The Brookridge Heights is great. The communication between staff and one another is poor as is their communication with families, especially when challenges arise. They do not seem to have any defined protocols for challenging behaviors that arise. Things are kept very vague

Anchor Bay at Pocasset had the three levels of senior living - independent, assisted, and memory care. The nursing director, Connie, was instrumental in deciding where my aunt needed to be. My aunt is able to have a single unit, with her own bathroom. She enjoys going to the dining room for meals or the lounge for activities, but is able to have her own time in her room, surrounded by her special things.

I would highly recommend this community. It was mostly the positive vibe I felt. The staff on all levels were very attentive and present.

My loved one is currently a resident at Tranquility at Fredericktowne and this facility has been wonderful for him! Communication with the family is always prompt and friendly. I have never noticed a concern regarding housekeeping. Calls ahead are needed to get the keys to the room and ask for suggestions to ease moving in furniture, etc. The staff at Tranquility at Fredericktowne take very good care of my loved one. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Woodholme Gardens has a pleasant environment with very friendly staff! I'm a Registered Nurse and it's difficult to be on the receiving end but this team has made it easier!!!!!

5 stars for all questions, Symphony at Olmsted Falls was great! The staff here went above and beyond to make our loved one feel at home to include lending furniture and communication with us for all matters. It was a very pleasant experience during such a challenging time for our family. I would absolutely recommend Symphony to others looking for memory care for a loved one!

Supportive, accommodating, attentive. Amazing people who care about their residents and their families.

The cost especially sealed the deal. I have already recommended the home to other co-workers, and neighbors going through the same thing I am. Locating a quality loving, caring, attentive, and above all affordable to where mom can live comfortably. It just felt like home warm freindly.staf very attentive on residents an surroundings.

My Mom was at Anchor Bay for 10 months.. She loved it there.. However Covid hit and made things tough for her.. staying in her apartment was hard and we couldnt visit. The wonderful staff at Anchor did the very best to engage them with different activities inside their apartment..visited her and chatted often..and brought her special drinks from Dunkin donuts or Newport Creamery.. Before that she enjoyed the dining room and bingos often. When she was near the end of life and hospice came in.. we were allowed to visit any time day or night.. and we even stayed overnight with her.. Staffing was incredible! So kind, caring, and I could see the love they had for her.. She was truly happy being there..I will always be so grateful for her time there.. one regret— that she didnt have more time..

the food is good but I'm not sure it's the same level as the assisted living portion of the facility. I know I've expressed this before but what I am so impressed with at Symphony is how caring and kind the staff are to the memory care residents. It's small kindnesses I notice when nobody knows you're looking There is a calmness there even when some people are having a moment When searching for a place I also cannot express how wonderful every interaction with A Place for Mom was. My family was in distress with everyone coming to terms with my mother's dementia. It's was the voice of reason and the caring help I received that I credit with getting me through the process.

We picked this community, because t's clean and bright and allows my husband to be in AL. Liked the staff I met. Most everyone is competent and friendly. Activities are often and varied. The food is excellent. I do recommend it to others

We toured The Landing of Lake Worth during our search for Assisted Living for our loved one. Our tour was great. This facility was very nice, but not in a convenient location for us. The cleanliness and friendliness were great!

I have two loved ones who live at Anchor Bay, one in Assisted Living and the other in Memory Care. Both sisters, yet they wanted to be together. Anchor Bay at East Providence is a fantastic place. The experience of moving two people to Anchor Bay, within a week apart, was so seamless. The staff is absolutely the most helpful as they could be! Every question is answered with a smile, explained in detail, and always a follow up. Absolutely excellent place for the money! To describe Anchor Bay at East Providence, it is literally 'a cruise ship that does not leave land!" I told both my Mom and Auntie, if you are bored during the day; it is your own fault!!! I would absolutely recommend this facility to others! A rating of 5 is really not high enough, it should be a 10!

Everyone is so friendly and engaging, from residents to the staff. There is always something to do and someone to talk to. It is very clean and beautiful from the moment you walk in the door. My mom instantly felt at home there. She has quickly made so many friends and she was happy to bring her 2 cats and make friends with all the other animals that also call it home. She loves watching the birds and wildlife out her window and all over the property. They were recently certified by the NWF as a wildlife habitat! The grounds are very peaceful. There aren't many negatives at all, the only thing mom wishes is that she could pick her seat in the dining room, other than that she loves it there!

I am very happy overall with Symphony at Olmstead Falls. The facility is clean. Friendly staff. Good food. Only complaint is not a lot of activities.

My loved one was only here for about 2 months before she passed, so we didn't have a ton of interaction at this facility. They had a lot of activities for the Memory Care patients and all of the residents seemed well cared for. The staff was friendly whenever I visited. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Monthly fees are being double or over charged over the prices we were told before we moved my mom into the facility. Overall my mom is very happy where she is. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

There are lots of experienced people with varied personalities. Everyone's families needs will be different. I believe that the staff will do their best to meet those needs. The food seems tasty. My mom has no complaints and eats very well. I would recommend this facility to Seniors who require Assisted Living in a homey atmosphere.

All 5 stars. It has been a great experience at Anchor Bay Greenwich. I think the outstanding culture of the facility is its best feature as it infused all other areas. Hands down, everyone is so kind and it's clearly not a show. It's real. The rooms are quite adequate. My mother felt that it was larger than she anticipated. She repeatedly says she has all she needs in her 'apartment'. She loves the meals (and she was skeptical).

What we really like about Symphony at Stuart is that both friends and family have visited our loved one there, and they have been very impressed with the facility. It is clean, the staff are helpful and all the residents seem to be happy. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Symphony at Stuart to other families.
