It has just been fabulous for my mom and she has nice and helpful staff. She also enjoys the meals that are made and has suitable activities to join in. The only drawback is they are not good with medications. I do it now after that experience.

This community for my dad was very nice and he was happy there. When he needed his meals to be brought to his room the staff was willing to assist him and bring the meals to him. The grounds outside were always clean and his room was so nice, they put in new carpet in his room before he arrived. I would recommend this community to others needing care for a loved one.

I had a chance to enjoy a lunch at this community and there are various choices to pick from and while I only had a sandwich is was pretty good. This is an assisted living community with a memory care unit that my mom is currently living in. The staff is very attentive and there is good communication with them regarding the care of my mom. I am glad there are plenty of activities for her to participate in. Everything is wonderful at Elmcroft of Valley Farms.

Very helpful in getting dad situated when we were in a time crunch

I live here and I have to say Jonathan does a great job with activities. We went to dinner and the theater the other night and I had a very good time.

This is a very comfortable place with a homey atmosphere. They really have a great level of care and are very compassionate with the residents. Great communication between staff and the families.

I think they do a very good job at Atrium at Serenity Pointe. Our loved one can be very picky, but once he got settled he really seemed to enjoy himself here. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and they do a great job looking out for the residents. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and located in a beautiful area. We ended up moving him to another facility to be with his wife who required a higher level of care, but if it were possible we would have loved to have them both here.

At Elmcroft of Valley Farms the staff all around have really watched and taken care of her. The staff have been very caring about her situation since she has Parkinsons. She does complain about the food at the facility and so do most of the residents. I really have no problems with anything there and I am up there quite a bit so I keep a close eye. Overall I am pretty happy with everything.

It is a very nice community. They take excellent care of the residents. The only thing is that there are not enough outside areas to go to. They only have one Gazebo. They should have more areas to sit outside. The rooms are very nice. The dining room is nice, The food is really good. I would recommend the Brentwood Senior Living Community. It is very nice and very clean. Everyone is nice at this community.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this place looked nice overall, and I was impressed with what I saw here! It's a clean, well kept community, and the staff all seemed very friendly. They are worth a look, if you are looking into senior living in the area!

We enjoyed the visit with Tina at Garden View. She answered all our questions and was very helpful. The place was very nice. Now we need to convince my father that this would be the best solution for him. Thank you for setting up the visit. Will keep in touch.

Overall things have gone well with Symphony Square! The staff are all very friendly, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. They do a good job taking care of their residents, and have a good variety of activities to keep everyone entertained. They could stand to work on their internal communications a bit, sometimes it takes a few attempts for a request to get through to the person who needs to hear it.

New, don't really know reputation. Beautiful place but seems very expensive for the size of the building and rooms.

I was relatively happy with this place and can say that my loved one got the best care that she could have, given her condition. The facility was pretty clean. It's homey and a nice place. Some staff was over the top and others were not pleasant. I paid for a haircut and toenail trim, but I'm not sure she ever got those. My loved one fell twice while she was here and ended up with stitches. She was alone both times, but thankfully they heard her and were able to help her. They did notify me timely when those happened. Would I recommend this facility? Probably. It wasn't the best but wasn't the worst either.

We do know they have activities, however we only hear about them through the nurses and if our loved one participates in them

We chose St. Augustine Plantation at the time because of the value for the money. It was also recently renovated so it had a nice appearance. She said yesterday that someone came into her room yesterday and was not wearing gloves but instead had a powder on their hands. They have had multiple outbreaks of covid which leading to more lock downs for the residents.

This place is new and very clean, like an expensive hotel. Caretakers are mediocre as similar in other SE Florida Assisted Living or Memory Care facilities. I had my mother go to 3 different facilities, this is the cleanest and newest. They have hurricane-proof glass and generator, a Big plus here in SE Florida. The caretakers are mediocre, similar to the other institutions. Medical Director is very hard to get a hold of, as compared to the other places. I would probably bring my mother here if I had to do it over again.

I have found The Atrium very satisfactory. The people (both residents and staff) are friendly and helpful; the food is good; the setting is beautiful; we are gradually getting acquainted.

Moving dad did not come without some challenges however things seem to be getting better. He is happy there meeting new people and doing some of the activities.The staff has been wonderful very nice and helpful.The community is clean and well maintained just recently renovated within the last year. Dad seems to like the food some days better than others.

This was one of our top choices out of all of the different tours my family and I had taken for my mother. Since having her move into this facility I have seen that a lot of improvements that need to be done. One of the most important ones being the response times the staff has to the call lights. It has not been very fast and that could be a big problem for the future. There also has been a lot of turn over in the staff as far as new people coming in and out a lot lately . I just hope these issues get fixed sooner than later.
