Many times I came in and found [name removed] in the same clothes he had worn the day before and his bed unmade. I changed him into clean clothes. I also changed his sheets and made his bed many many times. Other than that I found the place clean and the food good. The staff was always friendly and responsive

From [name removed] perspective she is one of the most sane people there and is not happy! However; the employees are lovely! Many activities that Rosemary gets involved in! Which is great for her! The activity director is phenomenal! The food is good though [name removed] complains too much beef, gravy. The chef is top notch, though as I have eaten there! The house cleaning is really good! The housekeeper is so kind and helpful to Rosemary.

It's a small and homey place. Staff is very caring, the residents are able to receive personalized care. Also, activities, arts, games, bingo, field trips. Live entertainment. They do a good job to keep the residences stimulated and active.

Assistance with filing long term care insurance was very poor. Staff was mainly friendly. Therapy department was good. Meals served should match the gourmet names that they were labeled on the menu. Very few meals were good. But to be fair, it's probably pretty hard to find kitchen help with much skill. Also, the Assisted Living part of the facility is very limited in the assistance they provide. A person should be pretty independent aside from needing reminders and help bathing.

Personal attention seems spot on.

Staff are very kind and care is good. Food is fair. Needs some cosmetic refreshing. Overall very satisfied.

We have much better experience with medication management than [name removed]where there were lots of problems. Communication is good. The apartments are very nice and updated. Nice wood floors. Mom got a big one bedroom with a balcony. The place is kept very clean. Good variety of residents mostly friendly. Exec director just resigned. Nursing staff several resigned. ?? lots of staff turnover. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is okay. Sometimes really good. Sometimes not. Lots of activities daily. Biggest concern right now is staff turnover. Price is higher. [name removed] does great job with residents laundry. She even puts it away. But i don't think she will be staying much longer (retirement).

I would like to see better communication with meds and transportation to appointments to the family. What I like most is they don't have to get out in the winter. Yes, I would recommend Gardenview to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I think that they need a shuttle bus that accommodates those with limited mobility if they don't have one. If they have one, make sure the residents are informed. Let residents and relatives know the use policies of the Atrium. My Dad didn't think we could bring in outside food and eat it in the Atrium. Post activity itinerary online so relatives can call and remind loved ones what there is to do.

I had to move [name removed] out due to him being unable to adapt to not smoking in his apartment. Staff worked with me and him, but he refused to stop smoking inside. They were very compromising and concerned but in the end I had to get him an independent living apartment. The only thing negative about the experience was they did not clearly explain the way the medical service works. I was told he could use his doctor, but later they told me he had to use the doctor they provided. And once I got him checked in, it seemed like they just left him hanging, with no welcoming. It felt like they just wanted his money. Dealing with the nurses could be a bit confusing Vegetables were overcooked

My mom had dementia and they were sensitive to her needs. Staff was nice. She was there only 5 weeks before she passed. I think staff was good. She fell while she was there and i was not happy about that but she was on heavy meds at that time. Belongings got lost but that was due to other residents taking things by accident. I felt she was safe there and she was adequately taken care of. I dont regret my decision. It was still during covid and mask protocol was still in place Staff kept it pretty safe

I went there I was happy to see many men. In most of the other places there were many few men. And the memory care was much more appealing to me. Even the entrance was much more attractive than the other places. Although now that he is memory care there are very few men. But that is not a problem now.

The Atrium has very friendly staff and many social opportunities that my parents enjoy. They like the frequent musical entertainment, games and special events.

After living with me for over 10 years, my brother and I needed to find an assisted living facility for my 94-year-old mother. We fortunately found an excellent place as Symphony at Delray Beach is well-run in all areas. The director is kind, professional, and responsive to all my requests, and the other department heads and support staff are equally friendly and helpful. The food is quite good, the residents are kept busy with a multitude of activities, and the building tastefully decorated with a lovely screened in porch and garden area. I think the only thing I've had to keep in mind (which is to be expected at any busy facility) is to follow-up on various aspects of my mother's care. Each resident has individual, specific needs, but as stated above the staff is both conscientious and responsive. I'm thankful for the care my mother receives, and she tells me she's been very happy.

My mother might answer differently. She complains constantly about how bad the food is. Today as I was leaving, someone was complaining about being served cold soup. My mother just passed 1 year as a resident and the are expecting their 4th chef to start next week. Activities is subjective. Symphony at Delray Beach has many activities, but my mother likes what she likes and not necessarily what they offer. For me, the value is high because I can't care for her like Symphony can. She might answer a little lower. I might ask that you stop Corporations from purchasing care facilities who then cut everything the residents like/need in exchange for a profit.

Competent staff who addresses any concerns I have. Nice place.

I would hope they could hire more staff at SAP. Agency staff to fill in is a temporary solution, but care is more personal if staff is familiar with the resident.
