. [Removed], the executive director, is an amazingly sweet lady. Everyone down to the maintenance man is just as accommodating, we could not be more pleased.

I toured this community. And it was like a home feeling. The staff was caring. They seemed to have a lot of nice activities for the residents. The menu looked appealing. We would recommend this community to other for care and value.

I looked at many properties in the Salem area and this was the best one! My parents moved in recently and they like the staff, cleanliness and food. They are also getting involved in activities.

We love the place, especially the activities that Esther would be able to participate in.

I think my wife is very happy in this community. They take good care of her. We are still new to this so we are not very aware of everything that they offer, but I know she has gotten her hair done a couple of times. I would love for her to do more. Overall, it has been a good experience for her so far.

I like the care of this community. They need to work on getting cable and they could use some improvements on the meals. The community is clean and taken care of. They do offer activites to the residents who want to participate. We would recommendthe care of this community to other familes.

My mother-in-law is doing fine and she likes it there. The care, activities and meals are good at the community. She has put on 3 pounds from the staff told us when they called with an update. The Executive Director was nice and had a nice apartment available with her own bathroom in it. They community is close to my daughter which is why we picked them.

She is active with a lot of the great activities that she is offered. This is a community that is close to my home. I was able to talk with other families and we hope that they can get more staff available. They are always attentive to anything that she is needed. We would recommend the care of this community to other families for excellent care.

I like this community for mom. They are very caring and attentive to her needs for the great care. The meals are outstanding and a good variety and the chef goes out of his way to make sure she is accommodated on anything she wants. She likes the activities and they help her in many ways. We are happy with this community. We like the care from the staff members. They do offer activities that she is trying to participate in with the other residents. The community is clean and well taken care of. We like that when you visit that the other residents make you feel at home. We would recommend the care given here to other families.

My mom is doing good in the community and they are taking good care of her. When she went in she mentioned how good everyone is to her. I see they take good care of her and the people there seem happy. The food is good and they have lots of things to do. The staff have been pleasant and very welcoming. It is well run and clean. I feel this is the best place I have seen, I have been to other places.

Beautiful but a little pricey.

I am very happy with the care my mother gets at Redwood Heights. She is pretty independent but needs assistance with various things. The staff provide quality care along with keeping her apartment clean and tidy. She enjoys going on various outings as provided by Redwood and also involved in the various activities provided. She is quite social and the staff and other residents interact with her in a positive way. I would recommend Redwood Heights to anyone looking for Senior Care options.
