I really have no experience with other facilities to compare it with but I think they did a good job. The food and activities were adequate, everything seemed clean and well maintained and most important of all everyone on the staff genuinely seemed to care about my mother and the other residents.

We are independent and so quality of care doesn't apply. The meals are very much in need of improvement. The activities are nearly nonexistent but they try and overall the value is good. We would recommend this community to other families but it would need to meet a clients needs. So for independent living probably no. For those needing assistance, yes

The staff members are very helpful with my mom even when she is demanding and or not as cooperative as she should be. As far as the food goes, I think offering more grilled foods for the residents would be nice!

Meals are good, move in process was nice, staff is great, communication has been ok, staff has been short handed due to turnover and Covid. I would recommend this facility to other families.

The staff is good, but there is a bit of a lack of communication. Security is good for keeping patients safe and not roaming around outside. The move in process was easy, and the facility was clean. I would recommend this facility to others.

The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Had a time crunch to place our mother into The Suites Memory Care Facility, for a certain time period. They were able to make it possible for us to move our mother into the facility for the time we needed even though it was during the Thanksgiving Holiday.

What our family likes the most about this community is the friendly residents living there as well as the staff members. We would recommend the Junction City Retirement and Assisted Living community to other families.

Open environment, staff seem to be cross trained so can answer questions regardless if in their job description. Staff seem to care about residents and engage them when see them in hallways. Need to make sure medical technicians on duty are both male and female as some of the residents are not comfortable with the opposite sex so some of ADL, grooming/bathing, physical therapy needs are not being met.

The staff is amazing. Very engaging and personal. Yes I would highly recommend to others. There are both internal and external decks on multiple levels. A very good restaurant. A café on a different floor with coffee and alcohol and snacks. There are also sitting areas on each floor. Ample gathering locations for residents and visitors

I am currently a resident at Desert Peaks Assisted Living and Memory Care and overall things have been very good for me here at this facility. I would recommend this facility to others.

It was clear there are staffing shortages. The longer term staff really knew their jobs and care was very good. Shorter term staff were often clueless. The facility presents well & is clean. I felt it is a very negative thing that the legionaires bacteria is not being addressed strongly enough. It's going to come back at you.

The staff are all friendly and helpful at Cedar Ridge Senior Living. The housekeeping seems to be fine, but the laundry is very inefficient. Be prepared for it to take several days to get your laundry back. They are very good about communicating with the family and they did everything that they could to make the move in process go smoothly. From the reports I have had from my mother, the meals are just adequate. Usually it takes a very long time to get served. Even with the negatives, I believe the positives out weigh them and I would recommend Cedar Ridge Senior Living to others. From the reports that I have had from others, there aren't any perfect ones, but the most important things I believe are addressed at Cedar Ridge.

A feeling of family. That diminished over time with staff changes. Plus management changes. It is getting better of late. Finding a good activity director has helped.

We picked this community because, It was smaller and seemed more homey. Overall, it's a good choice.If you're in need, of such a place then it is worthy of consideration.

Staff is kind. The on site therapy is awesome. They seem very unorganized. Many times we are not able to get answers to questions, like how to sign up for foot care. Maintenance man is so nice but he must be very overworked. Two weeks have passed without tending to requests. The head RN is terrific. She also seems very overworked. Parents ha ebeen there two months & have only seen the facility doctor once.

We love the staff there! And the apartments are a nice size. It was close, and we know people who have lived there before and loved it. I would say go for it! It's a beautiful place, it's clean, it smells good, and the residents are well taken care of. And the staff also help with the resident's pets which is awesome.

There were people that are just like my loved one at The Grove at Midtown. She was able to fit in nicely there. Also had some independence that she has always had.

I love to watch the activities on the face book page, the residents look so happy and are always into the fun. They do so many different activities I really think it keeps spirits on a more positive and upbeat attitude.

The experience made me feel whole. The smile from the residents always made my day and make me work harder to help them whatever they need. The staff and residents are working hand in hand to achieve the goal.
