It is a great place. They are doing a good job during pandemic keeping my mom safe. Highly recommend it for people that have dementia. Staff is good. They have a nice Facebook page. Food is delicious, when I can visit I like to go during lunch or dinner to share a meal with my mom. Location is great. They have a nice indoor courtyard.

A great place for Dad. He has lived here for about 1 year. He is very happy - which makes all the family very happy! Especially during this Covid-19 crisis, he is feeling very safe and well taken care of. Staff are very personable and the nurses station is in constant communication with me. The main entrance and common spaces are beautiful - like living in a 5-star hotel. I couldn't ask for more...

We absolutley loved Symphoney at Valley Farms in Louisville, KY. They were exceptional in every way. The entire staff was warm and welcoming and we would highly recommend them for anyone that is looking for a genuine loving & caring environment.

Tranquility is a wonderful place. I have experience with both the assisted living and memory Care and find both top-notch. Everyone is kind, considerate and loving. They took the time and care to know my parents and their individual needs. Unlike other facilities I have never walked in on anyone being rude or unkind, The Memory Care facility was awesome and allows each resident to be their own individual. They may re-direct, but they never shame or complain. They truly are a blessing; every from the Director to the maintenance and kitchen staff are wonderful. My mother thinks she is staying at a hotel - the accommodations are lovely, the setting is "homey" and even the food is good! I am grateful for their patience and understanding. No matter how many questions I asked, they answered. When dad passed they all surrounded my mom with hugs and support. I couldn't have given her al the attention, they have!

Symphony Manor has turned out to be the perfect option for my mother. All of the staff are great. They are always friendly, and it's clear that they know all of the tenants. I receive calls whenever there is anything out of the ordinary. The range of events is fantastic. There are regular daily activities, including exercise, trivia, and cooking events. Additionally, there are one or two outings each week, including visits to restaurants, art museums, and other cultural events. Since moving to Symphony Manor my mother has gotten involved in more activities than I ever imagined she would. The price is definitely at the high end of the range. But, if you/your loved one can afford it, the level of care, the variety of activities, and the location are worth it.

My Dad moved into Symphony At Stuart in July and the staff has been wonderful,kind,caring.The place is just beautiful and kept immaculate.The food is very,very good no complaints.They have special events that they do with the family that is just outstanding.Our family went to their most recent family event called Winter Wonderland Annual Party and we felt as though we had walked into the Ritz Carlton or the Breakers in Palm Beach.Just OUTSTANDING !!!!!! My Dad is very happy there and that gives our family so much peace.The staff really does care and they will go out of their way to make it right.Dad would like to see a little more Bingo scheduled throughout the week but the activities are still nice. If your family is looking for a place for mom&dad or just one of them Symphony At Stuart is the place for them.This is more than 5 stars,plus ,plus,plus !!!!

Last week , I had the pleasure the of visiting a dear friend at Symphony. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the building and the friendliness of the staff. I was fortunate enough to have a nice lunch with my friend. After lunch, we walked around the facility. I was amazed to see a movie theater.My friend is truly blessed to live here.

My Mom lives at this community. The new director is a breath of fresh air. She moved heaven and earth to get Mom back after she was ill. Blessings to them all. The staff is great.

I loved this place. The only problem is the minimum respite stay is 14 days and I only want 7. Other than that great.

Written by family member for resident: It has been the best choice my mom could have ever made. She wishes She had chosen to come here long before this. It is very clean here. It is as close to being in her own home as She could get. The staff is wonderful and treats her like family. My family can come in and out all night and day if they choose. I refer to it as the “Hilton hotel with 24 hour room service.” The food is good. The activities are good. They do not force her to do things she’s not comfortable doing. She is a little shy so it took a while for her to get used to eating with others. But She loves her dining room table mates. They have entertainers come in. My family has came over and joined het for a couple of music sessions. I cannot say enough about how wonderful symphony Valley Farms has been for my mom and our family!! (They can bring their own furniture. There is medical transport 2 days a week. There are shopping outings and so much more!)

I have never seen another such residence as nice. As the visual surroundings of a place are very important to me, I fell in love immediately with your spacious, gracious lobby and the courtyard beyond. On the 3rd floor I loved the balcony space, creatively designed for safety and a chance to experience the outdoors while still inside. And the ample room size held space for many mementos. So many things are arranged to help the caregiver deal with the stresses of illness. There is a real sense of community at Symphony Manor. The special occasion days (crab feast, Holiday party, Thanksgiving, etc) and the music programs in the lobby give one something to look forward to. Important, too, was that the memory care residents were integrated with the assisted living for programs and events. The most important ingredient in the Symphony Manor mix was the dedication of the staff. The Executive Director and Health and Wellness Director were always accessible when questions arose. The waitresses who served in the dining room did so with class, as if we were ordering in a restaurant. The chef and facility personnel were friendly and accommodating. Most important of all, of course, were the nurses and aides who helped everyday. They were unfailingly kind and patient, helping the residents keep their dignity when they could no longer attend to their most basic needs without help. I did not realize how creative staff had to be when working with memory loss patients. And not to forget to give kudos to the memory care coordinator and the lifestyle and leisure director. Their wonderful zest and enthusiasm brightened the day of many a resident and family member. When we were feeling worn out and discouraged their bouncy energy perked one up. Who would ever have guessed that reading the ingredients for a recipe in the newspaper could generate memories and responses in the listeners? But it did. So thank you all. Everyone works for the common good and gives meaning to the days of these residents.

Very informative, clean and a friendly staff. This place is very quaint. Feels very home like. I like the security of the building and the floor plan of the rooms.
