The staff members are just very impressive and we were even able to meat the chef who prepares the meals for the residents on the first day. No other community we looked at came close to Symphony, they just knocked it out of the park.

We really liked this facility and our choice was between this and another. We went with the other just because of location to my home.

The initial process was very easy

I loved the community. The only downfall was the room. It was small room with a small closet and no kitchen. The staff was awesome! We spoke with the residents, and they gave glowing reviews too of the community.

We had an excellent tour at Tranquillity. Our tour guide was so nice and helpful, and she introduced us to every staff member we ran across, which was nice. I liked that there were residents out and about. There were some sitting in the lobby, including a woman with a dog in her lap, which was nice to see. We left the decision up to our loved one, and there was nothing of concern here. She just instantly felt at home at a different community.

The community is an excellent choice for folks who need support for their aging parents. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

It feels like a brand new facility, it is spotless, shiny and clean. The staff is very welcoming and excited for families to come and visit. Our loved one says really good things about the meals and dining service, and the activities are starting to come back. The value for cost is definitely competitive, but they are doing a good job.

We only have wonderful things to say about them as a family. They are fantastic. My loved one has settled in nicely and made friends here. The overall care from the staff to the meals is amazing. They keep us updated on our loved one, they send us emails or call us when things change.

What really stood out to us in the beginning stages was just the look of the community and how open it was. I am from out of state, but I do know the cleanliness of the community was excellent. Our loved one not only enjoyed his stay there but also really enjoyed the meals.

I absolutely loved Brentwood St. Petersburg. I would have loved for my mother to be there. The rooms were wonderful. It was like being at a hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. My other family members overruled me though, since it was a much longer drive for them.

The community is really nice and clean. The people seem to really care. It is one of the few places that seems more like a home, than a hospital. They seem short staffed a lot of the times, this could be related to the pandemic. It can be hard to get a hold of somebody.

This facility was beautiful, hurricane prepared and very equipped to handle the care with which we are looking for. The rooms very spacious and there was a lot of activities. But again no pool.

The community is great and the staff is very nice and friendly. My loved one enjoys the food and says it tastes great. They have lots of activities for the residents to enjoy and I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We chose Symphony Square because they were one of the highest rated facilities for dementia residents and they keep them safe and busy. The room sizes are perfect for her, she has a 1 bedroom apartment. They just started activities up again after covid and are doing great at keeping her busy. She loves the food, they are chef prepared meals. The location is very nice, not too far from the city. and I would recommend them t others who are looking.

We toured Symphony and there was a lot of interaction and activity going on. I think that the rooms were well laid out, they had a sit at breakfast bar in the units which I really liked.

The community is very neat and clean and well taken care of. I am very pleased here in the community. There are lots of actives to do and the other residents are very friendly. The staff does a great job and are also very friendly. I would recommend this community to others.

My experience with my mom at Symphony Square was beyond wonderful. The attentiveness and friendliness of the staff from the activities, dining, reception as well as the nursing/care services was exceptional. Everyone made my mom feel comfortable and right at home as well as myself as I visited often. The facility is kept immaculate at all times and it is evident that the maintenance crew takes pride in doing so. I highly recommend Symphony Square if you are considering it for your loved one. It will be the best decision you will make for them as well as for you.

My mother has been living at Symphony Square for just over 3 months. The pandemic has taken its emotional toll upon my mother, as it has for many seniors. After careful consideration and virtual tours of the many fine assisted living communities in the local area, she chose, and we heartily supported, her decision to move to Symphony Square. My mother has now been living at Symphony Square for just over 3 months.The entire staff has been working tirelessly to make this a safe and welcoming home. Due to everyone's efforts, Symphony Square has remained Covid free, a remarkable accomplishment, and one for which I am very grateful. Furthermore, Symphony Square was among the first assisted living communities to acquire and perform Covid vaccinations. Despite the challenges imposed by the pandemic, the staff has risen to face them with what I consider the 4 essential C's: compliance to mandated guidelines, common sense, compassion, and camaraderie.
