We picked Symphony because of its size and everyone we met here is so nice and caring. The rooms are clean and bright. The only issues we have is that there have been some changes here so there has been a shortage of staff, but they are doing a good job of fixing that. My Mom loves the food and the people who take care of her. I just wish there were more activities.

The staff is great! They couldn’t be nicer. My mom says the food is very good and she absolutely loves the therapist, [names removed] the caregiver and [name removed]the activities director to name just a few. [name removed]at the front desk is awesome and very helpful. We understand that there are staffing issues in most places that take care of the elderly and that activities were greatly affected by Covid. We are patiently waiting for an increase in the varieties of activities. Overall we are pleased and chose this particular place because it was smaller and more homelike.

We took a tour of Wentworth Central Avenue during our search for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. This facility was nice and very clean. They offered good services and had friendly staff. We liked this facility, it was just a little too far away from home.

We toured Symphony at Delray Beach when searching for an Assisted Living facility for my loved one. The friendliness of the staff and the residents was great. The cleanliness was great. The activities offered looked great, also. Additionally, the amenities/offered services are staffed on a regular basis and not by appointment which was great!

What our family likes the most about The Landing of Lake Worth is the friendliness of the staff members. An area we think they could improve on would be the quality of the food in the memory care section.

I would recommend it, to other families. My loved one enjoys the, activities and the other residents. My Aunt picked this community, and likes it there.

My loved one is a resident at Symphony at Delray Beach. This facility is very clean. The staff are very friendly. I'm not sure about the food, I haven't tried it. Overall, I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We really enjoyed the tour of Symphony of Valley Farms. In fact this was our first choice; however, it was more than we wanted to spend each month. This is a community I would recommend you tour to see if it would be a good fit for your loved one.

Symphony of Valley Farms gave us a good tour, it just was not the place for my loved one. The facility felt more like a nursing home. It was also more expensive as well.

Our family had a loved one at this community so we were very familiar with and the lady in charge was very polite and helpful but unnervingly pushy. Overall it was a good experience but the community is big and I believe that diminishes the benefits

My loved one was a resident here. The staff is good and they work very hard. Administration works with you to get things straightened out. Our loved one's care needs were a little more and due to limited staffing, they weren't always able to provide that here. It was a great place, but we decided to move her as her care needs were increasing.

It has been an enjoyable experience for my loved one. She is much younger than the other residents, so some things she's not as interested in. But she joined a Scrabble group and plays Scrabble every day. And she has made friends. The staff has been good. I like that it's a smaller place, with only about 50 beds. So the staff knows all of the residents, and it's a more personal facility.

It has been an excellent experience so far and the community is kept very clean. The staff members are very professional and whenever we have questions or concerns they are very accommodating. We do like that we can pretty much come and go and do not have issues visiting or have to set up any appointments. We do see quite a few activities frequently going o which is nice.

Very clean welcoming community. The staff genuinely cares about the residents and want to work without any kind of issues and tries to be as accommodating as possible. The activity director does a great job, just wish they went outside more. I would recommend, nothing is perfect but I feel comfort knowing my mother-in-law is in good hands at this community.

This is a nice community. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cost is a little pricey. There are a lot of items you have to provide such as medications, bed linens, and more and this can drive up the overall cost. This is a well maintained and clean community. The staff communication was okay with the family, and it could have been better by being more proactive and more often towards the family about our loved one. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and the residents did have some choices available to choose from.

Our loved one was there a very short time before she passed. During that time, it looked like it would have been a great place for her. The staff were good about answering any questions. The care was okay, but because she was declining so rapidly, I think she needed more one-on-one attention.

Excellent place for mom or dad.

It is a pretty and very clean facility with beautiful apartments and common areas. It is a happy feeling when you arrive. Immaculate and run well. Unfortunately my dads health failed rapidly and he did not get to experience what they offer.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. They could use additional choices of meals for the residents. A wider selection of activities for the residents to participate in would be nice. There are no activities after dinner for the residents to participate in. It would be nice to have more contact options for the staff. I have sent emails, and I don't get a lot of responses from my emails about my questions or concerns. The apartment, utilities, housekeeping, and all the meals are included in the monthly fee. Overall this is a nice place for a loved one to be at.

The staff is nice to my loved one. We have only had issues with communication regarding my loved ones medications. Trying to get answers to our questions has been hard. They could improve on that. This location has 2 floors and is a stand-alone memory care only facility. They provide a lot of options to choose from during meals. The food is good. They go on outings for activities sometimes, as well as inside activities such as movies and bingo. The provide a calendar of their activities.
