I am very happy with this community and my mom's care. The staff are very nice and caring and they keep me informed on her progress. The menu is good and a nice variety. They offer her activities that she does participate with the other residents. I would recommend this community to other families seeking good care and a great value for a loved one.

This facility has undergone many changes recently including management staff and renovations. The staff truly cares about making the facility a great place to live and I have personally spoken with residents and family who are happy. Please come and tour the facility so that you can see for yourself!

The Brookdale Burr Ridge is a perfect fit for my loved one. He likes it there and we are very pleased with the facility. The place is clean and they feed him very well, the food looks great! We have nothing but good things to say.

My father is doing great with his move to this community. I'am comfortable with his move here. They are providing him with great. They have a good staff at this facility. He is pleased with the meals. Everything is working out well, and I would recommend this community.

Our hearts go out to other families who, like ours, have or had a family member with advancing dementia. After looking at twelve different settings for our mom in three counties, we found the care, compassion and understanding of dementia we were looking for at Lakeshore Manor Memory Care. While cost was not a factor in deciding on Lakeshore Manor for mom, we were surprised the cost was less than the assisted living facility she resided in prior to her move. Mom's move to Lakeshore was carefully coordinated by their marketing and memory care staff. The assistance we received moving her personal belongings to Lakeshore Manor and setting up her room was so helpful and relieved a lot of our stress. While the meals served to residents is outstanding, and the facility and grounds are well designed and exceptionally maintained, it was the dementia focused programming and the caring staff that especially stood out for us as we made our decision. Dementia progresses differently for each person it affects. We found Lakeshore Manor staff to see each resident as a unique individual, therefore our mom's care plan was custom tailored to her special needs. Lakeshore nursing staff and memory care staff always took time to communicate with us about mom, as her health and functioning declined, and were a great emotional support for us and for her. We would highly recommend Lakeshore Manor Memory Care to other families looking for quality dementia care for their loved ones. We were at Lakeshore often and observed first hand how each resident was treated with respect and dignity and we are forever grateful to the Lakeshore Manor staff for the care our mom received.

The staff are magnificent and provide the right care. Once my mom complained her leg was hurting and they took her to the clinic. She need an emergency procedure and the next day she was back at the community. They are phenomenal at cleaning, you don't even see dust on the floor. She enjoys the meals and the options. I would recommend them to anyone.

The food served at this community is very good and the staff all seem very nice. They have a lot of activities like bingo nights, and exercise programs. The apartment my mother is in is very comfortable and has a lot of natural lighting. We are very happy with our choice so far.

I am really happy with the care that is given here to my mom. The staff is friendly and makes the community beautiful with each holiday. She is happy with the special ldiet that she is on and finds the meals to be good. The activiites are great for her and she is enjoying playing bingo. I have had other family members at this community and know that the care if great. This is a community that is very comfortable.

My mother in law was so excited about moving in here. She had made friends here and they ate together at breakfast. She said that she was comfortable about being here. The staff was great and very helpful. The only thing that got me was that they were not upfront about the prices.

This facility was nice and clean. The staff were very nice and friendly. We did nor see any activiites that were offered here. The community was not exactly what we were looking for. Other families might like this for family members to enjoy.

The transition to Memory Care has been difficult for my dad. Mission Creek has been flexible and accommodating in helping him to adjust. The supervisors and care givers have been great. I have only positive comments about the facility.

I would have like to have known the full disclosure if the community accepted Medicade before having to take the tour. It could save families a lot of time in their search. The tour was great and the staff were very friendly. They were very knowledgeable and addressed all of my questions.

Mom is doing very well since the move to Brookdale Burr Ridge. They offered exactly what we were looking for with care levels ranging from assisted living to skilled nursing. We found the right place where we would not have to move mom again. We are very happy with the care she is receiving at Brookdale.

It took my dad about a week to settle in every one has been so helpful and my dad is very happy there. He says the food is great!!

The staff have been superb and they are the best part of this community. They are very accommodating for my friend and for myself. The food is ok and they work with each individual resident to be sure there dietary needs are met. This is a small community and they only offer a few different activities. The grounds are nice and they have a shaded patio where the residents can enjoy the beautiful scenery.
