Always happy to answer questions and provide guidance on best practices for the move in process and any other milestones, based on their expertise. The Caremerge app is an awesome way to keep informed of your loved one's activities.

The best of 3 communities I have lived in

When we chose Harvard Square for mom, we had done extensive screening and reference’s for the potential choices. Harvard Square rose to the top and since living there, Mom’s health, well being and happiness have flourished! She is always on the go there and the food always exceeds expectations. It’s easy for her to retain her independence with excursions to shopping, banks and even the doctor’s office. All of us could not be happier!

I had visited three other communities before touring Bay Pointe. I was immediately impressed with the staff and the way in which the community felt like a family and home. The community is a beautiful property and in a safe area, away from busy streets. The community was modern, clean, bright, and welcoming. There were no overwhelming odors and it smelt clean. You can occasionally smell food being cooked around meal times but the smell never lingers. The staff has been exceptional! They are friendly, attentive, and made it feel like being a part of a family. The answered all my questions and walked my family through the whole experience. My grandmother also loves the staff and always comments on how wonderful they are. Quality of care has been great. The staff are attentive and reach out if questions arise. They have helped me figure out issues with doctors and prescriptions or other concerns my grandmother might have. The dining has been great! My grandmother is a picky eater who was very underweight. They have found foods that works for her and have helped her gain some much needed weight to assist in her over all health. My grandmother always comments on the great desserts! The dining area is clean and accessible. It's like dining in a restaurant for every meal. Many activities are offered daily at the community as well as off site. There is a bus that is used for off site activities. They always try to include everyone! My grandma likes music events and bingo! After talking to a few other communities, I found that the cost was lower or comparable to those in the area. I was pleased that the place I liked the most was also the best financial feasible for my family. The community easily explained the cost breakdown and provided us with options. Information on financial resources was also provided. I am very happy with the cost for the value of care my grandmother is receiving

Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Hans with the maintenance team was especially helpful getting mom’s room ready for her to move in, but thanks to all! Also many thanks to [names removed] as we had lots of questions and phone calls that they answered with out hesitation.

Staff were very caring and helpful. They were kind to my sister and me as well as my mother. They seemed to go out of their way to make sure we were ok in a very stressful situation. Their nurse actually visited my mother while she was in the hospital to assess whether she would be a good fit.

Peninsula Pointe By Cogir is an exceptional community! The Executive Director [name removed] and her staff work tirelessly to provide a luxurious experience for independent living and memory care at nominal rates. The environment is welcoming, engaging and complimented by supportive staff that will always greet you with a smile! Oh I would be remiss not to mention the restaurant quality dining experience I had! Hats off to the chef! This community is one you will be honored to call home!

5 for everything! My sister is so happy there. They just did major renovation and updates and it's beautiful. All staff especially [name removed]/sales staff is amazing. They all care about the residents. The monthly price for rent is amazing for everything included. There's no other place in Charlotte that is this nice and affordable

Having heard both positive and negative experiences from family & friends having to place their loved ones into Senior Living facilities, we were understandably concerned about finding the best possible facility for our mother. From the initial meeting with the ORAL staff and the facility tour, we were cautiously optimistic about this being a good fit for her. All concerns have been assuaged on our part; this past year has proven that the entire team is dedicated to providing the best possible care and experience for her. Our mother tells us often how much she enjoys the scheduled activities throughout the week. The variety meals she is served are not only nutritious and healthy, but also flavorful. The chef meets with residents periodically to identify opportunities to customize the menu to their liking. The building and grounds are very well cared for and inviting. We would not hesitate to recommend ORAL to other families going through the same process for their loved ones.

The people are wonderful, both residents and staff. My favorite thing is the respect shown for every single person. Likewise the respect for all faiths and life styles. There is a resident council that facilitates communication between residents and staff.

My mother really likes being at Clearwater Springs Assisted Living community. She has friends that she dines with and the staff are caring and friendly. However, I do think cleaning of halls could be better.

From the first day my sister went to the Montecito, [name removed] has been absolutely wonderful to her going above and beyond the expectation. Our experience with the entire staff, [names removed] (the nurses) and the many care givers are interested and care about my sister’s needs. They are warm and caring. I am so glad we found the Montecito! Also, they have great food. (:

The Montecito was a good choice for retirement living. The staff and services are very responsive. The food is awesome. The transportation staff are amazing. (Special thanks to [names removed] for all the trips!)

We moved to the Montecito in January and immediately felt welcomed and at home. All of our neighbors are friendly. We love our independent villa and decorating it and fixing it up the way we like. The staff is amazing--they go above and beyond to insure that our every need is met. We enjoy walking the dog with the sidewalks, shady trees, and lots of green grass. The facility is beautiful and maintained. Our children have given a thumbs up to our choice of living here, and that’s a big plus for us! All in all, we’re so glad that we chose to live here! :-)))

I'm thrilled to call Harvard Square at Cogir assisted and Senior Living my home in Denver Colorado! The community is warm and welcoming, with a talented & caring staff who go above and beyond to ensure our comfort and well-being. The amenities are top-notch, from the beautifully landscaped gardens to the engaging activities and events. I particularly appreciate the emphasis on lifelong learning, with stimulating classes & workshops that keep my mind active & engaged. The living spaces are stylish and spacious, with plenty of natural light and modern amenities. The location is ideal, with easy access to Harvard Square's vibrant culture, shopping, and dining scene. What truly sets Harvard Square Senior Living apart, however, is the sense of community and belonging. From the moment I moved in, I felt like I was part of a supportive and inclusive family. I've made wonderful friends and connections, and I feel grateful every day to be a part of this special community.

The staff is very good and very attentive to my mom's needs. There are a few that I have become very close with and that is indicative of the vast majority of the staff. They make it feel like home. Housekeeping is excellent, the grounds / facilities are well maintained. The communication with the family is very good and the food is very good. Every month they have a family dinner and I have always enjoyed what the food staff has prepared. The move in process was excellent and well organized. I would recommend Cadence at Wake Forest without reservation

My mom, who has always lived independently, was apprehensive about moving to an assisted living facility. We toured several facilities and Cadence seemed to be the best fit for her dietary needs. While change can be difficult , the Cadence staff members welcomed her with open arms. The transition was easier than we thought and my mom is thriving and her health is actually improving. She is very happy to be a resident here and has made new friends in the process.
