Very nice facility with a lot of amenities, and seems very affordable

Lakeshore Manor is a very professional and well run community. The staff has done a good job taking care of my parents. We are comfortable with them being at Lakeshore Manor. The room sizes and the layout of the community is good.

Kind, compassionate, and competent memory care for my 95-year old mom. The staff is responsive to both my mom’s needs and the family’s. They have even set up FaceTime and window visits for us during this pandemic time. Moving my mom was one of the hardest decisions, but after seeing how well she is cared for I know we made the right decision!

The staff is super friendly, I feel my mom has gotten wonderful care through the Pandemic at The Lodge. They have kept people out of the building to keep residents safe. The layout is good. I am very pleased with The Landing of Stow. My mom is getting the VA Aid and Attendance benefit which has been very helpful financially.

First of all, The managers and financial managers were willing to work with us and laid everything out for us. They told us they that would help us if and when our mom would run out of money. They made us feel comfortable on what to expect and they are really are there to help you. It is a beautiful place. All of the staff are nice and they really understand. There is an RN available everyday. My mom's room is beautiful with a balcony that overlooks a lake. There offer buses to to take my mom to doctors appointments. The food is great and my mom gets to fill out a menu daily with her selections. They offer a variety of choices and my mom says the food is excellent. The staff encourage families to join for meals as well.

At this time my mom is still adjusting to Bella Vista. I have not been able to visit since the quarantine. I am very comfortable with my mom being there, I feel she is safe. I feel it is a lot better then then the place she was at previously. Overall we are happy with Bella Vista.

When my husband and I first came to The Landing of Stow, we were in crisis mode. My 94 year old mother had just broken her hip and her arm and with no immediate family any closer than 3.5 hours away, we knew we we had to find a place that would care for mom while we were at our own homes in other states. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel at home and comfortable ourselves. But one of the most important things we were encouraged to do was to speak to the residents while on a tour of the facility and ask questions we might have. And my question was a simple one - "what do you like the most about being here?" to which the response was a unanimous "the people here are so friendly". Since then [names removed] have answered my questions, calmed my fears, and assured me that mom would be a joy to have under their care. Although mom has only been there a few days, with pieces of furniture and familiar things from her home surrounding her, she has settled into her new home and has even begun making some friends.

This took awhile to get, sorry. Everyone was great, loved the place, told them to save me a place, when it's my time. My mom had me there, when it was Mercy Hospital in 1954 and she passed there. Can't say enough! Thanks God Bless [name removed]

Clifden Court has been a very positive living situation for my mother. The workers are very helpful and supportive and the physical environment is clean and cheerful. The activity schedule has been a big plus for my mom as it has various fun things to do and promotes socialization. Also, activity director is very enthusiastic in reminding and engaging residents in the activities.

My wife has been a resident of Rock Run for exactly 2 years. She has been treated with both compassion and respect every day. I am very pleased with every aspect of her care.

My mother loves this place. She moved from the Cleveland area assistant living facility into The landing of Stow, which is closer to me and my family. I am very impressed with the entire staff. I have seen a remarkable improvement in my mothers speech, from the (2) strokes she has had. The staff is very helpful with her and she feels so comfortable. every time I visit or call they are all so helpful. My mother seems to always stay busy with great activities and crafts. The best gauge i can see is she is extremely HAPPY and that is the most important thing for me and my family. My dearest thank you to the entire staff.

This the Best life! Attentive care, great food, friendly staff, nice suites, best price we've found and we went to 7 local places. It has been one year come April, and we're so happy! Top Score!!!
