This place is a great value! It is very clean and comfortable. We are impressed because it seems so organized and runs like a well oiled machine. The staff is so patient and kind. We don't worry about a thing when we are not able to visit for awhile.

Everything is going well so far. We are doing good. The staff is attentive, the facility is clean, and the food is great here. So far, we are pleased with Callahan Court. Thank you.

We took Mom there in a serious state of dementia following brain seizures. The staff did everything they could to help and comfort her. It was very difficult for them, yet they maintained kind professional care. The Home was clean and cozy, and the residents content for the most part. Various activities were planned. All questions and concerns were addressed quickly. Indeed we were happy with Timberwood!!

We have been very pleased with Emeritus at Tulsa (now Brookdale) My father in law has been there just over a month. The staff is very attentive to his needs, and the facility itself is very nice and clean. There have been a few small issues that have arisen, but nothing out of the ordinary for memory care and they have been very willing to work with us. Overall we have been very happy. He is still new and getting acclimated, but things are going very well.

They are just so friendly and caring! One area where I do believe they can improve is the food. The meals they provide are not quite satisfactory, and that is one thing the senior residents there have to look forward to each day. They can also improve a bit on their communication internally as it seems the ball sometimes gets dropped when something is supposed to be done. That said, they are very caring people that try really hard. There is some room for improvement (especially with the meals) but overall things are going well.

Kaisey has done a great job of holding my hand through every step. She has also made my mom feel very welcome. My mom has been moving around quite a bit , and she says this is her favorite place. She really likes her room! It is quiet and well lit.

So far they are doing quite well. The staff is really friendly. They offer activities but she hasn't really participated much yet. She loves the food. Compared to the Bay Area the pricing is very reasonable. So far we are very satisfied, there are no complaints so far. This came highly recommended and had a good reputation in the local community.

Outstanding facility. Cleanest one I have ever seen. My mom is in good hands at Cottonbloom's memory care wing. Staff was very helpful in getting my mother admitted. They went above and beyond the norm in helping me with all aspects of her admission to the facility. Thank you Cottonbloom staff!

My loved one has only been here a short time. It’s a great place! She’s very happy there. The best thing that I’ve found … my mom liked it and with the Alzheimer’s care – it’s small. There are only 22 people living there. It’s like a small class, you get more attention from the teacher in a small class than in a big one.

I found that the facility clean organized, additionally the attendants were courteous and helpful. Every question was answered fully and I was continuously asked how they could be of more help. I am very thankful that my father is there.

They were really good. I narrowed it down to three places and this was one of them. They had a nice staff. It was just a little bit farther away than my sister wanted my mom to be from her.

Timberwood Court is a great place. Our loved one is adjusting very well. They treat the residents very kindly and the community is very clean. The executive director is very friendly and always on top of things. The front desk clerk is always cheerful and very nice. The entire staff seems to really care about the residents. Our loved one has plenty of room. The grounds are very well maintained. After about 6 months or so they do accept Medicaid.

Love the people, enjoy the social, cottage is nice, food and dining experience leaves much to be improved. Perhaps recommend with suggestion that people research carefully for dietary needs.

I had been speaking to the community contact for the last couple months in preparation for an upcoming move. She has been quite helpful and informative. On a quick recent visit to the area, I made an unscheduled visit to Callahan Village. My contact was not available, as expected on a Sunday, however the front desk staff was most helpful. She gave me a quick tour of the facility and answered my questions. The facility appears clean and well managed. My contact did reach out to me following my tour. Callahan Village is definitely in the running for my father on our upcoming move to the area. A Place for Mom has been quite helpful in connecting me with facilities that fit our needs. This will be our second time using their services, and I would recommend them to everyone.

The development is very nice. We are looking for independent living at this time, but will consider this when we progress to assisted living in the future.

Great facilities and friendly and caring staff.

The facility was adequate; staff excellent (they were very responsive). Food was ok (my dad was a very picky eater). Room size was adequate. He did not partake in any activities as he made up his mind to check out soon after moving in. He only lived there for about 2 months before passing away. Facility was an older facility, but clean. Nothing fancy. Good for budget conscious people. They would also transition to Medicaid if personal funds were exhausted after 12 months. My father was living with us prior to moving in. We were on the list to move in for about a month before a room became available. He was using a walker at the time & needed some assistance bathing & grooming. However, during that month of waiting he fell a number of times that he went in at the highest care level & was under hospice care as well. So they did a great job of managing all that. My wife & I visited about 10-12 different facilities. We chose JC based on affordable, room availability, cleanliness, & staffing. JC met the requirements for my dad.

Talked with [name removed] ; she answered all my questions. It was very clean, and spacious; the residents seemed comfortable and relaxed; the environment seemed safe and secure; the resident will transition to memory care as needed but that area didn't seem as spacious It was very far from Las Cruces business district

Everything is great but the food. Friendliness of the people and staff is what stood out.

The food, service and attitude was generally terrible. No attempt to meet dietary needs. Most of the staff and administration were great. A few seemed to forget this was assisted living, not a hospital.
