I toured this community and it was ok.

This facility is expensive, but the location was perfect for our family and it is smaller than some (which was important to us). The staff is very caring and friendly. The food is good. They also keep my loved one active. She's happy here.

The front desk reception is exceptional! Everyone is so caring. Lots of great activities to do. Love how The Landing gets involved with community. They are working on getting meals out hot.

Everybody was friendly. The interaction with the staff has been good. They need to add more veggies to the meals. I picked this community, because it provided what my loved one what needed, and it was out in the country. I would recommend, that other famlies check it out.

I think the assisted living community is great. The memory care currently has several residents who take up a lot of the staff's attention, so depending on your loved ones status, whether they need a lot of care or are higher functioning, you would want to discuss that with staff and be comfortable that they will get the attention they need.

The values and concerns that the staff have for the residents are consistent and positive. Often they go the extra mile to help me. My room is very well laid out and complete in what it offers. I'm a very social person and I appreciate the ability to engage with so many of the residents and staff. Living at Hawks Ridge does not limit me to pursue my favorite community interests.

I think they are wonderful, the best to work with. It's a solid company to depend on. I enjoy the fact that they are concerned about different issues that affect people with physical conditions. It's nice to see them work with people who need special care.

My loved one is not invloved in activites. It's kind of expensive. We picked this community because they had a vacancy.The staff was really great and seemed very caring.

They have done a great job with our loved one and family. The staff are very friendly. The meals are good. There are a lot of activities offered to the residents if they want to participate. This has had a good feeling since the tour, and make sure you trust your instinct when you are visiting communities.

It was a clean community. The food was not that great. The communication needs to improve between the family, hospice and the community. They are way overpriced for what you get.

Everyone is very friendly and personable. The facility is very welcoming. Most of the care takers are very caring , but sometimes cannot respond as quickly as needed . My loved one went twice without getting a shower for two weeks both times. That has been our only complaint. After speaking with the head person, the problem was solved .

We have been very pleased with the care, kindness, friendliness and caring of the staff. Our brother has been in a couple of other assisted areas the last few months and it was not a good situation at all. The second place he was at by the second day he had none of the cloths we had taken him! Just the atmosphere there was depressing. Desert Peaks, from the moment we walked up to the entrance we felt welcomed and the other residents seem like they are HOME not just thrown away and forgotten. Thank you for always being available when we have questions and concerns. I definitely will spread the news of how much we appreciate Desert Peaks Assisted Living!!

We toured with The Grove at Midtown and it looked to be a great place. It seemed like the residents here needed more care than my loved one did and that was the reason we decided against this facility. There did not seem to be a whole lot of activities going on and I wanted my loved one to be social and interact with others.

Overall it was a positive experience!

I've had no issues really and am pleased with the place.

Our loved one is happy here. She enjoys the food and she is also participating in the activities provided. The staff was very friendly with the times that we have been here and always helpful. She has not had any complaints and adjusted much better than we thought she would, so we are very happy with Wildwood. The facility itself is also super nice.

The cleanliness of the community is good it felt more like a resort or a hotel rather then a nursing home. The staff members just loved our mother to death and the meals and dining service was very good. We had our loved one in a double room but by herself and it was much more cheaper then a single room by yourself. We would recommend the Belfair community to other families based on the experience we had.

My loved one has a special diet and has to have everything purred. They still make everything taste good and I think this is great. This community was one of the least expensive and they do a great job. This is a great community and we have been really happy. They have done a great job of making my loved one feel loved and important. They seem to really like him and everyone is really nice and good to him.
