So far they are doing quite well. The staff is really friendly. They offer activities but she hasn't really participated much yet. She loves the food. Compared to the Bay Area the pricing is very reasonable. So far we are very satisfied, there are no complaints so far. This came highly recommended and had a good reputation in the local community.

Outstanding facility. Cleanest one I have ever seen. My mom is in good hands at Cottonbloom's memory care wing. Staff was very helpful in getting my mother admitted. They went above and beyond the norm in helping me with all aspects of her admission to the facility. Thank you Cottonbloom staff!

My loved one has only been here a short time. It’s a great place! She’s very happy there. The best thing that I’ve found … my mom liked it and with the Alzheimer’s care – it’s small. There are only 22 people living there. It’s like a small class, you get more attention from the teacher in a small class than in a big one.

I found that the facility clean organized, additionally the attendants were courteous and helpful. Every question was answered fully and I was continuously asked how they could be of more help. I am very thankful that my father is there.

They were really good. I narrowed it down to three places and this was one of them. They had a nice staff. It was just a little bit farther away than my sister wanted my mom to be from her.

Timberwood Court is a great place. Our loved one is adjusting very well. They treat the residents very kindly and the community is very clean. The executive director is very friendly and always on top of things. The front desk clerk is always cheerful and very nice. The entire staff seems to really care about the residents. Our loved one has plenty of room. The grounds are very well maintained. After about 6 months or so they do accept Medicaid.

Talked with [name removed] ; she answered all my questions. It was very clean, and spacious; the residents seemed comfortable and relaxed; the environment seemed safe and secure; the resident will transition to memory care as needed but that area didn't seem as spacious It was very far from Las Cruces business district

Everything is great but the food. Friendliness of the people and staff is what stood out.

The food, service and attitude was generally terrible. No attempt to meet dietary needs. Most of the staff and administration were great. A few seemed to forget this was assisted living, not a hospital.

I would recommend but would also be open to them about some things I think could be improved upon. We picked them because of the; Location, price, availability, price. Good recommendations.

The staff is very helpful and good with my mother. The facility seems very nice! I would for sure recommend this facility to others who are searching for memory care for their loved one.

We were happy with the experience. Ciel is not in a great location for residents who want to walk outside. It's on a small piece of land on a busy street. It wouldn't be a good fit for those who like to walk outside.

My friend was only at Ciel of Cedar Mill for about 2-3 weeks. It was not the right fit for Leanne because her dementia was more advanced than originally thought.

There are so many things I like about The Grove.I felt comfortable the first time I went there. The administration and staff are easy to work with and although the facility itself is very large, it has a very nice vibe to it. EmpowerMe, the therapy company The Grove contracted with, is awesome. The therapists do an amazing job and are a great group of people. That was a "biggie" for us. According to many of the residents with whom I conversed, the main complaint was the quality of the food. Apparently, it went downhill quite a bit when the company was sold about one year ago. Many of the residents are not mobile, and most of their life is spent inside that facility. So the quality of food, the camaraderie in the dining room and that whole experience is very important to them. There seems to be quite a bit of turnover among the night staff, some of whom were not very competent, in my opinion. All in all, choosing The Grove for my loved one's "home" was the right decision.

The food and activities could be improved. The apartments are nice. The location is good. I would recommend this community to others.

They look at the needs of each person and don't put in a box. Very caring people everywhere on all fronts.

All the personnel are very friendly and helpful. Only real problem was lack of communication and confusion with sales/admin staff when moving in, and problems with billing that have taken too long to get resolved.

There is no perfect place. Requirements need to be prioritized such that you find a place that meets 75% or more of your needs. My selection of JC was based on my father's needs. Had I been looking for a place for myself/my wife, I might have selected some other place.

I liked the community. The staff was great.

The care staff was great! Administration and finance were in a continual state of change. I would recommend this facility to other families who are currently searching for a place for their loved one.
