The convenience of the facility and the value for the money was what really stuck out about Harvard Square over others. They have all bene great and we would highly recommend the facility to others looking.

We needed a place for dad. Here we found a fantastic group of humans with love and compassion for our dad and the rest of the residents. The menu is interesting and healthy with yummy comfort food sprinkled in. They were very accommodating with my dad’s requests. Clean and odor-free. Activities, outings, social gatherings and exercise. I really wanted to join the BINGO game when I was there. Dad needs help? Press the button and help arrives within a couple minutes. If your loved one’s safety, health and quality care is your priority you can’t go wrong with Redwood Heights. I could not be happier with our selection.

Caring staff who will go out of their way to meet your needs. There are more activities than I have time to do. The administration will listen to any concerns of the residents. The dining room always have a choice of 2 entrees . I have felt I made a really good choice with Cogir OF Brentwood.

Everyone at Harvard Square has gone out of their way to welcome my mother. She has been there for 2 months and has settled in very well. The kitchen staff does a great job with the menu. I’ve eaten with her several times and we have both enjoyed our meals. Mom is on the Assisted Living floor and is checked on a few times a day. I really appreciate the attention she receives!!

The facilities are clean, they have lots of activities...water coloring, sing alongs with guest musicians, animal visits, yoga..., good meals, trained staff, minimal turnover. My mother is thriving. It is very expensive. I am not thrilled with the care system in the United States.

I would have to rate a 5 to all the categories that are listed. We are overall very pleased with Cogir. We really like the whole idea of our parents being in an environment that is geared towards their needs.

Newly remodeled facility, great staff, and well worth the cost! There is not a lot of participation from the residents in the activities is what my mom tells me.

We truly love this place. It's relatively new, contemporary in decor, super clean, stellar food quality, very friendly staff. It gives a 5 star hotel experience. The perfect place! Room layout was best; spacious and felt like a standard apartment. And, the overall feel of the facility was nicely designed and open.

I am well pleased living here. I like the food, the celebration of birthdays & holidays, movie theater, speakers who come to share their knowledge with us; entertainers - visits from llamas and alpacas! (Where else would you have visiting animals?!) Very impressed!

Cogir was very good just didn't work for him. I liked the facility a lot but [name removed] was difficult. His health is better done so he is doing better at [facility name removed]. I liked the location better cause it was situated nicely near Seattle center. Great recreation director [name removed]. Really good food though wait can be long.

I came for a tour at the Square. The director had a sign for us and a few people who live there can testify about the facility. We bet all are very impressed.

I believe one of the things that makes Harvard Sq so good is that the residents are very real and very friendly. I have been here 5 months and they have made me feel part of the family.

Friendly. Residents are out doing things. Family fees. Everyone treated with respect.

Cadence Garner is absolutely fantastic. We were hesitant to put our Mom into assisted living but she has been happy at Cadence and we have felt like they work with us every step of the way. The staff are amazing.

My father was previously a resident at Harvard Square and the experience was great for him. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff, care services, food and activities were also great. I would recommend this facility to others.

Avamere is a smaller facility and the staff all know all the resident's first name and greet them warmly whenever they meet. They pride themselves on trying to keep a family atmosphere as much as possible and I agree that they do. They were extremely helpful in coaching me on what to do to ensure an easier transition for my Dad. My Dad has been extremely pleased with the staff and food for his first 3 months there.

I think the staff I have met does a really nice job of interacting with the patients and allows them to keep their dignity despite their memory loss/ dementia The level of furnishings the obvious class and expense of the physical environment to appeal to a client who came firm a higher income bracket. The fact that each room Had access to a shower and not a general shower for all. The common areas were bright with natural light The activity that was planned for the residents.

Staff were extremely helpful and kitchen servers were extremely kind.

We have lived at Vineyard Place for over 2 years. We have made a lot of friends and really like the ease of being able to get to know our neighbors. The staff is friendly and willing to help you. We have a new chef and the food is very good. The variety of outings gives you a choice of adventures to do and learn about our area. Come and visit us.
