I am so happy my son found Hilltop for me! I needed a safe apartment where I would not feel so isolated and I love it here!

Been here for 1 month on the [date removed]. I love it. The staff is wonderful. [Name removed] is the best. We need a hundred more people just like her. The food was good and the other people that live here are nice as well. I won't be moving ever again. And I thank the Lord for Google, that's how I found this wonderful place. [Name removed] at the front desk is a sweetheart!!

I moved here on [date removed] and I'm staying. Staff is helpful and I can age here instead of having to leave.

My experience here has been satisfactory. The facility is well equipped with a nice gym and pool table that keeps me busy. The caregivers are pleasant and giving. The building is very well-kept, housekeeping does a great job. This place keeps me youthful with activities. During the pandemic the staff was sure to keep us safe and make sure they were sanitizing.

Some of the workers such as [names removed] are very helpful. [Name removed] is an excellent help to the place and good repair man and a good driver. The Bingo lady [name removed] is very nice. [Name removed] is a good driver and is very helpful and [name removed] I like talking and laughing with him.

The workers have been very helpful with everything that comes up. The response to time is very quick. Everyone treats me and my husband good. The activities are coming back and I am so glad. I like everybody very much and I love living here.

It's a great place to live. I enjoy the activities her very much. The people here all treat me good. I really like it here.

I've had nothing but good experiences here. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful. I am allergic to different food, but Cooks always make sure to prepare me a meal that I am able to eat. The rooms are very spacious and size. My family picked this place from me and I'm so glad that they did!

I moved my sister into Hilltop because I was worried about her. I am so happy she listened. I have had many questions and Sarah has answered them all. Thank you Hilltop!

My brother needed his own space in a safe environment and that is exactly what we got at Hilltop! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. We love it.

Windsor Heights Assisted Living is a really nice facility. It is very clean here and all of the care givers and staff are personable and friendly. I have visited her a couple times socially distanced outside and my mom seems happy and well cared for. Since COVID they are still keeping residents occupied with activities. They are doing things like coffee and conversation, family Face-time visits, virtual reality travel, pet therapy, bingo, manicure and hand spa, etc. I would recommend this community.

I moved my cousin into Sunrise of Barrington on [date removed] after getting personal accolades from others who have had their loved ones there. From meeting the Director to working with the intake and nursing staff the experience could not have been more positive. I was assured that now they would be the caretakers and I could be the family who came to enjoy visits and set our relationship back to where it was. The weight that was lifted by know the care given to my family member was amazing! If we had a doctor appointment they were ready to get in the car when I picked them up. I visited at all hours and they were engaged in activities and were in good spirits. The communication about status, medication and health are thorough and frequent. I even got a call about a small cut and that a bandage was applied! Then with the onset of COVID and the shut down of visit the communication was even better. The staff worked with families to keep us informed and to adapt to visits outside as soon as they could. I would, and have recommended, Sunrise of Barrington to anyone. They have a special place in my heart and that of my extended family. Having someone walk with you through the journey of a loved one have Alzheimer's is a gift like no other.

Really great place. I felt like [name removed] was very honest in telling me the price. The community is very clean and smells so good. I really think we found the right place. My heart is full.

We just moved my mother into Willow Falls a month and a half ago. My mother lived out of state and my father passed away 2 years ago. Mom was having a hard time without dad and then living so far away made it so hard. We had to get tough with mom and move her to Illinois. She fought us on it because she did not want to leave her home where she had lived for over 30 years. I felt terrible taking her out of her home and I couldn't give her the care she needed in my home. It was such a tough decision to put her in assisted living. You never know if you are doing the right thing. I did my homework on Willow Falls and from the time I called to inquire about the facility to the time mom moved in and up until now, every employee has been great! Everyone has been so passionate and helpful. I know they are watching out for my mom and they are taking great care of her. The other day I talked to my mom and she told me she loved it there and does not want to go back to her house in Florida. That speaks volumes! Anyone that is considering moving their loved one(s) to a facility - look no further - this is the one that you can move your loved ones into and KNOW they are being treated with kindness and they are being treated right.

Our family has been very pleased with the services provided by the Brookdale Burr Ridge team. The care services provided to our loved one have met/exceeded our expectations. The wellness director and her team are committed to the health and safety of our loved one and maintain open communications. Having this confidence in the quality of care and responsiveness to inquiries has been especially important during the pandemic. Although social events and activities are limited now due to social distancing, the team is doing all they can to keep our loved one connected to family/friends and the community.
