Having to look for assisted living for my mom , was a n experience I dreaded. I had been to 3 other facilities before I visited Tranquillity . I walked into Tranquility and was comfortable from the first impression . All staff were professional , and welcoming to mom and our entire family . Mom loves it and we love visiting her there . Mom makes comment like I'm not lonely anymore , and they keep us busy all day long . We visit frequently and have never witnessed or experienced anything but the highest level of care . Thank you Tranquility staff For making a very tough decision , turn into a blessing not only for mom , but for our entire family . My husband and I joke that we know where we will be living in 20 years

My mother has been living at Tranquillity since January of this year. We had looked for quite a while to find a wonderful, clean, caring and affordable facility to house my mother. We live in Virginia and we had not thought about moving her out of state, but after speaking to one of my long time friends, whose mother was residing at Tranquillity we decided to look into this facility. My friend explained how much her mother loved being at Tranquillity. So we decided to look into the property. From the very beginning, we were pleased at the professional and caring service we were given when touring the facility and after we put her on the waiting list. We are so grateful to have found such a clean, loving, personalized, and all around great place for my aging mother. The staff is unbelievably helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Any time I have had a question or problem, my concerns or questions have been addressed immediately and have always been taken care of to my satisfaction. The staff is superb. Most of all my mother LOVES living at Tranquillity. I would HIGHLY recommend this assisted living to anyone considering placing their loved one in such a facility. Tranquillity has been a god-sent to our entire family. My mother is happy and our family has peace of mind. We feel blessed to have found this wonderful place.

We were looking for a suitable and caring environment for my mother who is suffering from dementia. The search can be a difficult task. We found Tranquility at Fredericktowne by chance and were very pleased we did. First the campus is small and personal, walking into the foyer of the main building we found a warm and inviting homelike environment. The staff and residents were genuinely caring of each other. This warmth was a reflection of the caring and professional staff, and the residents who feel, respected and attended to. I now feel confident that I placed my mother in a safe nurturing environment, in the hands of a thoughtful and caring staff.

My dad was here for a short while while my mom was resting from her illness. I was not able to care for both them on my own so this community was a lifesaver for me and the family. We had used them before and I knew that he would be in good hand once again. They take him to the activities and he has good meals to fill him up. I highly recommend this community.

I am thankful that I moved my mother into this community so she is not alone. Everyone there is very friendly and accommodating. The other day, they got my mother ready, put makeup on her, and dressed her up so she could go down and join activities and interact with residents. The lady who runs the place took a picture of her and sent it to me, they have all been amazing, I think I made the right decision.

When we first toured the Symphony at Mentor, we had decided to go to another community but after trouble with them, we came back. When we came back, the people were all just as friendly and sweet as the first time we came in and I loved that. The staff takes very good care of my loved one and all of their other residents. The place is clean and there is never a bad smell. They are just so caring and I'm glad we chose this community.

My mother was only at this community for a short period of time while my family and I went out of town but I am very pleased with the quality of care she received. Since my mother has memory loss and does not remember things well the staff made sure to stay in communication with me throughout the week to make sure I knew how well everything was going. I also received a text once a day with a picture of my mom which I thought was really impressive that they did that.

My mother and father were both residents at Tranquiity for almost two years before their death. The facility was always clean, the staff very warm and their care was excellent. My parents participated in the activities, met new friends and received the highest quality of care even as their health declined. The staff was exceptional in addressing their increasing care level needs so they could stay in what had become their home. I would recommend this facility to any family looking for a home for their loved ones because I felt secure that my parents were receiving the best care possible.

My Dad has been in the Memory Care Unit for 3 years and we couldn't be more pleased with the level of care that he receives. It's like one big family and everyone looks out for him. There's not enough room on here to list all of the reasons that the rating should go up to 10 stars!!!!!!!

I can't Thank Symphony Manor and all their staff for their 5 star service to my Mom and my family. We have been with Symphony Manor for many years and wouldn't have it any other way. We moved to the Memory Care unit after transitioning from their Assisted Living Floor. Best decision we made. The staff is caring and truly treat you as if you were a part of their family. The activity staff are caring and take the residents out multiple times a week. I would encourage anyone reading this review to go and see Symphony Manor for your self and choose them to take care of your loved one. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication to my mom!!!!!!!

Symphony Manor keeps it real. What matters most when you entrust the care of a parent to others?  Compassion, competence and engagement come to mind.  Knowing that caregiving requires listening, and taking the anxiety that comes with transition, and ELIMINATING IT!    From the nurses, the aides, the food service staff, the activities director, the admissions director and on through to executive director, Symphony Manor delivers at the most important level… THE HUMAN LEVEL. Bravo all, and thank you so much.

My mother lives at Symphony Manor of Roland Park. She has lived there for 4 years. The Symphony Staff has been wonderful, the activities and outings are great. Mom goes out once a week to many types of outings, art galleries, BSO, food tours and more. She lives on the memory care floor because she suffers from dementia, the staff is loving and very well trained. The manager, [Removed] has been the director there for 5 years, and is very knowledgeable of dementia and helps me understand how to help mom as things change. We are grateful to have found Symphony Manor and highly recommend it!

I was very happy that this community. They went out of there way to meet me and make it easy with my time that I had available ane they did answer all of my questions and concerns.They help me financially. I liked that they had good activities. The food and the meals are good and my father does seem to be happy with the variety. I highly recommend this community to other families for outstanding care.

This is a nice community. The day time staff is great, but the weekend staff could use a little more care with speaking with family. They have excellent food and great variety. They do have activities that are offered. I would recommend this community to others.

A great community. The care is great and offer alot of good activities . The food is good and has alot of choices. The staff is helpful and outstanding. This community is very recommended for others.

I cannot complain, my experience has been great so far. The meals are proportioned and healthy, and my room is always clean. The nursing staff is always attentive to my needs and wants and they all are very kind.

Our visit was wonderful the memory care unit would be the exact fit for my mom but the cost monthly is more than my mom can afford. The staff an residents were all very friendly. The facility was warm and inviting and we loved it. It is a cost issue for my mom and us. Thank you for giving us the chance to tour Symphony and having Connie give us the tour she was very informative and so friendly and attentive to us and all the residents that we meet. We were introduced to residents as her friends and they allowed us to inside their studio apartments (which were very nice) I just wish my mom had more funds available so that we could move her in because I know it would help her to be around others that also have memory loss. She would have planned activities to help her feel like herself again.

Really liked this place but decided that another place was closer and we liked it just as much.

I would recommend this community. I always eat here when I visit. The food and environment reminds me of a nice restaurant. My dad does not yet participate in any of the activities but they do have a boat that the residents are able to go out on it. He is doing 100 times better and the entire staff are responsive.
