Facility is great but they have a problem with keeping staff. However, my sister enjoys being there. Apartments are nice and comfortable. [name removed] enjoys the activities offered, uses the library, laundry facilities when needed. Overall she is happy at Solstice.

5 across the board! My aunt has been very pleasantly happy with the atmosphere & Especially the selection and taste of the food there ! Breakfast has always been her favorite meal and she enjoys the variety! The waiters are especially helpful as well as the ones who transport her !

My Dad and Mom both lived at Savannah Square for more than 10 years. The last 6 they lived in the assisted living building, Palmetto Inn. The management, nurses and staff treated my parents with dignity and love. They all treated my parents as if they were their own. The team, also, treated our family with kindness whenever we visited. Both of my parents faced illnesses, and the support and genuine caring we received from the Palmetto Inn was beyond compare. When each of my parents passed, the team showed my family such empathy. When my parents were living, the team ensured my parents stayed engaged in the community and made the most of each day. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the people are at Savannah Square. We love them! Although my parents are no longer with us, I will go back to see my Savannah Square family this Christmas when in town.

My tour began with lunch in the dining room; the food was very good, and there were many options to choose from. The sales associate was very helpful and thorough in explaining both the amenities offered and the discounts available. The most impressive amenity is that I can move in on the "Independent Living" tier and, if necessary, transition to the "Assisted Living" tier without moving to a different apartment or floor. The facility is truly an all-inclusive program. The only negative for me was that the facility is like a large resort hotel rather than individual cottages/homes. Also, this is the most expensive of the facilities I have looked at - and I will not be able to afford to live here.

This community provides a safe serene and caring professional environment for residents, their families and caregivers. The staff are particular focused on providing a warm and pleasant daily experience based on their professional skills their prayerful love and respect for their resident and caregivers.

I love coming here! I love to call them my grandparents. I love everyone that is here at Vista. Everyone needs love!

We are the ones living here. Suited our needs. Definitely think it is a great place. Staff is excellent, people are friendly and I think it has been a good move for my husband and me.

I would definitely recommend Savannah Square. From the first time I stepped in I knew this was a fit for me. Everyone from the senior staff to the aides have been so welcoming. If you have a question they are quick to give or find an answer. The food is varied and delicious and the dining experience is congenial.

Morningside of Gastonia is a Great place for my mom! The staff is amazing and takes excellent care of my mother’s needs! I have always been notified of concerns or changes in my mother’s care, which is so helpful! They feel like family and I am so thankful for the ladies who work on A-Hall, as well as the rest of the support staff! ([names removed], and many others). They are the BEST! The facility also plans lots of activities and special days to give the residents opportunities to participate. Thank you morningside for being there and supporting our family!

The staff was very welcoming and the tour was thorough. They answered my questions and provided me with very helpful information, including prices. I was impressed with their presentation and the facility.

Overall experience rewarding. Answered many of my concerns. [name removed] was excellent in her presentation. She also has followed up with me on two occasions to see if I had any questions. Addington Place appears to meet most of my concerns for possible placement of my family member.

I spoke with [name removed] and she was very congenial and helpful with showing us the various units available. I’m not prepared to move as I have many things that need to be attended to, but it certainly is something I would keep in mind. Very impressive. I was welcomed by [name removed] and the open airy lobby with a homey feeling. Our tour led to different size apartments as well as the group areas. The visit was very informative and well worth the time. This facility will fill our needs for the future and consideration as a positive and welcoming place to stay.

[name removed] was very nice and friendly, listening to me and explaining everything from the independent living to possible assisted living and those levels. The facility was clean and bright and all the residents I spoke to were happy.
