It's a very welcoming environment without being intimidating. We have our privacy and lots of opportunities for socializing. It feels bright, safe and, open and like a place you want to be from the first moment. The staff is outstanding

Staff friendly. Several of the supervisors personally introduced themselves in the middle of the process. Great amenities to serve my health needs - walk in shower, handicap accessible with grab bars. Excellent cottage with washer/dryer and trash container nearby. Meals provided. Daily activities to enable me to meet other residents.

I was really impressed by the facility for Independent Living. The units were great especially having balconies available. I found out it only included one meal a day but that would work for me and the refrigerators were able to store for the additional meals.

Overland Court is an answer to prayer. They are like a family with all their staff and residents. They take such good care of everyone and, if there's an issue, they work really hard to fix it and make it right.

The staff was very helpful to provide what we needed for a relative. The facility is all you could wish for. We were looking for independent living and found the apartment offered, spacious, clean and everything you could need.

Found facility very pleasant, clean and staff friendly. Rooms were nice size and have homey feeling.

I really only spoke with the Director of Sales at Kiley Ranch. She was quite knowledgeable and an answered all questions. We are still in the process of getting mom on board. My biggest priority is mom’s medical care. The medical group that my mom is established with visits there every two weeks, so that is a big plus to me for my mom. We hope to have her moved in, in two to three weeks.

They are very helpful and clean and the food is good. It's a great place to know that your loved one is safe. I would recommend to others

It's clean, the staff are very knowledgeable, particularly about memory care patients, they are kind, they are patient, and they do appropriate activities with the patients. Also, the food is great. they offer a lot of options for the residence.

Extremely friendly staff and willingness to take on any issues brought to them now and will address any problem brought to them right away and explain what they did or how the issue has been addressed. Activities available daily. Well balanced meal served and additional items available if you do not want main meal, addition choices are available. Friendliness of the residents made me feel welcome and easy to find my way around and encouraged to attend activities and seating for meals is open and for the most part can join and sit at any table they ask to join.

Everyone I have dealt with on staff has been friendly and helpful. I am comfortable with size and floor plan of apartment. Food is good - nice variety, great service in dining room. Good transportation. Haven't been here long enough to comment on activities.

First floor apartments, spacious. Friendly staff, great residents, good food, lots of activities, nice quaint area with nearby stores, doctors and restaurants.

Seems like a very nice place with a strong sense of community. The staff seems to really care about the residents.

The space is amazing and the STAFF, particularly [name removed] and [name removed], are absolutely fantastic. I know my Mom is in great hands and I couldn't be more pleased.

Cleanliness. The staff's communication with you and how your parent is doing. The activities they have the memory care individuals participate in; painting, crafts, and doing it in a group setting. The reasonable charge for memory care.

Pleased with the warm welcome when arriving for tour. Everything was explained very well to us. Rooms shown were clean and fresh. Facility had a "at home" feel.

They address all your needs. Everyone is so nice. It is very clean and bright. The people living there seem to be very happy.

Wonderful place to live and I would highly recommend it to anybody. If you or your family member can’t live on their own, this place is #1. The staff is friendly and caring, housekeeping is thorough, laundry service is great and the food is truer restaurant quality. This is my second facility I have lived in I truely wish I woukd have found it earlier. The facility is clean and quiet with many activities and amenities. if you or your family member are in need, do yourself a favor and visit the facility, you won’t be disappointed.
