It seems like a better facility than where we were at before. I think that they do better pretty much all around. There is a couple of things on the medication though. They give what the doctor prescribes, but that's it. If someone is having back pain they won't give them heat or ice or if they have a headache they won't give them an aspirin or anything. It seems like a nice place.

The friendliness of the staff is welcoming. They were very helpful and there is lots of activities, so that is a great thing. We liked the fact that they do the house cleaning once a week. The thing I don't like is that when we were moving in, there was a massive downpour and we noticed the water was leaking through. They need to replace all the decks, there is a lot of water damage.

I'm very happy and very pleased with Blossom Creek. She is getting the care that she needs. She hasn't complained about food. They were competitively priced and even ended up being less expensive than the place she was before.

The thing I think that they can improve on is that at times they seem a little unorganized. But the staff are very friendly and nice and they know their job. I am very happy with my dad being there, he really likes it too.

We really like Brookdale. We did have an incident recently where a resident said something inappropriate to my Mom, but that is not the staff's fault. It is a lovely place and very nice people work there. The grounds are really nice too. . .such a lovely setting. We think it is the right place for Mom to be. The rooms are really nice too.

Overall our experience with Cortona Park has been a good one! There are a lot of friendly people here, everyone from the aides to the kitchen staff have been friendly and welcoming! My one complaint would be that I think they could afford to have the carpets cleaned more often, especially near the cafeteria and elevators. But other than that it's a very nice place!

The Seville was a great facility. Dad could no longer be there, because he had dementia. I would have loved for him to stay there if they had a lock down facility. Overall it was a good experience.

We toured here when we were looking. It was a nice place and I liked it. It just wasn't going to be a good fit for my mom. It also wasn't in an ideal location for us.

Everyone is just so friendly here. The staff is great and the level of care is wonderful. The facility is always clean and the decor is very welcoming.

The activities are good, but they are not as sophisticated or as fancy as they sound when you go visit them before you move in. The food is very good and the place is generally really nice. The only thing is that when we were moving-in we had some setbacks. But it's a very nice place.

I would have to say that my opinion of the Garden Valley is that they are good, but not perfect. Of course any facility hardly ever is perfect, but you can definitely see the pattern in my ratings for the place.

The people are nice and friendly. I like the grounds, and the floor of the rooms. It's very clean, and the activities are good.

They were on Day 1 of transitioning to Sunrise (from Aegis) when we toured, but the staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The facility is very nice, with a clear focus on high quality of life experiences for both memory care and assisted living residents.

Everything is going well so far. We have not been here long, but the staff is nice and the building is very clean and odor free. They have made the adjustment easier for us than it could have been. We are pleased.

All of the staff members at Princeton Village Community took really great care of my loved one. I really do not know of what they could improve on over there. I would have to give them four - stars overall

My mother is very happy at Cascadian Place. My only complaint is that it takes about an hour and a half for her to get her meals. The service is very very slow. That and there was no real orientation. She got a very quick rushed tour, then had to learn her way around on her own. But she is very happy there and doing well there.

It's a nice convenient location and very convenient.

My family toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

Overall The Montecito is a very good facility to be at. I will give them a high ranking on their meals. I do not really know what else to say besides that. I give them a four-star rating overall for the place.

Liked it except for location, in an urban area with a lot of nearby traffic. Built in 1983. Medication management available in assisted living; in independent living, staff cannot administer pills. Transportation for medical appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Active resident council; food committee; hospitality committee. All three meals included, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in both assisted and ind. living. Dinner is main meal of the day.
