My experience at Anchor Bay has been nothing but excellent. Staff is so friendly and caring for my brother who has returned after a stay in hospital and nursing home. This is the most wonderful place in the world for that amazing group of people who are in need of assistance. The staff, management, directors, nursing, etc.. are top-notch. Loving, kind, patient, the best of the best.

I have just placed my 97 year old Dad with Anchor Bay. From the day of the first call, to his admission - I have met the most professional, supportive, caring, welcoming , funny people I have ever met. and having a bit of "funny" is important in this process. Everyone knows my dad - all of the staff, nurses, nurse assistants, activity aka "cruise" directors, CNAs, "helpers" , custodians, electricians, plumbers, elevator techs, assistants of all kinds, the decorators, the chefs, the fun makers, everyone - I cannot say enough. You have created a world of wonder for these residents and I thank you for it - my family thanks you for it - from the bottom of our hearts.

Moving into Anchor Bay East Providence was made so much easier by [name removed] and her staff. I was made welcome from day one. The facility is beautiful and the food wonderful. Everyone there seems to really enjoy either residing there or working there.

Moving here has been a great experience. The staff is helpful and my studio apartment just what I need. Enjoying the lovely food and meeting my neighbors.

My father is so pleased with his move. As this was a difficult decision, everyone at Anchor Bay made it easier and joyful. Amazing staff and leadership. Thank you to everyone.!

Great community, friendly staff, dad is so happy couldn’t ask for more!

This community was lovely. They just did not take Medicaid or Medicare and was all self pay. The tour was very good and gave me a lot of information.

We love it there, we needed them for respite/adult day care service and they are very willing to work with us and allow flexibility to pick up our loved one and drop them off. The staff are incredibly friendly, they have great communication and have built up a bond with our loved one. The activities are great, the have exercise classes every morning and cooking shows and cooking activities.

They are very responsive and caring at this community. They genuinely listen when there is any concern. They also get right back with any questions and have given us a lot of confidence that my loved one is really cared for.

I chose Tranquility at Fredericktowne because after visiting many other facilities, the staff here were very hands on and more involved with the memory care residents. My wife had a private room, they did offer shared rooms as well if you wanted that. I would give the quality of care higher than a 5 if I was able to. I would absolutely recommend to others who are looking.

We thought Symphony at Stuart was an excellent place. The facility was nice, very well kept and well maintained. The staff were very friendly. All of the places we looked at were along the same lines. So in Florida, really it came down to whether or not they had availability during the timeframe that we needed it.

Our family had an in person tour and this was in our top three choices, but cost was a major decision factor. Also it was the farthest location wise from us.

This community was an old hotel. It just would not have worked out for my loved one with all of the multiple floors it was just no the right fit.

We chose Anchor Bay because of the proximity as well as their quick response time. The staff were super helpful with getting everything set up and moved in. The room size for assisted living was on the smaller side, but it worked for what she needed at the time. I would recommend to others looking.

The staff members are just very impressive and we were even able to meat the chef who prepares the meals for the residents on the first day. No other community we looked at came close to Symphony, they just knocked it out of the park.

We really liked this facility and our choice was between this and another. We went with the other just because of location to my home.

The initial process was very easy

I loved the community. The only downfall was the room. It was small room with a small closet and no kitchen. The staff was awesome! We spoke with the residents, and they gave glowing reviews too of the community.
