Heatherwood is a wonderful home. My mom has been very happy there. The atmosphere is homey and the staff are outstanding, and so caring. In my opinion, they have the best place around!!! ??

The value of a place like this is shown in the happy faces of the residents. If the residents are happy then The Suites have put together qualified people. I went in with a positive attitude and this is “home”. It is wonderful to have people greet you each and every day with a smile and asked if there was anything they could do for you - not wait to be asked.

I was overwhelmed by the love and understand of the staff. It has to be very difficult to care for people with memory issues. They refuse showers, yell at the staff but they are highly trained in memory care and realize it is the disease and not the person. They have to be prepared for anything and everything. I saw a very ungrateful family yelling at the staff and they didn't even know what was really the issue. It is also their jobs to take care of a stressful family and put them at ease. This is not a job for just anyone. I saw that first hand. They truly care and have the passion for what they do. This was the main reason I picked this facility over the rest. Observe at the interaction of staff and patients.

WE PUT OUR MOM AT THE VILLA 3 MO AGO & DREADED TAKING HER OUT OF HER HOME. THE STUDIO APT WAS BIG ENOUGH FOR HER TO HAVE SO MUCH OF HER OWN THINGS SHE WAS IMMEDIATELY PLEASED. SHE HASN'T HAD 1 COMPLAINT IN HER ENTIRE TIME THERE. I ONLY LIVE 2 MILES AWAY & I DROP IN AT ALL HOURS. THE STAFF ARE VERY ATTENTIVE & MAKE SURE SHE ATTENDS SOME ACTIVITIES. WE COULDN'T GET HER TO DO THAT SO AN EXTRA THANKS FOR THAT. i'D LIKE TO ESPECIALLY THANK [Name removed], HER NURSE, WHO CARED SO MUCH WHEN MOM WAS SICK FOR SEVERAL DAYS. BEFORE WE PUT HER HERE WE CHECKED OTHERS PLACES. WHILE VISITING HERE WE ASKED MANY RESIDENTS &/OR THEIR RELATIVES THEIR OPINION OF WILDWOOD. ALL HAD POSITIVE ANSWERS. WE MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE. WHAT A RELIEF ABOUT THAT MAJOR DECISION FOR OUR 93 YEAR OLD MOM.

I viewed this community and had a meal and tour approximately 1 year prior to actually moving in. I do not regret my choice. The staff go out of their way (my opinion) to help you move in and get organized and acquainted with other staff members and residents. There is a monthly welcome for new residents and the activity schedule provides something for everyone-never a dull moment.

I’ve been so impressed by the staff at Greentree! Not only do they take excellent care of their residents, but they go over and above to help them live life to the fullest. They arrange tours to fun, local establishments, take them to concerts, or coordinate any other activities that help the residents get out and enjoy what the local surrounding communities have to offer. Wonderful place that truly cares about people!

After a bit of a rough start, things have smoothed out and my mom feels well cared-for in this community. Her caregivers know her well and she feels respected and safe. The food is usually to her liking; the surroundings, while not opulent, are pleasant, homey, and clean.

I think this facility has done a very good job caring for my loved ones. They are very congenial and have gone out of their way to be helpful. I feel like the community is clean and pleasant. They have a welcoming dining room and the services they offer are complete. There is only one thing that I do not like. The facility is not allowed to hand out pain medication unless the residents ask for it. My loved one is in pain management and he needs to stay on top of it and can’t remember to take pills at given times. It would be nice if they could just hand out the medications to him. I would recommend this facility to other families.

My family just buried our dad. He was in Brookdale Cedar Ridge Memory Care. The entire Memory Care staff was amazing. They not only provided excellent medical care for our dad, but provided excellent emotional support for our family, and understood what we were going through. Our mother continues to live the the assisted living area. The staff has been just as incredible in the Assisted Living area, as the Memory Care area. My family cannot say enough about this wonderful place. The administration and staff are more than we could ever have imagined for our parents.

My loved one stayed here a few years ago and things were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good and the community was clean. This community, however does not accept medicaid. I would recommend this community.

I have visited here several times. Things seem to be going well. I think the people are nice, the food is good and the facility is clean.

The staff was very caring and seemed to enjoy their work. Since this is for moderate/severe dementia residents it takes a special type of person to care for these individuals. It was very clean and the residents were cared for with the upmost compassion. Owner was very honest when I stated that my mom was beginner/moderately affected by dementia that she would probably not be a good fit for this home. He stated he would hate for someone to move in and then have to move again.

My mother has been at WP for almost a year. Everyone is like a big family. Mom is always a needy person and they jump right in to keep her happy. I visit almost every day at all hours they are always gracious and on top of their game. I placed my husband who had dementia there shortly after my mother. The staff was very patient and kind to him. I felt I had pleasant memories of his stay there after he passed away.

The person that conducted our tour was nice and knowledgable. This seemed to be a nice and clean community. They were located a little farther away than we would have liked.

My father in law is still settling into life at Wildflower. The staff are friendly and seem well trained. The community is nice and well maintained. They have a lot of activities available. He seems to like the food and I would recommend this community.

The more experienced staff at Brookdale Tulsa have been very helpful with my mom's transition into the community. The food is well balanced and tastes good. They have a good chef. Her room is kept clean and the building is well maintained.

Weatherly Inn in Medford, OR, has been a very good experience for my mom and our family. The staff is very kind, helpful, and upbeat. Her apartment is spacious and comfortable. The entire place is beautifully decorated and landscaped. There are many interesting activities for the residents. Families are welcome to visit. The food is delicious, with many good choices. Her only complaint is that sometimes the wait for meals to be served is 30-45 minutes. She appreciates the staff and how hard they work, so maybe there has been a reason why service at some meal times is slow and occasionally seems disorganized.

This is a really great place to live! I came in to this establishment with a broken ankle and the staff here are really kind and understanding, which I found to be very relaxing. The food was very tasty and I could either stay in my room when my ankle hurting and they would bring it up to me. When I could stand the pain I would go on out and talk to the other residents, which is a great learning experience. To sum it all up you really can't beat the price, food and the staff make it very nice, affordable place to live!

Garden Place is a nice, clean environment. The staff is friendly and caring. They really seem to take pride in the way the place looks as far as the upkeep. They do a great job of taking care of the residents here and we have not had any major issues.
