I'm very Grateful to have found Rock Run Place. After months of searching and touring many other facilities, I did one more search because I wasn't sure. I'm glad I did. The Folks at Rock Run Place have been nothing but Amazing since day one. Every question answered and every worry settled. Mom has acclamated beautifully and made great friends. The facility itself is easy to get around and very well maintained. Also, the medical staff is very attentive to the residents which is incredibly important when dealing with multiple health issues. I couldn't be more pleased with our choice. I'm sure the other places we saw we're fine but Rock Run Place was the Perfect choice for our family.

The care and professional services are outstanding! The staff and administrators are sensitive and caring as they work with their clients. My loved one is respected and treated with dignity and patience. The food services are a class act. Five start! Thank you!

We found that the facility was neat and clean. The tour was well run and [Name removed] was very accommodating. She showed us both the accommodations available and all services the facility could provide. We enjoyed the tour and couldn't wait to .bring [Name removed] in to view potential apartment. Julie did everything she could to make the selection process less difficult. We highly recommend this facility and have enrolled [Name removed] at Bella Vista.

I visited Hilltop on Friday June 22 to see if I wanted to live there. The staff is awesome, the place is clean and beautiful setting. I enjoyed my tour and the food is so good. I can't wait to move in. I know this is where I want to be. Thank God for such wonderful people and the chance to live comfortable. [Name removed] was very sweet and answered all my questions.

I absolutely love this community village. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had the privilege of having lunch which was very good. [Name removed] was my tour guide, she is so sweet and patient. She answered all my questions with no problems. I'm sure my mom will feel very comfortable living and and won't have any worries.

[Name removed] is fantastic. She is very warm & welcoming. She worked with my mother & myself during this transition. [Name removed] is an asset and I highly recommend other families.

They were very kind, thoughtful, hospitable, and caring to us. I really like that they have a smaller community of residents and all the units are on one floor. Everything is so clean and up to date. I feel confident they will take good care of my mom.

Good work. Great initiative for people who are alone and trying to spend their life with peace and happiness.

My mom has been here 3 months and it's so much friendlier and caring than where she was in Kenosha. Clean, staff are beyond nice.

I like that Hilltop Village has lots of green space, and residents have ample opportunities to be outdoors. The apartment is a good size. And staff is very welcoming. The shower is not accessible enough; we need a bench and handheld shower handle. Getting to the dining area and activities involves a lot of walking; and I’m not sure that’ll work for us

I enjoy living here because everyone is so nice. If you need something fixed in your apartment it is being done within 1 or 2 days. Nice people live here and nice people work here. They have treated me with respect.

A very pleasant, clean, comfortable and safe environment. Management and staff very professional and caring willing to listen and address any concerns you may have. Activities program provides stimulating activities both physically and mentally. Residents super friendly and helpful. Bus transportation for your convenience: appts, shopping and cultural events. Varied meal menu and options. Personal care tailored to your individual needs.

The tour went very well. [Removed] was very nice and informative. We met the nurse and activities director too. We felt welcomed and valued. Dad even wanted to reserve his room!

We loved out tour and the staff. The community is in an older building, however it appeared to be extremely well maintained and the smaller size made it feel much more homey.

Mom was here a short time and it was great. They keep it clean and the caregivers are wonderful. The food is good she had 2 meals a day. Mom will have to go to a rehab now but I would recommend this community.

Things are going very well here and I’m pleased with the care they’re giving my mom. I’ve been very happy with the care there. The staff seems to be very caring and they talk with her very caringly and clearly so she can hear them. I had a chance to try the food and it was very good, she seems to be eating well, and they have her sit at a table with assistants so they can help her eat. The menu seems to have a good variety and their larger meals seem to be at lunch where they have 2 choices. At dinner they’ll have smaller meals like tacos, or soup, or there are sandwiches you can get if you don’t want a full entrée. I don’t know how often housekeeping comes by but it always looks pretty clean and there aren’t any smells that are overpowering. They do provide a few activities like music once a week where either a single person or a couple of musicians will come in and sing, they do a lot of craft things, they have exercise most mornings during the week, and there are card games as well. My dad was in favor of her being here because she really receives the care that she needs. They even have a respite building available and anytime he comes up to visit her, they’ll let him stay there so he can be near her. It is an extra charge but it includes all meals. Everyone that I’ve talked to has said good things about this place and that’s part of why I decided to give it a try. I would recommend them, my family is happy with the care that she’s receiving.

We chose this community because of the feeling that we got when we toured this community. It is very inviting and when you walk in it doesn't smell like urine. My dad is making friends and loves the activities such as pet therapy. The staff is very friendly and caring. They were accommodating when we were moving dad in.The dining room is so elegant and the food is good. I would recommend this community. And a Place for Mom was so helpful.

I moved to this community in 2013 from California. I have been happy ever since this move.
