I thought Wentworth of Las Vegas was a nice place. They just didn’t have any kind of deck for each room, and my loved one really wanted some kind of personal outdoor space.

The community did a great job taking care of our loved one. I would recommend this community to others based on our experience.

We had an in person tour and this community is very clean and pretty big, but it was just out of the way for our family when it came to location. The price was good, it was inclusive, but they did not offer a lot of activities.

The staff team we met with to tour did an excellent job setting up an environment that the clients would love. For memory care they formed a circle that resembled a small town so the residents could not get lost. The guy who runs the place was great and a real straight shooter, but the environment itself was not as light and bright as we wanted. The corner of the hallways were dimmed with energy and somber tones.

This facility is definitely in the running. There is one private room with a bath available. The only negative I have is that the closet was extremely small.

My ratings are based on the short experience we had. We were able to have visits with my loved one. It looked like the residents were able to walk around. My loved one fell and none of the staff saw this; this has me concerned. I don't blame the community for my loved one's fall. I just wish I would know where and what time it happened.

I have been here 18 months. I moved in and the door was locked behind me! While the restrictions associated with covid-19 were severe, we have done well. The staff is excellent to us. Resident and mgmt are looking forward to a more open state of being soon! Post covid restrictions. New hires have been excellent and residents are too. Come out of their begging into to participate again. Stay tuned! Los Patio is on the move!

Beautiful setting, easy to get around. Lots of trees. My apartment is very senior-friendly and I feel safe here. Lots of activities to enjoy and lots of friendly people. Dining room is interesting and healthy. Staff super nice and helpful. The location is great for shipping. Church and the mgmt seems to be trying new ideas. I'm glad I'm here.

Arbor Oaks is a fantastic place for my Grandmother. The staff is very kind and they care about her which is important to me. I am glad I chose Arbor Oaks for her to live out her years.

It is an attractive community. You are able to have assisted living, apartment living, or independent living. It is pretty grounds. It is convenient to shopping, in the city, and not far out for most people. It is easy in and out. You are able to maneuver around the buildings easily. It feels rural but in the city. The community has a newsletter and is a very interactive community. You are being encouraged to participate and there are lots of activities available. It is like a cruise in the city based on the activities.

Everyone we met on our tour at The Wentworth was nice. We just found their memory care facility to be not as nice as another we saw elsewhere.

The community was not really equipped to handle my loved one due to some of his issues. I would not recommend this community to other.

Our loved one was their for respite, we were only allowed to see the front lobby because of the covid restrictions but the community was nice enough and the staff was very friendly.

We chose Washington Gardens mostly because the cleanliness, I visited several places and this was the most clean and did not have the stench. My moms stay here was short but they handled my moms care here very well. The meals here were awesome and the activities and outings that they provided were great as well. The only complaint I have was if I would call and leave messages to ask them to help and get her ready if I needed to take her out, it would never happen. They also never notified me of the downward changes that were happening with my mom, so they fell short with communication sometimes. Overall, I would recommend as long as you can be an advocate for your family member and can initiate that communication with the facility.

We visited a lot of other communities and this was the first one we went to. We were very impressed, it is brand new and looks almost like a resort area, and the people were very friendly. The rooms are nice and well equipped for wheel chairs. It was overall a good first impression.

Ashley Glen has always been very attentive to my mom and her needs, she loves it there and calls it home. However, I understand that Covid has turned things upside down. My mom's lack of socializing has taken a toll on her. The residents should be able to eat their meals together and socialize with each other. The lockdown of the seniors has been going on too long. It's time to let them out and live whatever time they may have left.

My mom was at Pineridge for 7 years. She was their longest resident until she passed away two years ago. We have a large family and pretty much one of us was there visiting each day, usually around lunch time. We liked that they had two wings. When she first moved in she was in the wing for the more independent residents. There was activities all the time. Bingo, live music, socials, etc. As her disease progressed she moved into the other wing for more care. Incontinence, help eating and food designed more for her condition (puree, finger food, etc.). The facility was clean and in the 7 years they always seemed to be upgrading and remodeling/painting. The majority of the staff were very friendly. They didn't seem to have a high turnover in staff and they seemed to genuinely care about the people in their care. My mother had excellent care. 7 years is long enough to know how this place was ran.

Families need to visit often and they need to take charge of their loved ones care. The have had a lot of staff turnover. which is hard for the residents. They don't seem the advise families of what the residents needs are. I don't know that she is out of supplies unless I am there and see it myself. They staff need to be more proactive with care and communication. It is very clean and the meals are great.

I love my apartment! I am disabled and it is just the perfect size for me to get around in. They clean it for me every other weekend and immediately take care of any problems I have with it. The people who I meet here are so friendly and the staff is so gracious. They sure have enough organized entertainment everyday to participate in or not. I hope that I can afford to live here for the rest of my life!
