Tranquility is a wonderful place! You walk in the lobby and it reminds you of a hotel. Everyone is so nice and friendly and the admin. staff greets you with a hug. My Mom arrived by ambulance in July 2015 and we thought this was the beginning of the end. She suffers from dementia and Parkinson's disease and she has done a complete turn-around. She is very pleasant and smiles all the time! Even though it was a huge adjustment for her, the staff has been very patient and helped her through the transition. She receives her meds on time and her meals in the Dining Hall as this was not the case when she was living alone. My Mom, too is a life-long smoker and they have accommodated this as well! Knowing that my Mom is in good hands and is well taken of is a huge relief!

My wife and I both looked very hard to find an assisted living facility for my mother suffering from Alzeheimers disease. After an exhaustive online search, visiting numerous facilities, TRANQUILITY was at the very top of our list. All others fellow well below our expectations. My mother is a diehard life long smoker. One of our concerns was that many facilities do not accept smokers. TRANQUILITY does with minimal restrictions. Beyond that the facility is well maintained, clean, bright, airy, and spaceous. Tranquility offers a variety of different sized rooms and amenities. There is a room to fit everyone's needs. The staff from the very top to the bottom is knowledgable, eager to assist, and go the extra mile to be helpful for residents and families. Tranquility maintains more than adequate staff to perform all their functions in minimal time and go out of their way to be of assistance. Ask a question and they have the answers readily at hand. They have an excellent medical staff, nursing services, food services, physical therapy, in house repairs, all manner of extra curricular services from day trip for sight seeing and shopping. There is even a book mobile that services Tranquility on a regular basis. In closing, I cannot think of a better place for my mother to live among a caring and dedicated staff. In closing.... If and when my time comes TRANQUILITY is the place I want my wife and I to live out our remaining days.

She is not at Elmcroft yet because she fell and got hurt and is in the hospital. She is supposed to start there next week. The staff is very nice there and they made us feel at ease. We think this will be a great choice for us.

Stacy Buckley and her staff at Symphony Manor have been wonderful during a terribly difficult time for my family. Without their support of my father, and truly all of us, things would be far worse. I'm so impressed and grateful by every single staff member I've met and by the care my father is receiving.

What a Gem! I have placed my Mom in the Memory Care and thank goodness I did. The staffing is 3 residents for every 1 staff member, I was paying for a private aide before and Mom was sitting alone with the aide all day. Now my mother is involved in great activities and I get emails of with pictures on what she has been doing. I am so happy with Symphony Square.

I am dealing with the financial office right now, and the lady I first worked with is no longer there, so there seems to be some confusion on how much I owe, so we're dealing with that. The activities are great, but my loved one just does not participate.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. However, I don't think the care was the best match for what my loved one was needing at the time. Overall it seems like a nice place, and is definitely worth a look!

My Friend moved in this week. I was nervous he has dementia and needs personal care. Symphony Squares Director and Nurse came to our house personally to meet him. That was something that no other place we looked at offered. The care in the dementia unit is top notch. The stafff are all very caring. The other families that I have met are all very nice and all seem happy. That has meaning to a person my age. Happiness, is the most important thing and truely people at Symphony Square seem happy.

My Grandfather needed a quick move in for a respite. Thank you team symphony for working hard to make him feel comfortable and happy. He has participated in PT while at Symphony Square anbd really enjoyed the great activities offered.

The staff are very very good at Brentwood Senior Living Community. They are all expensive but for the nice apartment we were able to get it is worth it. The staff keep the residents busy here. There was one situation that arose and they quickly resolved it. I am really happy with this facility. I would recommend it to anyone, in fact I have recommended it to some friends that are in a similar situation as we are.

I am very happy with Symphony Square. My father lives in assisted-living, before he moved in he was very worried there would be nothing to do. He was afraid he would be one of those old people in the lobby of a nursing home. Symphony Square is the opposite of that. Jonathan the activities director has made sure to bring in more artistic activities. There is painting with an art therapist twice a week a theater company comes in and working with the residents. My father goes on ever trip, and there are many trips. The administrator gives out his personal cell phone to the families, as does the head nurse. They know my father, they know his favorite food, and what he would like to do for activities. The little touches that have recently come to Symphony Square is what keeps us here.

They have just been very helpful; from getting my mother into the place, and with helping me to feel comfortable with the place, and to supporting her with a difficult transition. The caregivers have just been excellent with her.

They have been wonderful in dealing with behavioral issues. I see a total different approach than the place we were before. They are doing a great job, and really working with us. For behavior issues they are a good place.

My mother is at Symphony Square. We had looked all everywhere for the right place. She originally went to Sunrise in Haverford, but that did not work well for us. They were angry when we asked them to help toilette her. So on a Sunday I called the Marketer Linda and they came out and assessed Mom. She is 95 and truly cannot take care of herself. The staff at Symphony Squarre have gone out of their way to work with us, there was a period of adjustment it was hard for us and mom but now she is thriving getting involved in activities thanks to Jonathan and really enjoying her life. Thank you Symphony Squarre for allowing me to be a Daughter and not a care giver.

I am so impressed with the care she is getting. My mom is in memory care. I am so pleased. I would recommend it to anyone. Be sure to check it out because it's fabulous. There is always something to do. They have a monthly calendar of activities. They offer about five activities a day. They have exercise, socials, physical activities, birthday parties, and more. I am just really pleased with the Greenwich Bay.

This is an outstanding facility particularly for clients who have memory issues. It is an excellent quality of care for cost. This is a great place that engages the elderly that still want a positive quality of life. They have a wide variety of activities. They have games, live music, social events, bible discussions, and more. The location of the facility is great for anyone in the Frederick area.

The Curry House is a nice and clean facility. I feel at ease. They're doing a good job with my father. I can't rate the activities because I am not sure about that. This is a nice place.

We have been very happy with the care our aunt has received at Gardenview Memory Care. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and work very hard to maintain an open line of communication with our family. The facility is clean and safe.

My Mother lives in Symphony Squares Dementia unit and it is one of the best decisions I have made. Dealing with a parent who has dementia is one of the hardest things I have had to do and Symphony Square and the staff there helped us with the process. I wanted one on one care and they have that. The Memory Care unit is small only 12 people but they have 3 to 4 staff on at all times. The staff are great they have activities going all day well into the night, from gardening to games my mother is always active. I would highly recommend Symphony Square.
