My mother has lived at Autumn Leaves since [Removed]. She has had both care and affection in this facility – Care can be purchased, affection is a gift – and my family is so grateful for this giving, loving staff.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and so far we are pleased with how things are going for her. The staff are doing a wonderful job with her care she is always saying how much she enjoys there company. They have just hired a new activity director so I am looking forward to mom getting involved in the new things they come up with for the residents. She has had no complaints about the meals and is enjoying her dinning experience.

We moved my mom here about a month ago from out of state. Her transition to a new community has been such a blessing for me to experience with her. We had a few difficult moments those first few days when I wasn't sure how to encourage her or even know how to communicate with her. I reached out to staff at Blossom Grove by texting them ( I was scared and desperate!) and they came right to mom's room and walked me through that moment. It's a big learning curve for me as mom has just recently been diagnosed with dementia. My mom and I have both been well cared for and I'm feeling better equipped for this new chapter with her as each day goes by. I stop by every day and I am amazed every single time at how the residents are honored and treated with respect. Each resident has their own personality and level of care and it's so amazing to see how the staff comes alongside them to care for them right where they are at. I know that at anytime I can text or call and my questions (medical, housekeeping, special events, salon info...it's still all new to me!) will be addressed right away. They prepared and equipped me for that first week and boy am I thankful. If you haven't read "Creating moments of joy" by [Removed] it's a great place to start getting your heart and mind ready for the days ahead. I am so thankful for the cleanliness of her room and facility. Oh, and yummy food too! Mom loves the food...especially the desserts! It's so important for me to feel reassured when I'm not there every moment that mom is eating well and is happy. One last kinda funny thing...we attempted to have cable hooked up for her but in the process realized that mom wasn't at all interested in her TV anymore. She'd prefer spending her day out in the common areas doing activities! It's so great to watch her enjoying her day...I really didn't think she would be THIS engaged and happy. There's still difficult moments but now I know they're just that...a moment. I am so thankful for each day I get to have her here in Redlands. Thank you Blossom Grove!

I am very happy with the care from this community. The staff is caring and always keep me informed on her process. The community is clean and maintained. She is pleased with the variety on the menu and they offer her to get involved with the activities. We think that families would like the care from this community due to the care and the value that is offered.

We were moving our stepmom from out of state and there was quite a bit of work involved to do this. [Removed] made all of this very easy and bent over backwards to help us. The day that we moved her in was amazing. Welcome signs were up for her, but the most important thing was how friendly the staff was. They helped us, answered our questions and were very kind and patient. She loves her new place and the friendly residents who welcomed her. We feel at peace having her here. It really is a beautiful place. Words are not enough to thank the staff, especially [Removed]!

The facility was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and they were very caring towards the client we saw them interacting with. I really liked the private room with shared [Removed] bathroom, and large shower area in the bathroom. We love the proximity to our mother's house.

After visiting several communities between myself and my uncle we thought this community was the best match for my grandmother's personality. She is so outgoing and engentic we knew she would be happy here. Since moving here she seems to be liking it. She loves the staff she is hugging them goodbye when we take her out for the day. She has made some friends and they sit outside in the common area for sit by the pond and watch the fish. She likes the food it must taste good because anywhere she goes the food there taste salty to her.

The staff at this community were great when my husband was there. They took really good care of him, recommended hospice and took care of the details. They offer good healthy meals. They tried to keep him as active as they could. They have good follow through. This is a family run community and they offer great care for a great cost. I would highly recommend this community.

I am very happy with the care that my mom is received from the nice staff at this community. We like that it offers a clean environment for her to live in. The menu is appealing and she seems to enjoy living here. They have a nice list of activities. We would recommend this community for the care and good value.

I like the care from this community. The staff has been caring. The community is clean and we like knowing that the environment is nice. The menu is good with a nice variety. They offer activities for the residents who are able to participate. We would recommend this community for the good care that is offered. We would highly recommend this community for other families.

We absolutely love this community! The staff is kind, compassionate and very attentive. The activities are so much more than we have experienced anywhere else.

This is a caring community. I like that my mom is happy here for the care that she is receiving. The menu is very nice and she likes everything. I am so grateful for the crew at Washington Gardens. Amazing professionals that also make you feel like family. My mom is doing great there and they go out of their way to make her feel at home. One of the things I love most about Washington Gardens is that they have outdoor space that residents can access, and the whole place really feels like a home. My mom spends very little time in her room. I also love that I can visit any time of day or night. It has been a difficult 8 years caring for my mom, and this is the first time I feel like I can breathe and not worry about her! A true gift.

This is a nice community for care for a loved one. We liked that tour that would have been a nice place for care for my mom. The staff is caring and able to answer questions We like the menu and the activities. We wanted a community closer. We would suggest this community for good care and the value that is offered.

Very positive tour. Sales Director [Removed] and Exec Dir [Removed] were personally attentive to our needs and preferences. For the present we feel that our Mom doesn't require the level of assistance offered. Thank you for your advice.
