It's been phenomenal. I would highly recommend it. The aides and the CNA's my mother was assigned were wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. I have no complaints at all. They get a five from me.

They were helpful, friendly, caring, understanding, and provided great resources. They contacted people for me. Wonderful service!

They are just very friendly and they pay attention to what my loved one needs. They come check on him every couple of hours. Some of the girls are better than others, but the others are still okay. They do pretty well over there.

Very pleased with their services thus far. Very caring staff and always willing to assist in best way possible. I highly recommend them.

Brookdale Stow is going good. It's a good place. They have a really good memory care unit which I am really happy about. They have a lot of activities. The program director is fabulous. We are working together on things that Walt can do. It's a really good relationship. It's as good a situation it can be under the circumstances. It's a nice setting here. They have a big living room, big rooms, and it's very comfortable. It is a real pleasant place. They are keeping him occupied a lot. They did suggest we take him out for lunch. I do have to find his dirty clothes that he puts where he shouldn't. They don't look through his things like I do. He has a computer system that is geared towards memory care. He is so happy with it. When I left from a visit they had a film of a woman playing a piano with words on the screen. That is great for them because these are old songs that the residents are familiar with. I think they are doing a real good job here.

This is a very beautiful and well maintained facility. The staff was so friendly and warm. There is a family atmosphere and it felt like a loving home. I cannot say enough about the staff and the level of care and support here.

I really can't think of anything the staff can do to improve. They are very helpful and seem willing to go the extra mile for their residents. All in all seems like a great place so far. Thy made the transition easy for us.

My Aunt really likes The Inn at Willow Falls. I am up there once a month and she is really doing well there. The people are very nice and friendly. She is getting extremely good care at this facility. The experience so far has gone quite well.

Great community!

We have had a very good experience with Woodside Village. Every resident I have spoken to there is very happy there. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and do an excellent job.

Lakeshore provides my mom with a great quality of life. The caring staff treats Mom like a family member. Their kindness toward the residents is heartfelt. The food is fantastic, too. Special diets are readily available when needed. I love the additional services accessible to the residents, such as physician, therapy, eye care, foot care, hearing care, and dental care. The administration and staff of Lakeshore Manor are wonderful! We are so thankful that they are here for Mom at the end of her life.

I think it's a very good facility and I'm glad that my dad is there.

This is our third go with care industries. This is the first time that I rest well. They always keep me updated. They are very welcoming when we go visit. They are always accommodating. The Lakeshore Manor has made our life easier. The location is great. It is right on the lake. It's beautiful. I would highly recommend the Lakeshore Manor to anyone. It has been a really good experience. We are very pleased.

They are excellent!! I would give them tens all across the board. The food is wonderful. It's a wonderful place and everyone is really happy to help. I would rate them very highly! I do feel as if we are getting our moneys worth.

It was an immaculate place, and the staff is very friendly. There were no hidden charges. They are really trying with the activities, they had a good variety, it's hard to accommodate for all the varying levels of interest. They listened to the residents, and let them help dictate and direct what they wanted to do. They work really hard to make the population happy there. The food was fantastic. The chef got to know the residents, and there were lots of choices of food, and there were always things you could have if you didn't like it. I left thinking if I were ever in a position where I needed to go somewhere, I can't imagine anyplace else comparing to them. I would have liked to have had a counselor, though the staff was always willing to talk with you. I also liked that they held a communion. They also had a fantastic memorial day service. One nice thing is that they have the people who need more care upstairs, and while there is some mingling, I think peoples needs are more able to be met the way it is set up. I was very apprehensive about going to assisted living, my mind immediately went to the idea of a nursing home. I would have thought I was in a hotel, and they have concierge too.

I am very happy with this community so far. The staff has been great! They are very helpful, nice, and they always greet you when you come to visit. Everything is always very clean. Overall, this is a great place and I would definitely recommend it.

This had the things we were interested in for my father in law. We liked the location, PT option, ratio of Men and outside sitting area.

I was really impressed with the facilities and with the help I had in getting my uncle moved into Bella Vista. When his needs proved to be greater than we thought everything was explained to us in detail. He had options from which to choose.

We visited this community when we were looking into senior living options. In terms of my needs, it had everything that I needed. There was a private residence that I could have to myself but did have access to visiting my husband in his residence if I wanted to. There were transportation services that were available as well, which would allow my husband to attend church. I was told that the staff couldn't provide hands-on care for bathing and transitioning, but they could be there to watch and ensure he was safe. It had a very friendly environment that made you feel welcome and at home.
