the food is awful and, unequivocally, not nutritious. the activity director often makes mistakes and is unreliable. the gym is adequate and the residents friendly. however, most residents should be in assisted living.

I chose this place because I had lived in Oregon for a long time. They all cost the same. I gave them notice I was coming and they raised the rent when I arrived. It was filthy and nothing worked. They promised a lot and did not produce any of it. They are a rotten place.

Non professional first & second visit. Second visit was initiated by them when they said they had a place available and in fact did not.

Nobody answers the phone or emails here. They don't care about your situation at all. If you have the chance run.

This was a very stressful time for both my Mother and me. She was in the dementia area. Medicine was not given on time, showers were not given when suppose to based on many different excuses. Medicine overdosed twice and [removed] on her first week there and had to find out by another employee and was never informed about it. I observed other residents not eating and plates being picked up without helping them eat. One employee would stand by residents as they were being fed and stayed on her cell phone the entire time without assisting anyone. John the manager told me numerous conflicting information. They used the facility doctor to provide medical information that only benefited them and not the patient. If you care for your loved one, please do no leave them at this facility.

I WOULD NOT PUT MY DOG IN THIS PLACE .. CALL THE STATE AND FIND OUT ABOUT INVESTIGATIONS ETC. WHEN THE NAME WAS SILVERADO .. IT IS APPARENTLY STILL OWNED BY SILVERADO AS THE STATE IS STILL SHOWING THEY OWN IT. I GUESS THEY THOUGHT BY CHANGING THE NAME OVERNIGHT( OR WITHIN A WEEK) IT WOULD FOOL PEOPLE. THIS SHOULD TELL PROSPECTIVE FAMILIES SOMETHING. I FEEL SORRY FOR ANYONE WHO HAS TO WORK AT THIS HATEFUL VILE PLACE. IN MY OPINION THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR. THE PEOPLE WHO DO ALL THE HARD WORK (NOT THE ADMINISTRATORS ) SEEM TO BE VERY KIND HARDWORKING PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE, HOWEVER DUE TO THE MANAGEMENT ETC. THEY MIGHT AS WEILL HAVE A REVOLVING DOOR FOR THESE KIND PEOPLE WHO SEEMS CAN ONLY TAKE SO MUCH FROM THE SUPERVISORS ETC. PLEASE DO YOUR LOVED ONES A FAVOR AND CHECK THE RECORDS WITH THE STATE BEFORE AGREEING TO PUT A LOVED ONE AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. I was not impressed by what I saw here. We toured quite a few and this one really stood out as being low quality. It's also very isolated, the only nearby "shopping" is a Shell station.

This place started out very nice, but really took a turn for the worse over the past few months. They've had a lot of staff turnover, both care staff and management. The food is bad, and the quality of that also seemed to be declining. And what really sealed the decision for us to move was seeing the degree to which the cleaning staff would dig through personal possessions in people's rooms.

My grandparents have lived here a month and a half. They are private pay. SO they are making great money off us. I have a grandma that is paralyzed. I rated them low on activities because she can't go on bus tours because there is no nurse to assist her to the bathroom. She was given the wrong medication in the first week, had a fall the first week, Billing is unreadable so you don't know what you are being charged for. Toilets are not cleaned. Staff turn over has been crazy. My grandpa was laughed at when he made a recommendation that they move the dinning room tables to accommodate more space for wheel chairs. We called their corporate office yesterday and filed a complaint but no call has been returned from their district manager yet. We are moving them to somewhere I have had another grandparent before and we are going to be saving $2000 a month,

This has been an awful experience. Nothing was ready when I came. The room hadn't been cleaned out. There were still belongings left from the previous resident. The carpet desperately needs to be replaced. I didn't get a full set of keys to my apartment. There was supposed to be a welcome packet, that had emergency information, and information, about how things work and what to do. I never received one. Before I moved in I was told that they could accommodate for different dietary needs, and that turned out to be not true. The food isn't very good, and they give the meals exotic names, that don't really represent what you will be eating very well. Everyone is supposed to have storage there, and it took almost a month to get mine. They told me before I moved in that they provided transportation to the doctor, but failed to mention that is only within a ten mile range. The staff doesn't do anything, they wouldn't help me when I moved in. They lied about a lot of things when I was moving in. I chose it because it was the most affordable, and I liked the location. They have a huge turnover of residents though, a lot of the ones living here still, are very unhappy. The activities are the same everyday, and not very stimulating, things like bingo, and bean bag baseball. Just awful!

I arrived to find the dinner service in full swing and finally found someone in the office who was surprised that I was there. She stated they had to get through dinner, have a seat in the lobby and Michael would be with me. I waited 15 minutes and tried to find someone again and was unable to locate anyone. I walked out. I was not impressed with 'friendliness' of the staff or their promptness. The outside of the facility was beautiful, however the lobby area looked dingy. I cannot provide any other feedback on the rest of the facility.

They were all about money as opposed the health and welfare of individuals they smiled as they took your money and some of the charges were just ungodly. They’d put these charges on you when you had no other choice. I’d really recommend people to find some other option.

Assisted living...lower on my list; also in Albany, not Corvallis

I did not care for this place due to the following: Rooms smelled even though they were move in ready Price was too high Residents did not look happy. Did not like the area the facility is in.

More interested in staff schedules than patient care. Spent more in hospital bills due to incompetence of staff. Spent more than $5000 for about 15 days. If the assessments been honest, we could have saved money and heart break.

I could not consider this place, it smells and the residents leave their doors open to the hallways. I can't give them a star except for the size of rooms are nice.

My parents said the staff did not give them the care that they needed. In addition, they said the Mgr. Mr. Donald Trump did not know what he was doing...They only stayed there one month. Went to another facility in Wenatchee, where they are still residents..

When my mother first moved in in 2006, it was very good. I would say the last 2 years here were not good. They are not a licensed care facility at all but they were renting to people in various stages of Alzheimer's and different kinds of dementia and most of them really needed a lot of help. It was not a big facility and these poor people couldn't remember how to get back to their apartments or how to get to the dining room so it got to the point where folks like my mother, who were still very active, there were no activities for them. I can't say it's true for all of the Holiday/Stratford facilities but I wouldn't recommend them at all.

This facility was wonderful, absolutely wonderful at first. Between the pandemic hitting and the director leaving, things changed drastically. Mom's room was never clean. The floor was so dirty. Her food was just dumped at her door. At times, it actually sat there long enough that it had mold on it. Mom went from being mobile to not mobile at all. She declined so much. I think part of it was the short staffing. But things were so bad that I wanted to move her out of here and intended to. We had already found a great new place for her. But I ended up with health issues of my own and was homebound for a month. It was so hard. I was there almost daily visiting mom and that month away was hard. As soon as I recovered, I went back to see her. Her health had declined so much and that day I was told she was being moved to hospice. It was too late and I was devastated. She was so sick during that month and I wasn't there to advocate for her. I'm not one to complain, but things just aren't good here anymore and people need to know. I have to say there are a few really good people working here and they're amazing. But to most, it was a job and they just didn't provide good care. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I was here almost everyday of her stay, aside from my health issues. I saw things go from wonderful to the absolute worst. Please look elsewhere until things change.

Within 36 hours of my loved one being in the community, my loved one fell three times due to no staff was watching my loved one. Between hospice and this community they hastened the demise of my loved one. They weren't proactive in trying to keep food or fluids going into my loved one during their stay. The community and family would have meetings and they would be non-productive about my loved one's care. I even wrote letters to the community about my loved one's care and the concerns I had about this. This place is BAD!
