Everything is working very well for my mother since her move to this community. We are pleased with all they have done for the family. This is a good community with kind people. She is doing well, they are taking good care of her. We are also pleased with a place for mom and all they have done for us.

This is a nice clean community. The staff I met during my tour were nice and knowledgeable. This community was larger than the one we chose and was not quite as affordable.

This is a nice community. The staff is excellent and caring. The food needs a little adjustment in a few areas. They do have activities to stay active. I would recommend this to other families for good care.

Dad is still adjusting to living at Brookdale. They offer some activities for the residents to enjoy. Most of the staff have been very friendly and helpful. He seems to like some of the food. They keep the community clean and I would recommend it.

This is a posh and beautiful community, however it is not personable. This community felt cold and like a resort I might stay at for a vacation. This community does not have a comfortable down to earth feel to it. We were looking for a community with a relaxed feeling which is why we chose another community.

So far it's been good and my parent's are enjoying their new community. As far as I can tell, they keep the facility clean. The feedback from parents about the food has been awesome. My parents have gone out on a shopping trip with the community. This community has worked out for us!

I had an okay tour of this community. My sister did not feel comfortable here, it seemed quiet from the residents. She likes to socialize and she had no friends here that she knew of. It was different environment and not a fit for my sister.

Everything is very well at this community for me and I am very pleased. The community looks nice and all the areas are kept very clean. The staff is very friendly, they are always there when I need some help. There is always something going as far as activities. They offer many activities through out the week. I really like it here and plan on being here for a long time.

Things are fine seemingly. There have been some things that are lost in translation, but that is when I talk to my Dad as opposed to the staff. They did include some paper work with financial information and I do not want to be financially responsible for my Dad. Thank goodness I read the paper work. That seemed kind of sneaky to me. He is happy with the service there and it seems to be going well. When I call with concerns, they do address them.

I think they do a very good job overall at Belfair of Shawnee! The staff here is friendly and professional, and they do a good job looking after the residents. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the food always looks great! My one complaint would be that I think the staff could do a better job making sure the residents always have water available to drink.

The location of The Suites is a little far out, but it is a nice place that is always very clean and well kept. The staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. So far, this has been a pretty good experience.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness at Desert Peaks Assisted Living & Memory Care. We went on a weekend which is supposed to be the time to go when managers around around and the staff just did a beautiful job. It was so nice. In fact we went to five different places and if we were to put dad anywhere it would be here.

I would say that what they have done well is being consistent. I feel like they are understaffed though, and it is very high priced for the care my mother is receiving. They are slow to respond to requests and it is not integrated well with care from the doctor.

They are really good here. The only complaint I have is the communication, they do not communicate with me when she runs out of supplies. They are improving on the activities. They are so good with my mother in law. They really like her although she is difficult at times.

I think the staff are all very caring. The one thing I would like to see improved on is communication with the family about how my Mom is doing. I feel like I have to ask a lot of questions. I would appreciate more feedback on more things.

Emeritus at Tulsa is now Brookdale at Tulsa. My parents are all moved in and they are excited to be there. The staff is unbelievable. Diane the nurse is just outstanding and gives excellent care. The property itself is older than others but it is well maintained. The service is just excellent at this facility. I am really pleased with everything here.

The numbers for the ratings are really the only thing I have to say about the facility at the moment. Lone Oak gets a four-star overall rating from me and I hope everyone finds my ratings for it helpful.

I think they have been real attentive to my loved one and he enjoys the food they offer there at Emeritus. He is also now participating in a lot of activities, so I think he has enjoyed his stay so far.

I really like the people at Timberwood Court. The value is excellent. You cant put a price on a place that takes excellent care of your mom. I am really pleased with the activities here. They have gotten mom to do things I never thought she would do. The front desk is rather aloof. They just don't always acknowledge anyone. The overall staff is really friendly though and the care is wonderful.

It's been wonderful. My loved one is thriving and able to join in more activities that in her past. My only concern is that there is not enough supervision at night. The food has been good. The staff, the nurses have all been good. I do have a concern about the sign out sheet, they don't have a spot for who is signing them out, just who is leaving. Candy is right on top of things. We liked how much activities they offered for memory care residents, they make an effort to engage them and get them involved.
