Our experience with Symphony of Valley Farms has been excellent. The staff are caring towards the residents. They keep the family updated on our loved one and any changes that happen. The meals are good, there are three meals a day, and the residents have choices. Overall, I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

The friendliness gets 5+ stars. The staff is wonderful. They are very concerned with preserving the dignity of the residents. They treat my mom like family. My mother's mood had improved tremendously since moving to Symphony. I would definitely recommend this community to other families .

I toured Anchor Bay at Greenwich and it seemed like another great facility with caring staff. The location wasn't convenient for our family members, but definitely a great place! The rooms and the facility felt new.

I'm very pleased with this facility. What I like about this place is that many of the workers have been here for a long time. The caretaker on the Memory Care floor is amazing. The admissions liaison is someone that I really like. They are a bit understaffed here, but that's not their fault and I know it's happening everywhere. Overall the staff is is busy, working hard, and doing a tremendous job. Everyone loves the food here and the activities are good. I'm VERY happy with the care that my loved one receives here. I've recommended this facility to family and friends.

My mom went to Wentworth Central Avenue because she broke her wrist from a fall and needed extra care to take care of herself. I don't live in Florida. It started off as temporary but it's now permanent. She has Parkinson's and is 83. After being there it became apparent it was what she really needed. She has made friends and the staff is very friendly. They take good care of her. When I visit I see mostly the same staff over and over again. I was incredibly impressed with how they handled the hurricane this fall.

We had a wonderful tour at Wentworth Central Avenue. They were very efficient and exceptionally nice. It was a lovely place with lovely people. It was just not the right fit for the condition my husband was in. I felt the facility was too big and with the amount of problems he had, he would need more attention. But had his condition been different, they were definitely high on my list of places to consider.

The interaction with the staff is good. The food is okay, but could be a lot better.I am satisfied with what they are charging me. I picked this community, because I talked to some of the people, took the tour and chose this facility.

In general, communicate with facility depts. Visit the resident with varying times. This facility is set up like home and does not feel as institutional as many other facilities do.

I took my mom to see this place, and wow! It was outstanding! [name removed] was just a delight and was so kind. She had an answer for every question we had. We explained that we were keeping options open for in the future, but after this your Mom is thinking that future plans maybe happening now!

Everyone there is phenomenal. [name removed] and [name removed] are just amazing people. The activities director (also named [name removed]) is also lovely. She makes sure that the residents are happy! I just adore this place and all who work there.

I toured this facility and it was really nice! The staff was very friendly. The residents seemed to be genuinely happy. It was very clean. I appreciated that they encouraged me to come tour during meal or activity time so that I could see some resident interaction. I thought that was great! We definitely considered this place, however they didn't have availability for the type of room that my loved one needed. But again, great place!

My mom is happy here and I think this facility is a great place. My mom loves the nurses. Everyone here is very helpful and friendly. There are plenty of activities. Housekeeping is provided and mom's room is always clean. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

The care services are excellent. Everyone is so friendly, and they attend to your loved ones needs. They communicate well. They are just wonderful. My loved one says the food is good. If there is something, that is not on the menu, they have alternative options. They give so much attention to my loved one. A Place for Mom gave me the best options.

The facility is great. I feel like Valley Farms is the best place for my mom.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought this community was absolutely beautiful, and we found the staff to be extremely friendly but it was just a little smaller then what we were looking for.

We picked this community because, the staff and residents seem happy. The property is maintained nicely. The meal options are good and the activities are abundant. The price seems fair.

What sticks out most to us about Tranquility at Frederickstowne would be the great care that is provided to all of the residents.
