The people that work there. I could tell they genuinely enjoy what they do.

The value for cost is a 4 because it is just a tad too much for people on fixed incomes needing to also pay for medication(s) staff is always professional, polite, and helpful. The community is clean and in a good area. I love the neighborhood it's in. I don't have to worry about my mother being in a not so good area.

After looking at about a dozen senior centers and talking to many not very enthusiastic sales rep I visited Discovery Village not expecting anything differant that I already seen. I walked into the entrance was impressed by how nice, clean and tidy it was first thing I did was walk up to some of the residence and ask them a lot of questions I didnt expect to be there for 3 hours but I was really impressed by them they were all very happy so I got my daughter made an appointment with sales rep as soon as I seen her coming up to us in the lobby I could tell by her gait and smile that this was going to be a wonderfull interview and it was she was terrific and thoroughly engaged in our conversation and you could tell she wanted to do what was best for me I told my daughter I am done looking I just found my future home after meeting the rest of the staff they were all just as nice and helpful as my rep was I have been here a month and thank God everyday for helping me find Discovery.

1. Overwhelmingly positive. 2. Clean and offered plenty of natural light. Staff worked diligently to maintain common areas and living spaces 3. In every interaction with caregivers and staff, they were kind, compassionate, welcoming and friendly 4. The quality of care was above expectations. The caregivers treated my family member like family 5. Admin staff was always professional and able to listen to any concerns. 6. Food was definitely a notch above institutional quality. 7. The memory care staff worked every day to provide the residents with activities that promoted movement, encouraged mind engagement and gave residents opportunities to spend time in a community setting 8. I found Allara Senior Living to be an excellent value for the money.

It's nice and new. We're getting along and meeting people

The apartment we had was very comfortable, the staff were delightful. The Chef was very hard to deal with, she was very rude. Hopefully she's no longer there. Other than her, the experience was a good one.

The staff was very nice. They answered all of my questions. The food is good. They are very helpful.

[Removed name] is such a generous darling and I appreciate her more than I can say. Asking for help is not easy and the fact that she was interested in being caring and supportive just because that's who she is makes her amazing. I have worked with [Removed name]for a little over a month and she has been nothing but resourceful and a helping hand. I have not been able to make it into the facility however, that didn't stop anything. They were able to send me a easy access video that showed a tour of the apartment suite. Even if Tipton Place is not your future home I would recommend giving [removed name] a call and asking any questions that you have.

She loved living here. The staff was amazing, very caring and friendly. The fact that the facility was all on one level was helpful in that my mother did not have to navigate elevators to get to meals. The apartment was nice, having an attached screened porch expanded the living area and was a nice spot to get fresh air. Housekeeping helped keep it clean. Any maintenance issues were quickly remedied. The common areas had seen better days and could use a little love. Just before my mother passed away, the facility had just been sold and the new owners were making improvements so I can not say how the changes turned out.

What we like the most about the community are the friendships, games and the relationships. Yes, we would recommend TerraBella Epps Bridge to other families based on the experience so far.

The residents are everyone’s top priority. Everyone is helpful, friendly and considerate. I knew in the first 10 minutes of my tour that my Mother would be a future resident and she is! This Senior Living is a hidden gem! The rooms are spacious and the food is terrific. Everyone helps everyone! Springmill is a great example what Senior Living is at its finest! Congrats!

My dad recently moved into Home Place and we have been quite pleased. He seems happy, has learned the routine, talks about being well fed and enjoying the food. What we appreciate is that the women manning the front desk know his habits and routine and are watching out for him. This gives him some freedoms still and keeps him safe even though he has dementia. Staff is very responsive and we feel like the move to assisted living has gone as smoothly as it could have gone...any little things have been attended to quickly.

5, yes because the whole process was up front and easy and the facility is clean and gives a decent meal option for every meal. The apartments are large and roomy and have a wonderful balcony. The people living there are friendly and encourage each other to get up and out and to do things daily.

I think it is ideal. My sister was hesitant to move at first but she thanks us every day. She loves it. She enjoys the many activities offered every day, the food choices, bingo, diamond art, exercise. She has made new friends and could not be happier. We are very impress with all the personnel staff so attentive friendly and helpful. We feel like she is very safe.

That staff is amazing. Friendly. Always helpful. The food is yo live for. So much variety. The apartment and a pleasant size; lots of light and most come with patios. I love it at the Village. Great place to call home!

It was a great experience there. Lots of caregivers. They were very supportive when my dad passed away and gave me hugs even help me with the furniture or moving in and out always kept them busy.

We are very happy with my dad there! I would recommend to others.

What we like the most about the community is that it is clean, friendly, professional and just the overall atmosphere.

All 5s. We are so pleased with Solstice, in all the categories. My dad has not been this happy in years. The organization has had a few administrative changes- and the staff works hard to listen to the residents and make changes accordingly. The value is very fair! Also- we (I) LOVE that is so close to Walmart and also Quest labs and good medical offices. It's perfect.
