It is obvious that all of the staff know my mom personally. She is always happy. Ellen the activities director is phenomenal. She assures activity for all. The chef Stephanie provides quality meals. The rooms/apartments are generous in size. The entire facility is beautifully decorated.

So happy I moved my dad. He's so happy.

Overall Tranquility is a nice place. I feel some of the staff could be a little nicer. Sometimes they are judgey of the fact that my mom stays in her unit a lot. They don't seem to take into account that she is have some depression issues.

We absolutely love Symphony at Olmsted Falls!!! Everything is perfect. The facility is clean and very homey. The workers and residents are all like one big family. The meals are well-rounded and fresh. They keep the residents active with fun activities that include numerous road trips. We wouldn't change a thing about this place and we are so very happy we found my father this perfect home!

I would highly recommend it.

. I like Wentworth and so does my mother! Everyone's kindness and helpfulness has been so nice! We have been having many difficulties with her recent illness and hospitalization and everyone has been great!

Place was perfect for my dad. They were very attentive yet respected his desire not to participate in group activities.

My mom is currently a resident at Symphony at Stuart. Mom is happy with the food. I think the quality is good, but I think it can be somewhat redundant. I didn’t rate “quality of care” since my mom is considered independent. Some more active exercise is needed for those not mobility challenged. Perhaps more card games or other activities with mental stimulation would be beneficial.

Place is a good place for your parents or loved ones. Clean , great activities, still not a fan of 8% increase but I do realize prices are up everywhere

It's costly, no doubts about it. Be prepared. My F-I-L passed away suddenly 6 weeks after moving in but the care he received there made his last days more comfortable. The staff was so kind to him.

Everyone, from the receptionist to housekeeping and food servers, are always welcoming and very pleasant and are amazing with the residents. Communication with the family is outstanding and my mother has gained about 5-7 pounds, she enjoys the food so much. The moving process could not have been easier. I highly highly recommend this facility. Our mother is very happy and we know she is getting exceptional care.

My Mom is 90 years old and lived independently in a beautiful condo. She is very social and is active in her church and the senior center, but became depressed this winter because of the isolation, despite multiple weekly visits from my sister and me. She was losing weight rapidly. We visited Anchor Bay and she liked the community, but she still refused to move. [name removed], from Anchor Bay was very helpful and sent my Mom the monthly activities calendar and kept in touch with me, too, but was not pushy. [name removed] notified my Mom of an available apartment. She liked the apartment, but still needed some convincing before she agreed to move to AB. Within a few weeks of moving to AB, my Mom has become the happy, social woman that I have missed! She has made so many new friends & helpful staff and is often so busy with the activities at AB. She has regained all the weight she lost and is going to exercise class daily. She is living independently and thriving at Anchor Bay!

Thank you for taking excellent care of our parent living in memory care. Just spent a week visiting and got to really see what facility is like at all times of day. Exceptionally clean. Unbelievable, caring staff!!! Management provides highly personalized and caring approach. Caregivers are wonderful- treating each resident like own family. Activities director amazing! Front desk staff and nurse practitioner exceptional! Wonderful food. Highly recommend this facility. As a healthcare provider I have seen many facilities and this is the best I have ever seen. It must be a great comfort for the residents to know they are cared for so well. Thank you!!!!

My mother has been a resident of Woodholme Gardens for 2 months. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming and has been very supportive to our family. The attention and support the staff gives my mother is exceptional. There’s been numerous times when my mother has had various “emergencies “ and Woodholme Gardens have greatly helped me to get through these challenging situations. The daily activities for memory care residents is excellent for their needs. My mother was moved from another facility in another state which did not come close to Woodholme Gardens excellent service. The entire staff/facility has become part of my family. God bless their efforts.

This is a great place. It is like my mom is living in a 5 star hotel. Highly recommend this place. The meals are very good and varied. They made the transition very easy . My mom feels at home here.

He received excellent care during his year at Symphony. The staff was compassionate and caring. The memory care unit was always clean. His bedroom and bathroom were cleaned several times a week. The food served to residents was excellent. The manager of the MCU provided residents many opportunities to participate in various activities.

Everything from the move in process was the best!! The room was ready, the movers were attentive, and the staff was extremely welcoming! And still are, even after one year. Everyone is remembered by their first name and they know who the relative is and where they my be (in their room, in such and such activity, or just chilling outside). Highly recommended. Mom loves it there!

We picked this community because of the spacious room, and they offer bus trips and restaurants trips available once per week.

Symphony at Stuart is the 3rd memory care facility that my mother has been to in the last 5-1/2 years. Symphony is by far the best. Their facility is beautiful, clean and welcoming. All of the staff are knowledgeable and compassionate with a side of good humor. The entire staff knows everyone by name and always has a smile and a good word. They consistently work and communicate with you to met all the needs and nuisances of your family members. I am so pleased with the level of compassion, communication and care that we have recently moved my 93 year old father into the assisted living side. I feel confident that my parents care will be great and that both my parents different needs will be well taken care of.
