We toured this community for the care of the family. The staff was nice and caring. We were happy that they did answer the questions we had on the care that was given. They had a lot of nice activities and the menu looked appealing. We would recommend other families to tour this community for the care of a family member

This was a nice tour for care .The staff were very friendly and caring to hear our questions on the care that is offered. We liked the menu and the list of activities. the community is clean and maintained. We liked the activities that are offered. We would guest a tour for other families.

My mom was well cared for by the staff and caregivers. The place is well located off the highway. They found activities to do for her level. They provided her with finger foods so she could feed herself, and if she couldn't feed herself they would help her eat. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate and work with my mom who could at times be very difficult to work with. The interaction between the staff and my family was outstanding. They were great at communicating with my son who stood in for me while I was out of the country. That is saying something about the community that I felt comfortable enough to be able to leave her care in their hands. They were also very accommodating to my son's family and his children, there was even a play area for visiting children. They provided adult beverages for visiting families, it was very comfortable to visit. My son had nothing but positive things to say about Silverado Kingwood.

I was familiar with Silverado from prior meetings. I toured several of their facilities and I think they are absolutely top notch. The memory care they offer was not needed but they would be our first choice when that time comes.

We could not be happier with this community. The staff are wonderful in everyway. I like knowing that my mom is happy with the menu and the variety. The community is the clean and nice environment for her to enjoy.I am happy to see her active with the other residents with the list of good activiites. We would highly recommend this community to other families for the great care and value for a loved one.

The staff are excellent. They are friendly and they know everyone's name. They offer many activities and the community is beautiful. They have three chefs and the food is fantastic. I liked the ambiance of this community and I would recommend it.

This is a nice community. We like the excellent staff and the cleanliness of the community inside and out. We have enjoyed the meals with him and they are very good. The activities are offered to everyone who wants to participate. We would highly recommend this community to other families.

Very caring Compassionate care givers. Professional, respectful and courteous even when no one is watching. Kitchen extra clean and food is good. I ate there often. Activities staff cater to individual’s needs. Professional/office/Administrative staff treated us like family. The nurse is never going to get enough praise from me. I have been a nurse since 1983 and work in the field, to trust my loved one to their care should speak volumes.

My husband attends the Day Stay and loves it. He loves all of the staff and is excited to see them each week. They are very caring and compassionate and make him feel welcome each time he arrives. I see him happy, is busy and sings and talks and laughs with residents.

My grandfather is doing great here. it has been a great place for him. The staff are exceptional with the care. We have no issues with the meals and cleanliness. We picked this community because my husband felt the staff here picked their profession instead of treating it like a job.

There aren't enough stars to rate how wonderful Lake View Terrace Memory Care is. Absolutely everything about this place is perfect for our needs. The Staff has a special way about them and are the most caring people I have ever had the pleasure of being around. It is such a relief knowing mom is safe, secure and really enjoying her life again. The place is immaculate and beautiful

They were wonderful when touring with them. After seeing what they offer we saw that it was not the right fit. She does not need memory care yet and she did not want to live in Salem.

Everything is going smoothly so far! My loved one is enjoying his stay! We are very pleased and have no complaints!

My mother in law was in need of a community, that was able to provide that level of care she needs. I do feel found that in this community. She is doing very well, and we are pleased with all they have done for us. She is safe, and receiving great care. Everything is working out well for us in this community.

My loved one's stay is going wonderfully! The facility has two levels; the bottom level is a wonderful memory care unit, while the upstairs is an assisted living unit. Both units allow freedom for residents. The staff are very attentive and take great care of her! She has plenty of opportunities to participate in activities, such as the luau party that they had recently, or the bus trip that they took last week. I also liked the fact that, though the rooms are shared, they are very large and my loved one is able to live privately.

We like this one a lot. The units are fairly large, spacious bathrooms with roll in shower stalls. Refrigerator, microwave, utilities and cable TV included. Got good vibes from the people.

This was a outstanding community. The staff are nice and we like that they did keep me informed on her progress. The community was always nice and very clean. The listed on the menu of healthy meals were very appealing and she was pleased with the variety. They had a lot of nice activities that were offered for her. We would recommend this community for the good care and the value for other families for the care of a loved one.

Beautiful community! Very friendly and attentive staff. The residents were all happy and engaged in activities when I toured!

Friendly care staff, managers do a fantastic job!

My mother is doing well since her move into The Wentworth. She likes the fact that everyone there is nice, she has been making a lot of new friends. She has attended the movies, done some bingo and gone to a couple of socials. She likes that everyone there is very nice and she is happy with thre lady that does her hair. The only thing that she wishes they would change is having more fish on the menu. She is not a big meat eater. Other than that, she is enjoying the atmosphere, and we are happy with our choice.
