If anyone needs assisted living I can highly recommend Elmcroft of Chesterfield. EVERYONE who works there are so nice and considerate. They accommodated my Mom's vision problem by cutting up her meals for her. The servers who brought out the food to the tables in the dining room knew everyone's name and treated them like family. I can not think of anything negative to say about them. When she had to go to the hospital a few times while there, staff would come visit her. This is the only place I have been involved with where even the directors were rotating weekends to be there. worked on weekends. They had so many activities for the guest there. And pricing was about the same as everywhere else.

High quality staff, low turnover, great facilities and food. Limited availability, high demand. Higher priced. Definitely would consider this for my father.

The facility was very clean and staff knew the residents by name. I had the opportunity to see other visitors visiting with family members and all seemed to be happy. I would recommend the facility to any one.

We were happy with this community for my dad. The community was very nice and we were happy with the care that was received. The menu was very good and the activities were helpful for dad. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one for the great care and the value.

I am so impressed with Buchanan Meadows. It is a wonderful community that has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. It is very homey and inviting and does not look like a clinical facility. The staff is very friendly and caring. They are very responsive to any questions or concerns that I have regarding his care and well-being. I already know so many of the staff members names, they treat everyone like family. The meals they prepare smell delicious. He always goes to the dining room to eat with a small group of residents where he likes to socialize. There are activities offered for the residents to engage in. He really enjoys the magicians that come in to entertain the residents. He really likes his room which is small and cozy with his T.V. I think he feels secure and comfortable. They have an enclosed areas with lots of chairs and lounges for the residents to enjoy the outdoors. I feel very good about the care they are providing him when I am not there. I would absolutely recommend this community to friends and family.

Amazing experience for my mother! She lived there for the last five years of her life and had nothing but good things to say about it! The staff is attentive and considerate. The executive director herself drove to a restaurant just to get my mother a vegetarian dinner. My mother is constantly being included in activities and games - which, if you know my mother - is a great achievement. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a great place for their loved ones.

There is not one bad thing I could say about this place! The staff was superb, and my grandma constantly raves about the care and activity staff, particularly a young woman named [Removed] who goes out of her way to include her in activities. Every time that I visit, my mom is surrounded by residents and staff. The staff themselves are extremely attentive and considerate. The director herself will go to a separate restaurant to buy my mother a vegetarian meal. Overall, thoroughly impressed!

My father is doing very well with his move to this community. This was good move for him, and his needs. I do feel comfortable with his move to this facility. This is beautiful, and they do a great job with cleanliness around the community. The staff is very helpful, and the administration is very helpful as well. He is pleased with the meals they provide. They have two wonderful activities directors in this facility, and they provide wonderful activities for the residents. We are pleased with everything they have done for our family, and I would definitely recommend this community.

We like the care from this community. The staff is caring. The community is clean and maintained. The menu is appealing. They offer her to participate in the activities that are offered. We would recommend this community for the good care and good value that is received by other families

A great place for your loved ones , The staff is very caring and compassionate, A small town community that takes time out of there days to stop in and visits. Great views of nature. Safe for the residents.

Very friendly very caring Place

Very concerned to find a place Mom would be comfortable and cared for. Churchland House has fulfilled our entire wish list. The staff is so helpful and kind. The food is exceptional with white tablecloth dining. Optional services include laundry, which really helps since she is not close by. They have a doctor who comes by regularly which is a blessing. The rooms are of sufficient size and the bathrooms are great. She is beginning to socialize and make new friends partially do to the activities. Great place for my Mom.

The community was an excellent fit and we were very happy with the services they provided.

My sister in-law moved into Commonwealth on July 10th. It is clean, friendly, has more activities than one can keep up with and has a great staff. Couldn't ask for more.

I think my father is adjusting well. The meals look very good and he always looks clean and well shaven. He seems content and that is what was important. They won't go into his room when he needs quiet time to give him that privacy, and the community is always clean. I go different times a day and I am always well satisfied. I really needed to find a place for him and this one turned out to be perfect.

Appealing outdoor areas, and a bright and well-lit interior. When we entered, we saw an activity underway in a dining area, and when we toured the Memory Care unit we again saw an activity underway. The activity schedule looked good, as did the menu. Staff seemed very professional. Facility was very clean, with no odors. Generous-sized rooms. Definite possibility.

All I can say is WOW!!! This place is AWESOME. My wife and I were very impressed with this facility and their employees. Their memory care program is exactly what we were looking for in a retirement place for my Father-in-Law. He will stay active and will be in a safe and caring environment. It is truly a relief to find a place where we feel confident and comfortable that he will be happy and taking care of.

We are very pleased with my father in law move to this community. He is doing fantastic, and everything is working out very well. We know he is safe, and in a good facility. They have a good staff. They are good with their communication, and providing him with good care. When we visit the community, and his room are well maintained. The experience is going well for us in this community, and I would recommend it.

We did have a tour of Whispering Woods after leaving Waldon Woods and we both really like this property.This was more of what we anticipated. [Removed] was very helpful. We are very interested in this Facility. Talk to you soon [Removed]. Thanks again, [Removed]

My loved one is doing very well here! The staff are very caring and attentive, and they do a very good job at taking care of my loved one's needs and requests. The size of the facility is also just right for my loved one. The whole family was very impressed with this facility!
