It is going pretty well now for mom at the Brookdale Cedar Ridge. It was a bumpy start with the call button not working properly, and not leaving mom's remote for the T.V. within her reach, and leaving the thermostat alone so that she did not get cold. They are taking the matters seriously and working with us. Most of the staff members are very welcoming and really friendly when we come to visit. The food is really good with a lot of choices, and they serve ample amounts. The residents seem very happy. The activity director comes and gets my mom and encourages her to participate, she likes the activities she has engaged in for the most part. Mom seems happier now. She is doing better.

This place is pretty welcoming. While it is old, it is well maintained and updated. The staff have been there a long time, as have most of the residents here. Very lively place, and the residents seem happy. The staff know people by name,as they should. The biggest problem here is the waiting list is long.

I have no complaints of how things had went during my tour of this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. They had a nice dinning room area for the residents and even offered us to try a meal they had on the menu during our visit. It was a pleasant experience with lots of great amenities for everyone just was not the right fit for my mother.

The staff have been very friendly to us and I am comfortable with the care she has been provided. She has had no problems with the meals and enjoys participating in the activities with the other residents from time to time. Overall it has been a great fit and I would recommend it to anyone.

We had a nice tour of the Peachtree Village Retirement. It is a nice and clean environment. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They answered all of the questions that we had. We chose another community that would offer independent and assisted living options on the same property.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our tour and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. The property was clean and they had a lot of great amenities for all of the residents. It was just not the right fit in the end decision but I would recommend it to anyone.

My loved one's stay here went pretty okay. We had to move her because she got pneumonia while she was there, but the staff did what they could in the short time she was there to make her comfortable. We also couldn't stay at this facility because this is more of an assisted living facility than a skilled nursing facility, which we needed.

After having to take my husband out of one facility that took horrible care of him I was a little nervous about placing him somewhere else but I was pleasantly surprised about this place. The staff is taking excellent care of him they had a lot of medical issues they had to help him overcome. The staff is wonderful very patient and caring and they are honest they don't tell me things I want to hear but they tell me the truth. They do wellness checks on him all the time making sure he is comfortable. Because he doesn't have a sense of smell anymore feel is unappealing to him but from what I've seen it seems fine. I would be proud to recommend this place to anyone

I have no complaints about how things are going for my loved one since he made the moved into this community. It is a very positive atmosphere and has turned out to be the perfect fit for him. He is making friends and has enjoyed participating in some of the great activities they have available. I like that I see him eating well and enjoying his dinning experience with the other residents as well.

Unfortunately shortly after my parents made the move into this community, my mother passed. However my father is still here, and doing well. I do feel comfortable with the care he is being provided with. The staff is very good, and kind. Any concerns I have had the director have been quick to correct the problem. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. They provide nice meals, and good activities for their residents. I have already recommended this community to my friends. It is a great facility.

My brother and I thought that this was a very nice place, and it would have worked out great for our father. The facility was clean and all of the residents were clean as well. Everyone was very friendly. My mother was the one who made the choice and chooses another place, but this one was a great option.

My husband is doing okay as a new resident. I feel the staff are doing alright by his needs. I picked this community because A Place For Mom had referred them to me and I had to find a place quickly. On the tour I was impressed with the staff, more than what I saw at other communities.

The person at Lone Oak gave a good tour. They did an excellent job of following up. The facility itself was nice, but it was not the best fit for my loved one at the moment.

My tour of Junction City Retirement & Assisted Living went well, but they did not offer certain things that we were looking for. The people there were friendly and the community was clean, but it was not the best fit for my mother.

A twenty year facility, very clean, very organized for Seniors. The Directors were very helpful in helping organize my fathers situation. Only concern is short staffing, and a concern with a cook, which has been corrected. It was very nice to see that when issues arise they are addressed, and are corrected in a proper time frame.

I recommend Brookdale Cedar Ridge for the memory care unit. They have taken very good care of my mother so far and it has caused me to finally have peace of mind knowing that she is safe. It is a smaller facility and just what my mother needed.

I had two main factor to find; location and staff. On the tour at this community, I found that this didn't have what I was looking for. The tour was good, I got to see the whole community and the representative was on time for our appointment. This just was not the place for us, nothing was wrong the community.

We liked the care that was given to this community. They had a nice variety for the menu on the meals. They offered activities for the residents who could participate. We liked the cleanliness of the community. We would recommend this community to other families.
