I am pleased with everything. Everyone is friendly. I like the fact you can sit with different people at every meal. They have many different activities so you can do what ever you want. Weather permitting, I can walk twice a day outside around the path & pond.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They would always stop by and check on my brother.

The people were very nice but the facility does not fit what we are looking for. My mother is used to a washer and dryer in her space, she does not want to have to use a shared laundry and she likes a bit more updated facility. The facility where she currently is in Nashville has a much larger square footage in her appartment, more ammenities, and for the cost, Signal mountain is much more expensive.

The best decision I made was putting my father here. Knowing he is well cared for gives me a peace of mind. Worthington Place is a beautiful and clean facility. The staff is very nice and seem to care about my father’s needs. I highly recommend Worthington Place.

I am extremely happy here. I have a wonderful room with a great view. The food has been phenomenal and I don't have any complaints.

We moved my sister from a facility in Texas. This involved significant complication. [name removed] has been terrific, very helpful in making the change and leading us thru the pitfalls. The staff has been very understanding in helping my sister adjust.

[name removed], the sales representative for leasing units is extremely helpful. He showed us units available. All units were very nice , clean and freshly painted. [name removed] and staff knew all residents names, and all were very friendly. Housekeeping staff are in charge of one floor, so they really get to know the residents on their floor. Staff seems to really care.

I do recommend Hidden Meadows in Sellersville. They took great care of my mom and we never should have moved her. The staff are very caring, get to know your person very well and look out for them. Their activities are tailored to the needs of the population and the staff make sure they check for all of the residents to participate. The food was OK. Most times there were a few choices and always PB &J if you didn't like what they were serving. Residents also looked out for each other because they were always in the center, communal area. The administration always had someone on duty but honestly the staff inside were led by a care giver staff member. It was a team of people taking care of my mom

I honestly can give everything a 5. My mom was there in care from [date removed] and memory care[date removed]. They were very good to her. What we like the most about the community is the friendliness and yes we would recommend the community to others.

Wonderful physical environment with staff who are compassionate and competent in caring for residents . Dining services are excellent and thoroughly enjoyed by residents. Activities provide opportunities for engagement and mental stimulation.

My mother was living with my sister. She had memory issues and we weren't able to leave her alone safely. Several friends and an ECF employee recommended Worthington Place. I called to set up an appointment. I spoke with [name removed] who was so friendly and helpful; it made me feel hopeful. After visiting, my sister and I chose to admit my mother. My mother did not want to leave my sister's home; she was afraid. We went through with the move. Within a few days, mom was telling us how nice everyone was. Mom suffered an illness soon after moving to Worthington. She required a lot more care. We visit mom almost every day. The staff is so patient and kind with mom. We see how the staff treats the other residents. I've never seen impatience or harshness - always kindness and patience. On that initial phone call with [name removed], she told me how much she loved her residents; she often thought about them when she was home. It gives my sister and me a lot of peace knowing that our mom is cared for so well.

Staff was wonderful and made an end of life experience more palatable with their kindness and hugs. Would highly recommend the Memory Care.

[name removed] has been at Gateway Gardens since end of August. She is very happy there and says only positive things about it all. Says food, staff , mangers, room & services for laundry and cleaning all going well. I have had assistance with anything I needed so yes would be a positive recommendation. Nothing I can think of that's negative so far. There was one issue on fees that was not clear before moving in but that was resolved quickly.

I am the wife/primary caregiver of someone with ALS (Lou Gherig's Disease). We moved to Spring Mill in [date removed] when the progression of my husband's illness made staying in our home impossible. Now I wish I'd made this move sooner. While I, or a private aide I've hired, still need to do many of the daily support tasks (this is not a nursing home) the facility is charming, the people that work here are amazing and the community around the facility is gorgeous and full of activities, restaurants and shops. And the in-house Physical therapy practice, which includes physical, occupational and speech therapy providers, has been an absolute godsend for both my husband and myself.

I can’t say enough good things about this assisted living facility. The staff is warm, patient, and truly cares about the residents. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel safe, comfortable, and supported. The building is always clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the activities keep residents engaged and happy. Communication with families is great, and I always feel confident knowing my loved one is receiving excellent care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that treats residents like family.

I recently moved my mother from another ALF to Spring Mill. The difference is significant. Spring Mill is a beautiful facility. Most of the rooms have large windows for plenty of light and are spacious. The common areas are nicely decorated and there are plenty of comfortable, homey spaces to sit and have a visit with your loved one. There is not that "institutional" feeling at Spring Mill that you get in some other facilities. The facility is clean. Things are run efficiently. Showers, meals, therapy, laundry etc. Things have occurred when they are supposed to occur. Issues I have had have been addressed. I visit multiple times a week and call on days I don't visit and someone is always coming in to check on mom. Aides have responded promptly to the call button. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Everyone knows my mother's name and not one person has had anything other than a smile for her or myself no matter what we ask from them. I highly recommend Spring Mill

After touring numerous communities, we were pleased to tour Terra Bella. We look forward to placing our loved one here when the timing aligns. The tour was excellent, and all of our questions were thoroughly addressed.

You only pay for extra help when needed. E.g. help with bathing or help with laundry you only pay by the hour for what you need help with. Other facilities charges include any help the client may need whether or not they need them at the time. Apartment sizes are acceptable for your needs. You do get utilities included along with cable. We told my Dad when he moved in that his apartment was for sleeping and quiet time the rest of the facility was his home too.

Great response within a few minutes. Also very knowledgeable about all the information needed and very friendly. It helped the sales person sent information via text and a video. He answered all my questions quickly.
