Seemed nice. Unofficial tour, because manager wasn’t there, also no information on pricing. Floor plans don’t have overall square footage and not completely clear whether dimensions are entire apartment or just area printed in.

I absolutely adored the staff member that gave my loved one and I a tour of there community. She was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable during our visit. They had a well maintained facility with a lot of great amenities available to all of the residents. It was just not the right fit for my brother in the end decision.

We are relatively happy with them. It's still kind of confusing getting acclimated to the workings of the place, learning when meals are and things, there was no real orientation. I haven't had any complaints about food or staff, or cleanliness, nothing like that.

Liked it better than Mom, so impressed with who showed them around, good camaraderie with the residents.

A good place to live. The food is good and there are good selections. Overall attentive staff and care givers. Would recommend to others. Great location and small facility.

Clearwater is a good place for older individuals to live. It is always friendly and well taken care of, The food, according to my mother, is great and she likes ordering off a menu. The care givers generally are attentive and caring. I would recommend this based on size and location.

Admission process very easy, good communication with family

They were pretty friendly, the rooms were a little smaller here, they do have a call system so if you fall or if you need help they have that system in place but it was about the cloness to us.

I had already visited before but gave us a nice tour, very helpful(other places closed on wkends)and I liked the smaller community, very nice/clean but a nurse 'on call' was a?for me.

This community was very nice. The person that took us around was very nice and helpful. The community however, did not offer the services that my brother needed. I liked that the community was clean and it did not smell like urine.

The community is clean and the staff is friendly, however my concern is staffing level and turnover especially for CNAs. Although the community says they meet NC State requirements, the ratio of CNAs to residents needs to be more to reduce how long some residents have to wait for assistance.

I've only been in assisted living here for only 5 months. It has gone downhill very quickly. Finally yesterday and part of today so far they haven't been able to feed us properly. Yesterday breakfast was terrible. I literally had a tablespoon of scrambled eggs, and maybe two tablespoons of oatmeal. Lunch was cold pizza , two pieces and a small side salad. Dinner was a McDonald's cheeseburger and chips. We pay for 3 meals a day in dining room. They want us to eat in our rooms like prisoners. If you care about anyone DONT PUT THEM HERE !! I called for a nurse No one every came.

I love my unit; it's roomy and has a pleasant view. My complaint is with the food and getting things done. If and when they execute, they do a good job though. I live in independent living, so they don't "hold our hands".

Some of the staff are very friendly others are downright rude. The kitchen serving staff think that you're there for them again, summer. Nice others are downright rude. I would not recommend this facility.

Adequate care. My husband fell several times in the week of his stay, but he didn’t ask for assistance. He was not injured and I was notified. No one checked in, or invited him to activities or meals. He was comfortable enough in his room and able to use WiFi and tv. He said his stay was “okay”.

Administrators and supervisors were great. Staff could have been more attentive. They were doing some great improvements with new furniture etc. but weren't the best at cleaning the residence rooms. My mom is not there anymore. There was little staff at night especially. My mom fell and ended up in hospital and now in another facility.

We didn't care for the layout of the community.

Enjoy touring with Tyler. Building is older than I would like. Location is not the best for me. Have not ruled out.

Facility has a relatively small number of units, and is scheduled for a major facelift sometime this year. The staff seems friendly and helpful. The food is a good solid ok - a lot like dorm food at a better university. Units don't really have any kitchens - dorm size refrigerator. Senior community not active in a Resident's Council respect, but do have monthly "feedback meetings." Located behind a strip mall.
