It has only been 3 weeks but mom has adjusted nicely. Emeritus has been great in every way. I feel so relaxed that mom is here. Some problems in the first 3 days but the staff handled them quite well and I began to know that we had found the right place. She loves the food and the community?

The people at Hawks Ridge were quite friendly when we visited the first time. They are aggressively helpful, and I mean that in a good way. Very proactive in making sure things are taken care of. The only area of improvement I can think of is that my mom has made some comments about the food not always being to her taste. Not that it's bad though. It is also very easy to get a hold of anyone when we have any questions.

They are doing a fabulous job. We are thrilled. It has turned out to be the best place for my two loved ones. I thought it was going to be a hard transition, and it has not been, at all. The staff has been great, it is the best decision we ever made. The food and activities are perfect. The care, everything is perfect. I live out of state, and we came to see the place and we knew, the minute we got there. This is perfect, and they are right on top of everything. I have absolutely no complaints.

Mom lives here and loves it. Everyone is so friendly. The food has gotten really good. They offer excellent home healthcare services, so Mom may not ever have to leave her friends. The value is amazing for all they offer.

The Emeritus at Tulsa is nice. The staff seemed a little different but they were friendly. My grandmother will be moving in this weekend and I have high hopes for her at the facility.

It was traumatic knowing it was finally time to give up the care of my Mother to others, and she was at a very bad time in her journey as well. The people at Belfair were an answer to a prayer. They are caring and loving people who see to the residents every need and deal with each one as the needs may be. The facility is wonderful. Always clean and the food is tasty and nutritious. The extra activities they have are well-planned to the different levels of the residents' lives and enrich their remaining days. I am so grateful to everyone there. My mother is well and happy. I can ask for nothing more.

The Timberwood Court is fantastic. It is a great value, they were so much more reasonable than the last place we were. The food is fantastic, she loves the food. There really isn't anything I would like to see improved. They do a great job.

I really liked Timberwood Court. Great warm, welcoming feel about the whole place. Brad was very helpful, approachable, knowledgeable. Residents were engaged playing Bingo or talking to staff, doors were open to rooms, staff (CNA and professional) made eye contact with me and said hello. The whole package gets high marks from me.

Our doctor took a long time getting our paperwork together, and they really stuck with it, they were patient and took the extra step to make sure we could get her in. They seemed to offer a lot for what they charged, and they got right on top of it, sending me packets, and responding to my inquiry. She was only there for a couple of days, and they really went out of their way to take care of her, doing her hair and nails. They did a good job.

It is very clean and the staff are friendly. They are well-organized, and gave me a great tour. I can tell that they really care about their residents. They also offer a lot of activities and provide a high level of care. The only downside is the price, but it’s not a deal breaker. Everything else about Wildwood is great, and I would definitely consider it for my father here if he ever decides to move.

This community has been a wonderful place for my mother-in-law. The staff is wonderful and do a great job of keeping all of the residents safe and happy. The layout is great, but the rooms are small and there are shared bathrooms, which is the only downside. The community spaces are open and nice and allow for easy access to wheelchairs and walkers. There is also a higher staff to resident ratio on hand at night, which is very comforting. Overall, it has been amazing!

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for our loved one. This was her second choice, we were very impressed by what we saw here. It is a very nice looking place, and my loved one liked that they had an outdoor seating area. They have a hairdresser on the premises, which was also a nice feature. The rooms were a bit smaller than what my loved one wanted, however.

They are taking excellent care of my mom I am so glad I found this place through the help of a place for mom

For memory care people this is a great place. We haven’t had any place with parking or laundry. There is an outside area It was just really a good positive experience. When my father-in-law passed, they made every effort to make sure that he was presentable on his death bed. If it gets to that for me, I’d rather go here than anywhere else.

I’ve had nothing except a good experience here. From my experience I think your family member would be safe here. The food smells and looks great. We chose this community because availably, but now that we’ve been there, we would make this choice again. I’m very glad they had an open bed.

The overall appearance and staff it seems like they really care and look out for the residents. They respond really quickly if she needs something She seems to like the food. They seem to care about their residents. I’m there quite a bit and they really try look out for the residence. I think it’s a very clean and friendly community.

I have no complaints about this community! The construction of the building is great! The halls are U-Shaped, so for the memory impaired, if they get lost or take a wrong turn, they can easily find their way to the common areas! There are also a couple enclosed courtyards so they can sit outside and enjoy the scenery and visit with other residents. The location is in the country, so it's a restful and peaceful place where they can take a nice walk. The rooms themselves are big enough for a bed, dresser, easy chair and a TV. Larger than some of the rooms at more expensive places. Also, it is very clean. You walk in and don't get that smell you always hear about. My mom is always bathed and looks good. She's being healthy and gets up and walks around, which really gave me the peace of mind while I was dealing with my own health. I've sat with her during meals, and the food seems to be good - she eats everything! They also have little buffets with coffee, tea and cookies. The cost is reasonable and affordable, and most importantly, my mom is happy here! The staff is so nice, and we would recommend this place to anybody!

Very nice. While I was waiting I visited with a resident who really likes it there. Also observed aides and other employees interacting with residents. Mike Lowe was awesome. You can tell he is out among the residents as he knows them and they know him.

This place really is magnificent. It's a lovely facility, and the surroundings are gorgeous. The staff are all very knowledgeable, helpful, and very sweet. They've got a great care director, and an RN on staff. They keep the place, and the patients, very clean, no odors at all here. The food is very good! They've got a chef on site, and they've got a large menu. There a few special selections every day, and also a few staples you can order any time you'd like. He also leaves out things like freshly baked cookies and muffins throughout the day. They have a very nice variety of activities, with plenty tuned towards their memory care patients. They also have people bring in pets quite often, since everyone seems to enjoy that.

Wonderful, the people that work there are great. The place is so nice and cheerful. Everyone has their own little apartment. They do a lot of activities there, for instance at Christmas, besides doing Christmas things, they took them to see The Way of the Lights. Once a week they take a group out to lunch, whoever wants to go. As far as what your rent includes, they clean your room and change your sheets once a week, you get all your meals and it's very nice there. I would highly recommend to anybody.
