Everything is going just fine at this location! The staff are great and they are doing what they can to make my loved one feel very comfortable. We also appreciated the fact that it fit so well into our set budget. Overall, we have no complaints!

I'am very pleased with my love one move to this community. They have an excellent staff, and they are taking great care of her, and her needs. I know she is safe, and receiving great care. They have been very responsive, and helpful whenever needed. The community looks good when I visit, they do a good job with the cleanliness. There are activities offered, and the meals are good. I'am very satisfied with all they have for us. This community is working out well for my love one, and her needs. I would recommend it overall.

My parents are very happy at Symphony Square it is beautifully decorated, and they are starting to join in some of the many activities that are offered there. There are also field trips with shopping and special events for the residents who want to join in. My parents like the dining area and the food is fantastic. I am very comfortable with my parents being at Symphony Square.

St. Augustine Plantation has turned out to be a good fit for dad. After a follow-up meeting with the director, everything seems to be going very smoothly now. It is a well run and organized community. The food is very good here, I have dined with my dad and they provide a variety of choices for meals. The staff is friendly and caring. They offer activities and outings that the staff encourages the residents to participate in. We felt St. Augustine Plantation was a great choice for my dad for his care and our peace of mind.

I am happy with the care that my father is getting in this community. The staff is attentive and we like that the community is clean. They have the environment. I like the list of the nice meals that my father enjoys. They have a lot of activities. We would suggest that families tour this nice community for the care of a loved one.

Symphony Square is more up to date for hard of hearing and deaf residents. They are having ASL classes at the facility for the employees. They do have an employee is very fluent in ASL. The Caregiver Aids are assigned to the resident rooms/apt to check on them and assist for what they need on a daily basis.I think this is the best fit for my parents to have the care, be secure, safe and comfortable in their own room/apt.

My parent seems to be adjusting well. It's a nice place, the staff is friendly and involved with the patients. The facility is clean and the nurses will stop and talk to you when you visit your loved ones. My father is there too and they're both share the same room. He needs more care than my mother, but they keep them together because they are like two peas in a pod.

I really liked this place. All the residents seemed very happy and I got to see come interactions with the staff and the staff seemed very patient and caring. The pricing was very low for the area. I also asked about contingency plan when they couldn't move someone into the memory care wings and they quickly explained what they do.

Very friendly and attentive staff. When I picked up my husband from respite care, he seemed better. He suffered a stroke three years ago and hasn't been as social since. I think the social interactions were very uplifting for him. We will definitely be calling upon St. Augustine's services again.

I left my mom there for 9 days respite care, Loved the people there but not good with learning a lot of names at one time. I got mom out of the car in the wheelchair and I was loading her stuff on a cart, and was ask if they could go ahead and take mom in. I was like yes go ahead. By the time I got back there they had her in the dining room eating and talking and having a good time. They not only took care of mom the worked with me too. Loved it and we will be back.

Having to look for assisted living for my mom , was a n experience I dreaded. I had been to 3 other facilities before I visited Tranquillity . I walked into Tranquility and was comfortable from the first impression . All staff were professional , and welcoming to mom and our entire family . Mom loves it and we love visiting her there . Mom makes comment like I'm not lonely anymore , and they keep us busy all day long . We visit frequently and have never witnessed or experienced anything but the highest level of care . Thank you Tranquility staff For making a very tough decision , turn into a blessing not only for mom , but for our entire family . My husband and I joke that we know where we will be living in 20 years

My mother has been living at Tranquillity since January of this year. We had looked for quite a while to find a wonderful, clean, caring and affordable facility to house my mother. We live in Virginia and we had not thought about moving her out of state, but after speaking to one of my long time friends, whose mother was residing at Tranquillity we decided to look into this facility. My friend explained how much her mother loved being at Tranquillity. So we decided to look into the property. From the very beginning, we were pleased at the professional and caring service we were given when touring the facility and after we put her on the waiting list. We are so grateful to have found such a clean, loving, personalized, and all around great place for my aging mother. The staff is unbelievably helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Any time I have had a question or problem, my concerns or questions have been addressed immediately and have always been taken care of to my satisfaction. The staff is superb. Most of all my mother LOVES living at Tranquillity. I would HIGHLY recommend this assisted living to anyone considering placing their loved one in such a facility. Tranquillity has been a god-sent to our entire family. My mother is happy and our family has peace of mind. We feel blessed to have found this wonderful place.

We were looking for a suitable and caring environment for my mother who is suffering from dementia. The search can be a difficult task. We found Tranquility at Fredericktowne by chance and were very pleased we did. First the campus is small and personal, walking into the foyer of the main building we found a warm and inviting homelike environment. The staff and residents were genuinely caring of each other. This warmth was a reflection of the caring and professional staff, and the residents who feel, respected and attended to. I now feel confident that I placed my mother in a safe nurturing environment, in the hands of a thoughtful and caring staff.
