My parents recently moved to Whispering Woods after basically getting the boot from their previous place - due to an extreme $$$ increase. Whispering Woods completely over hauled the room - new flooring, fresh paint, new doors, and bathroom vanity. My parents felt like the red carpet was rolled out for them, which after the headache we have had was greatly appreciated!

My mother is in the memory care building and it has been such a great peace of mind knowing that she is safe. Last April we had to make the hard decision of moving her after she was wandering from her home. Whispering Woods has been great with the move in process/transition of it all. Thank you!

My Mom lives here currently and things are going well for her. The staff is working really hard with her to try and help her walk and become independent again. They’re very attentive to my Mother and her needs and very nice. I feel like when I leave her for the day, she’s safe with them. The food is good; they usually have 2 options available on the menu but if you don’t want what’s offered then you can ask for an alternative. The facility is kept very clean and housekeeping comes by every day to make the bed. Her room is always clean when I visit. I would recommend them for others.

First let me say I had my mother at prestige commons for nine months the care my mother was given was outstanding. The staff that worked in the memory care unit were awesome they were caring loving always looking out for the seniors. They showed my mother a lot of love and affection even though my mother had dementia I believe in my heart that she enjoyed all the attention that she received from the staff. My mother has since passed away on [date removed] I would recommend prestige commons as a place to take one of your loved ones if it is time for them to have 24-hour care. The management staff were very professional and helpful the nurse is on duty seven days a week 24 hours a day her name was [name removed] she is truly a angel of mercy she helped me with having me understand what hospice was all about. I guess what I have to say is this if you are looking for a clean secure facility with a great staff to take care of your loved one prestige

Impressed by the facility and features. Assisted living apartments are all different sizes and prices. Care is in addition to the apartment price and is based on grade (1-4). Laundry is $75.00/month extra. The staff cleans the apartment twice a week but does not change the bed linens as a matter of course.

Impressed by the facility and features. They use air fresheners in the common areas but not in the apartments. I am particularly sensitive to scents and the air fresheners were so strong that by the time we left the facility I had a headache and my nostrils and sinuses were burning. This community is nice and clean and the grounds are well maintained. The staff is responsive to dad's needs and are friendly. The place seems well managed. He loves the food here he said they feed him well. He's been out for an activity to go get ice cream and enjoyed that. I would highly recommend this community to friends and family.

Great experience! My mother thoroughly enjoyed her stay there. The staff was nice and accommodating; they went out of their way to include my stubborn mother in their activities. I have only ever heard great things about this place. The few times I have visited, my mother was always surrounded by staff and other residents. As a vegetarian, they worked hard at making meals that she would enjoy. Definitely recommend

If anyone needs assisted living I can highly recommend Elmcroft of Chesterfield. EVERYONE who works there are so nice and considerate. They accommodated my Mom's vision problem by cutting up her meals for her. The servers who brought out the food to the tables in the dining room knew everyone's name and treated them like family. I can not think of anything negative to say about them. When she had to go to the hospital a few times while there, staff would come visit her. This is the only place I have been involved with where even the directors were rotating weekends to be there. worked on weekends. They had so many activities for the guest there. And pricing was about the same as everywhere else.

High quality staff, low turnover, great facilities and food. Limited availability, high demand. Higher priced. Definitely would consider this for my father.

The facility was very clean and staff knew the residents by name. I had the opportunity to see other visitors visiting with family members and all seemed to be happy. I would recommend the facility to any one.

We were happy with this community for my dad. The community was very nice and we were happy with the care that was received. The menu was very good and the activities were helpful for dad. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one for the great care and the value.

I am so impressed with Buchanan Meadows. It is a wonderful community that has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. It is very homey and inviting and does not look like a clinical facility. The staff is very friendly and caring. They are very responsive to any questions or concerns that I have regarding his care and well-being. I already know so many of the staff members names, they treat everyone like family. The meals they prepare smell delicious. He always goes to the dining room to eat with a small group of residents where he likes to socialize. There are activities offered for the residents to engage in. He really enjoys the magicians that come in to entertain the residents. He really likes his room which is small and cozy with his T.V. I think he feels secure and comfortable. They have an enclosed areas with lots of chairs and lounges for the residents to enjoy the outdoors. I feel very good about the care they are providing him when I am not there. I would absolutely recommend this community to friends and family.

Amazing experience for my mother! She lived there for the last five years of her life and had nothing but good things to say about it! The staff is attentive and considerate. The executive director herself drove to a restaurant just to get my mother a vegetarian dinner. My mother is constantly being included in activities and games - which, if you know my mother - is a great achievement. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a great place for their loved ones.

There is not one bad thing I could say about this place! The staff was superb, and my grandma constantly raves about the care and activity staff, particularly a young woman named [Removed] who goes out of her way to include her in activities. Every time that I visit, my mom is surrounded by residents and staff. The staff themselves are extremely attentive and considerate. The director herself will go to a separate restaurant to buy my mother a vegetarian meal. Overall, thoroughly impressed!

My father is doing very well with his move to this community. This was good move for him, and his needs. I do feel comfortable with his move to this facility. This is beautiful, and they do a great job with cleanliness around the community. The staff is very helpful, and the administration is very helpful as well. He is pleased with the meals they provide. They have two wonderful activities directors in this facility, and they provide wonderful activities for the residents. We are pleased with everything they have done for our family, and I would definitely recommend this community.

We like the care from this community. The staff is caring. The community is clean and maintained. The menu is appealing. They offer her to participate in the activities that are offered. We would recommend this community for the good care and good value that is received by other families
