Everything from the move in process was the best!! The room was ready, the movers were attentive, and the staff was extremely welcoming! And still are, even after one year. Everyone is remembered by their first name and they know who the relative is and where they my be (in their room, in such and such activity, or just chilling outside). Highly recommended. Mom loves it there!

We picked this community because of the spacious room, and they offer bus trips and restaurants trips available once per week.

Symphony at Stuart is the 3rd memory care facility that my mother has been to in the last 5-1/2 years. Symphony is by far the best. Their facility is beautiful, clean and welcoming. All of the staff are knowledgeable and compassionate with a side of good humor. The entire staff knows everyone by name and always has a smile and a good word. They consistently work and communicate with you to met all the needs and nuisances of your family members. I am so pleased with the level of compassion, communication and care that we have recently moved my 93 year old father into the assisted living side. I feel confident that my parents care will be great and that both my parents different needs will be well taken care of.

There are wonderful activities, the food is great. They have just started a gym that is out of this world! The surrounding area is very convenient and safe. The bus takes us to stores every Friday. We have an awesome happy hour too

When I went to meet them, everybody was wonderful and I knew my mom would be welcomed and enjoy living there. I would recommend to others.

I have had the pleasure of touring Wentworth Central Ave. a few times over the last 4 years and wow what great improvements I have seen in the community. The new assisted living neighborhood is beautiful with all updated furniture and activity equipment. The stainless steel appliances in the rooms really adds a pop of luxury feeling. Great Leadership in place starting from the top down to the front line associates.

The staff are all compassionate and welcoming. Our experience during this stressful time was wonderful, from marketing, front desk, director, head nurse, chef, maintenance and more. Residents were friendly and happy. I can't recommend this place enough, at this point. We're only into the second month.

5 star! I absolutely love A Symphony at Valley Farms. It is the best facility I have ever seen. I am an RN and it's a great place for my 87 year old mother. Therapy of any kind on-site and billed outpatient. Individualized quality of care by staff. Movie theater, life alert pendant, staff caring, clean and no odors, decorated like home, meals are great, can buy snacks for large private rooms

My loved one is currently a resident at Atrium at Serenity Pointe. Maintenance is very prompt, friendly and helpful. So far, I would recommend Atrium at Serenity Pointe to others.

The staff here are great. They always have a smile on their faces and are very caring. The facility is very clean. They have lots of different activities going on and the food looks tasty with plenty of options.

A beautiful community with a great team! The apartments are spacious and some even have balconies or patios. They have a greenhouse and fun activities to do every day. They are near a nature preserve and are tucked back into the setting with trees all around; many opportunities for bird watching!

Good overall experience. I chose this community because the price, accommodations and environment. I would recommend to others.

Symphony at Mentor has been an amazing experience for our Mom who has been diagnosed with dementia. We were skeptical at first, but she has literally flourished since moving in. She feels as though all of the workers are friends and family and has received top notch care. Any questions we have are always answered promptly and courteously. We cannot recommend it enough!

My mom has been in Symphony for over 2 years. Although there has been a turnover in personnel, the good care remains constant. I visit at different times during the week, and mom is always safe, clean and cared for. She tells me how wonderful the staff is to her. She has several friends in the community and seems to be contented. Symphony has given me peace of mind, knowing that I don’t have to worry as much about my mother.

I would definitely recommend Brookridge Heights to others. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are lots of activities scheduled for the residents to participate in. The meals are delicious. The move in process was very easy. It happened so quickly that they let us use their furniture for a few weeks until we could get mom's furniture there. The room is very spacious. They communicate with my sister, who has power of attorney. They make suggestions like having us buy mom a clock or let us know if she should have a doctor's appointment.

The Symphony Manor community is beautiful and the staff members they have working there are amazing. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Staff was very open which made us trust what we saw enough to be comfortable choosing Symphony. I picked this community because the ratings were high and liked it after visiting.
