Five Star Senior Living

Everything was great. I have no complaints with any of the above. Staff is very friendly and it feels more like a home atmosphere.

They have a very caring staff. As my mother has declined, they have continued to assist her in her daily needs. They had some hiring issues that have been corrected. The staff shows great patience with my mother when she's not having a good day. There was an issued with the pendants and hers wasn't working for a few days. They made a point of checking on her every 30-60 minutes to ensure she was okay and didn't need any assistance. Fortunately the issue has been corrected.

A centrally located building in the heart of Indy’s North side. Close to everything. The Nursing staff are hard working and very helpful. They work hard to individualize care. They also have great activities to keep everyone engaged !

They have put together a great team of workers all the way from the front office, to the nursing staff, and Aids, kitchen, and housekeeping. Everybody always greets you with a smile and are willing to help with whatever the needs or concerns maybe even though it may not be their area. The grounds are kept beautiful from spring to fall with close by shopping and restaurants. We have visited and had breakfast, lunch and dinners and the food is always very good with a wide choice of options if the selection for that day is not what you want. The management keeps the facility looking pristine with constant updates and changes. We have spent the last 12 to 18 months at other Assisted Living facilities in need of their rehabilitation wings for our loved ones and have seen the difference 5 Star at Clearwater has the offer with their staff and living environment.

My loved one is currently a resident at Morningview at Irving Park and almost everything has been great for her at this facility so far. I rated the cleanliness a little lower. That's because the staff is a little slow with cleaning of the rooms. Otherwise, things are great. The friendliness, staff, care services are all great. The food and activities are great, also. I would recommend Morningview at Irving Park to others.

Everyone that works at Five Star Residences of Clearwater is wonderful. [name removed] and [name removed] are always there for me to answer questions and figure things out. The place is lovely and she can do anything she wants to it. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Five Star Residences of Clearwater has been great for my Aunt and she really likes it!! The staff is excellent, from the administration, nursing, to the food staff and maintenance. She is getting excellent care. It's a lovely clean facility with great activities for the residents and her apartment is a roomy one bedroom.

I would tell others looking into Morningview at Irving Park that the facility is very clean. I would have given it a 5 plus if I could. All the staff that I have met are very friendly and are eager to help in any way. You can talk to them about anything. I would definitely recommend Morningview to others looking.

Everyone from the Director to the staff are very professional and nice. They do what they promise-unlike other places I've had my loved one. (Hospital and rehab facilities).

The activity director is amazing, but the med techs could be a little bit more friendly and I do with there was a bit more communication with the directors as to how our loved one is fitting in to the community. Maybe a monthly updated would be nice. I'm sure there are more communities out there but for the money this is a very reasonable choice for families on a budget. Based on the experience we have had so far with Morningview at Irving Park we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

There were many options when my siblings and I searched for an Assisted Living Facility for Mom. We chose Five Star Residences of Clearwater because we felt the staff was the most caring and totally invested team, top to bottom. And after almost 4 months we are very happy with our decision. Every staff member has been a joy to work with: the leadership, the nurses and aides, the kitchen and activities staff, and the maintenance team. Between the team of care givers and the very reasonable cost structure, I cannot imagine why there's not a waiting list to sign on here.

I toured this facility and it was very nice. The facility was very clean, staff was friendly. Their admission process seemed very organized.

I like that is is one level, smaller, staff is very nice, clean.

Our family had an in person tour and it was definitely a decent tour experience, the food was great and the staff were very welcoming. It was a little farther away then what we were wanting but it was very clean and nice.

This is a good community. There is no nurse of staff 24 hours a day.

We toured with Morningview at Irving Park and had a really good experience. We liked the staff and what they had to offer, but it came down to the location for our family. We wanted to be able to get to her quickly if needed.

They do not have carpet in the rooms which may be helpful for others to know. I would also just make sure your loved one knows how to operate the call bells that they provide for the residents. Overall I would recommend Mroningview at Irving Park as long as you are able to afford them.

From the initial tour we were sold on Morningview, the whole atmosphere of the community just really stood out to us. We highly recommend this community to anybody. When we were leaving the community after our tour a gentlemen was coming in with some grocery bags, we stopped him and asked him politely if he was visiting a family member. He proceeded to tell us yes and that how every community has its flaws, but out of his experience this has been by far the best community. That helped us make our decision. Our loved one did not come willingly as most do not, but after about a month our loved one told us thank you for moving her here. At that moment we knew we made the right decision. She is thriving and doing thing we had no idea she would want to do. She has really come out and has made so many new friends. She plays bingo, she participates in their sewing classes, and flower arrangement. They take the residents out on day trips. They have so many different activities that appeal to all the different residents there. She says the meals and dining service is great. This community is as close to perfect as you can get. We looked at other communities in the area and the value here is the best you can get, it is pretty reasonable. At the center of the building is a beautiful park and the surrounding grounds are always well maintained. The residents are able to sit outside in the sun or under their gazebo. They also have a lot of trees and flowers

It is really a beautiful place. They have two courtyard areas, a theater room, a spa room. The food is good. I would like to see them bring in someone to do hair for the residents. They also have a community room where they do a lot of activities and an art room where they do residents' nails.
