Clifden Court has been a very positive living situation for my mother. The workers are very helpful and supportive and the physical environment is clean and cheerful. The activity schedule has been a big plus for my mom as it has various fun things to do and promotes socialization. Also, activity director is very enthusiastic in reminding and engaging residents in the activities.

My wife has been a resident of Rock Run for exactly 2 years. She has been treated with both compassion and respect every day. I am very pleased with every aspect of her care.

My mother loves this place. She moved from the Cleveland area assistant living facility into The landing of Stow, which is closer to me and my family. I am very impressed with the entire staff. I have seen a remarkable improvement in my mothers speech, from the (2) strokes she has had. The staff is very helpful with her and she feels so comfortable. every time I visit or call they are all so helpful. My mother seems to always stay busy with great activities and crafts. The best gauge i can see is she is extremely HAPPY and that is the most important thing for me and my family. My dearest thank you to the entire staff.

This the Best life! Attentive care, great food, friendly staff, nice suites, best price we've found and we went to 7 local places. It has been one year come April, and we're so happy! Top Score!!!

I have had a wonderful experience with Twin Rivers! My parents are treated with great respect and if they are in need of any care, the staff is always right there willing to help. The head cook and kitchen staff do a wonderful job with meal planning and the food is delicious. The residents in the building are not just renters, they have become family. If you are thinking of a safe, warm environment for your parents to enjoy, this has to be on your list to check out!!

I was very impressed with the facility and staff. I arrived a bit early for the tour time but was pleasantly welcomed, invited to wait a few minutes. In the meantime, the staff had sweet interactions with the residents. I was given all pertinent info, toured the facility and found it to be clean, offering great amenities and residents were smiling and engaged.

When I was diagnosed with Huntington's disease my family wanted me to stay at home, but I fought to be brought to Twin Rivers. As a former LPN I knew what was ahead with this disease. I am so happy to call this my new home. The staff have been so helpful-[Name removed] the marketing director has always been available for me to talk with and to ease my transition here. I'm in Independent living right now but know I will eventually be up in Memory Care because of this disease. I've spent some time there seeing how the staff cares for the Memory Care residents and it has really put my mind at ease knowing I will be well taken care of. I just can't say enough how friendly this place is! From the other residents, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance- this is my new home!

Although our aunt struggled with being away from home and alone in a new place, she now goes out of the way to tell us how much she likes the place and does not want to ever go home. And we recently found out that she signs up for every outing. And this is someone who sat alone in her house day after day before moving to assisted living.

Thanks for steering us to Woodside. The staff is very friendly and very helpful getting [name removed] settled in. She quickly made friends and enjoys the meals. She attends the Saturday evening church services and bingo. The staff does a great job keeping her unit clean and she appreciates having her laundry done each week. It is a comfort knowing that the medical staff checks up on her. We appreciate knowing that she no longer is fearful of her environment.

Brookstone Estates is the perfect place for mom. She has made new friends and has acclimated very well. The staff at Brookstone are the absolute best! They truly care about and for her. It is very comforting to know that mom has 3 healthy meals a day and staff on hand 24 hours should she need anything.

Very nice place. [Name removed] has been wonderful answering all of our questions. My sister has an appt on Saturday to sign the paperwork.

With smaller units in a cluster, I feel my Mom is getting plenty of attention and help. There is Always a staff member in-house, 24/7 Meals are very good, Mother raves all the time how much food is offered and how well-prepared. If you call a day ahead you can request to eat with your family member, no charge. Clergy comes Sunday to distribute Holy Communion. Many residents go out to the local churches. Facility owns a bus, so they can take residents shopping or out for a special meal. I have not met one staff member Yet who falls below my expectations, and we've been there 7 months. There's of course an up-charge for them to administer Mom's medications 4x a day but that is so totally worth it for her well-being, AND My Peace of Mind. All cottages are beautiful, fresh, very clean, with comfortable seating areas for families. Activities are bountiful, many of them can include families. If you haven't walked in and looked around yet, please do so - you will feel so much better about the decisions your family needs to make.

My sister-in-law really seems to enjoy living at Bella Vista in Oshkosh. She enjoys the facility and the care she receives there. She enjoys the food especially the flexibility of the menu. My wife and I have noticed the improvement in her attitude and overall health. We are grateful to A Place for Mom for identifying this facility as a possible assisted living location. Several people that have visited her there have commented how happy she seems.

[Name removed] went above and beyond for our family. We were very unsure about the process of moving into a community but she listened to our questions, took the time to answer us and give us suggestions. She even went as far as to give us a wonderful list of questions to ask other facilities when we toured. I could tell she cared about the residents and families. Next, the community is very home-like. You walk in and feel at peace. When we toured, the staff introduced themselves and asked if they could get us anything. They were playing Bingo. I had toured other communities before and saw residents just sitting and not being engaged-the overall feeling here is just different. I can tell the staff truly cares and that is what I love most. So happy to have my mother belong to the Rock Run Group!! Thank you to all of the managers, CNA's, dining, etc. who have made my mother feel at home in such a short time. You are family to us now.

My grandmother moved into Rock Run Place over the summer and I am happy to report that she is loving life in this community. She has made so many friends and the staff is very loving! This was a very hard decision to make in my family and we definitely feel like we made the right choice. The community immediately feels like home when you enter.

I stopped in to see mom yesterday, (unbeknownst to me) during a singing performance that was taking place in the activity room at that same time! She saw me, waved and stayed seated. I went over to her, and stood behind her as we listened, sang along (!??) together!! She was very content to continue listening! I mentioned to her that I was just stopping by and that I wouldn’t be able to stay very long, as I had to get back home! After one song she said “You can go home now!” ?? I said that I would stay for a few more songs and then leave. After the next song she looked at me and said again, that I could go home! Not angry at all, just content! So I said my goodbyes, and left! Now anyone else hearing this story would think I would be a disheartened daughter leaving sad, but I was singing God’s praises in my head BECAUSE SHE WANTED TO STAY!!!! ?? Over the past several months while at American Grand, when I would stop in to see her, she would literally LEAP OUT HER CHAIR out of shear joy, in the middle of activity and immediately say, “Where are we going??? I am soooo happy you are here!!!! Let’s go”!!!! So needless to say I cannot begin to express my SINCERE GRATITUDE for how you have WELCOMED MOM HOME!!! I feel so unbelievably blessed that she landed there!!! THANKS FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!! You guys are the BEST!!! ??????

My mom loves it here. Everyone is friendly. They keep everything clean! No unusual smells. The staff made the transition for her so easy! From admissions to the nurses, everyone was accomadating. If she or I have any needs or wants, they have delivered! I never see any resident waiting for help or looking unhappy. The executive director reached out to me personally to make sure everything was ok. This was a hard thing for us but Rock Run made it go smoothly!
